21/03/2026: We had a wonderful experience learning how to make crepes with Stephane. The class was entertaining, educational and kept the kids occupied all afternoon. Everyone agreed it was the best crepes we’ve ever tasted! Strongly recommend if you are traveling to Paris and enjoy a good crepe or galette. 😋

02/04/2026: The food was excellent and refined. However, there was a major drawback: The birthday person wanted seafood. Once seated, we were told that seafood was only available by reservation! This wasn't mentioned anywhere, neither on the website nor on the menu... a huge disappointment. Furthermore, I had requested a candle at the end of the meal on my reservation... which was forgotten! Another disappointment 😥 It was added after a discreet reminder from me, during coffee service... Luckily, the other customers sang "Happy Birthday" to liven things up. But I wasn't expecting these two missteps, which really disappointed me...

29/04/2026: 😭 What a shame, the technique doesn't live up to the promises. 💶 A bill of €170 for three people (including €45 for wine) for a disappointing experience considering the restaurant's credentials. 🧑‍🍳 Food: For a "Maître-Restaurateur" establishment, the technical skill was lacking. The portion of sea bass was very small (80g), the risotto was bland, and the vegetables were stuck to the plate because they had dried out in the oven before serving. As for the pastries, the tartlet's crust was too hard, and the diplomat cream lacked depth. 👀 Service: While the owner's welcome was warm, the contrast was stark with the chef, who served the dishes without even a greeting. We had to ask for our coffees and close the door ourselves, which had been left open (it was cold and full of mosquitoes). 🤔 Conclusion: The "100% Good" and "Homemade" concept is a nice promise, but the execution in the kitchen and the attention to detail (comfort, chef's welcome) don't justify the price. We expected better from such a brand.

19/04/2026: Highly recommended restaurant right in the heart of Toulouse. The food, service, and price are unbeatable. We were a group of 10 and received excellent service—fast and friendly. Even on a Saturday, they offer the Menu du Moment (a very complete set meal plus spectacular desserts) for €19, and for those who want a first and second course, there's a set menu for €25. The pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious; we tried them all, and what a surprise… INCREDIBLY GOOD! And the service was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return on our next visit!
