08/12/2025: A delightful surprise awaited us by chance on the road. A calf's head worth the trip alone, tripe Milanese better than anything we'd ever tasted, and service that radiated the chef and his wife's genuine pleasure in welcoming guests... A memory that will definitely bring us back. PS: A special mention also goes to the homemade bread.

05/12/2025: The fried Munster cheese is amazing. The cheese is delicious, and the accompanying salad is enormous. I highly recommend it. For dessert, I had a small three-scoop ice cream: cinnamon, mirabelle plum, and raspberry. My only regret is that I should have ordered two scoops of cinnamon; it was absolutely divine. Go to this restaurant; your taste buds will thank you. This wasn't my first visit to this restaurant, which speaks volumes about its quality. I'll be back soon.

18/09/2024: After a walk in Roscoff, the wind pushed us towards Carantec and the Chaise du Curé. As luck would have it, it is 1:00 p.m. and the service is coming to an end. After a Breton kir accompanied by small cakes as an aperitif, a “super complete” comes to satisfy me. Very good taste of pancake, simple and very good ingredients, a treat. A treat far surpassed by the Suzette crepe with its ancestral recipe, flambéed before my eyes and with a delicious syrup with real citrus zest. A double espresso to digest well and here we go again!

09/07/2025: A superb establishment, we felt at home there, both thanks to the welcome and what was in front of us... it was delicious, and in terms of value for money, it was top-notch. A menu that changes with the seasons and the chef's whims. Thank you for these lovely moments; we felt truly welcome in Vendée!

22/10/2025: A more than warm welcome from a little lady who runs the shop all by herself. She served us a delicious plate of charcuterie and cheese, in a wonderful atmosphere.

05/10/2025: What a surprise awaited us behind this little cellar door... We entered by chance (but was it really a chance?) and were welcomed by a friendly and unusually kind woman. We tasted and then bought some liqueurs, and then left. We were so impressed by this encounter with Marie-Dominique that we returned at noon to eat a charcuterie board and spend some time with this extraordinary woman. Three hours and a few drinks later, we resigned ourselves to leaving this place with a heavy heart, but as we strolled around, we were eager to return...

08/12/2024: Super les cuisses de grenouilles avec frites maison et salade. Fromage blanc fermier excellent. Très bon moment. La fois précédente entrecôtes succulentes produits locaux.Un seul bémol quelques amuse gueules seraient les bienvenus. A conseiller.

23/09/2024: Fantastic food in a wonderful setting with attentive hosts! The cheese trolley is amazing! The only negative was when we were there and the menu we had there wasn't any poultry on the menu - just fish and beef.
