Free-range chicken with its exceptional sauce cut in front of me, (choice of piece and generous portion), mashed potatoes. For dessert, I fell for the chocolate mousse, beautifully presented, excellent! Great experience.

The menu focuses on fresh seafood and seasonal regional products, all beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Dishes such as the parillade de poissons, fresh oysters, and local anchovies stand out for their quality and balance, showcasing the best of the Mediterranean in an elegant way. Service is polished and attentive without feeling formal. The staff are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to wine recommendations, which elevate the overall dining experience. While Le Neptune is positioned in the higher price range, the combination of outstanding food, impeccable service, and an extraordinary setting makes it absolutely worth it. This is more than just a meal — it’s a complete experience and a must-visit restaurant when in Collioure.

07/12/2025: Our friends booked in advance and informed the restaurant that we were vegetarian. All three courses were very tasty and the wine was perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The chef is very passionate about the food, wine and Armagnac. We will definitely be back.
