The cuisine is exciting and captivating, with incredible flavors, textures, and meticulous attention to detail in every dish. Each plate is a poem, a work of art, all served harmoniously, discreetly, and efficiently. Accompanied by a perfectly paired wine, expertly curated by the chef, it was an exemplary success. The synergy between this couple (him in the kitchen and her managing the dining room and wine cellar) makes this place truly exceptional. These are just the beginnings of a place, a cuisine, a concept that will be talked about very, very soon...even the Chef's own philosophy. BRAVO AND THANK YOU.

04/06/2026: Techniques, cooking methods, flavors, and the aesthetics of the dishes and setting (decor, plates, etc.): perfect! One drawback, however, is the value for money of the wine pairing. The portions served (for a six-course meal) are adequate, as the goal isn't to leave the restaurant drunk. But the price is excessive for the quantity and quality served.

07/06/2026: A lovely little restaurant run by a charming couple in the heart of the village. The food is generous and delicious! The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat long wait (we spent 2.5 hours there) and the prices being rather high for the area, but apart from that, I highly recommend it.

18/05/2026: By far one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at! The food was excellent; absolutely everything was flavorful, and every taste was delightful. The service was impeccable. Everything was served promptly and carefully, giving you time to enjoy your cocktail and appetizers before the soup. There was a very comfortable amount of time between courses—neither too long nor too short. (Silver cutlery was a real bonus for me 👌🏻🥰) The dining room was warm and inviting. A truly wonderful discovery!

We had lunch in the upstairs room since we have a small dog and they weren't allowed in the main dining room, but we had no regrets as we had the room to ourselves. The welcome was warm, and I highly recommend this restaurant for celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself. A small touch for my birthday—a candle and a kind word—made it a truly memorable moment. We will be back!

28/05/2026: Les Sables D’Olonne has become a nightmare to find parking. Not so much now but as the weeks run into a busier season, it can be torture. We found this restaurant on maps and decided to give it a try. Overall we enjoyed an excellent meal. Quality ingredients. Great service. I chose the €38 menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my crab quinoa starter and sea bass with delicious veg main course. Hubby had €28 menu. He adored the goats cheese roasted peppers starter followed by excellent ribs and chips. We had a pichet 50cl of rosé (€6). Dessert for me was a brioche caramel ice cream heavenly experience! Hubby had caramel mouse choc dish. He preferred mine! 2 cafe cremes. Overall we paid €76. We’re thrilled to have found a “hidden gem”.
