20/08/2026: Sorry, but very disappointed. I've been a regular customer for several years, but this time the meal was appalling. The Wiener schnitzel was as thin as a shoe sole, served at the same time as the starter. The service was mediocre, and to top it all off, no apologies despite our complaints. The bill came to €78 for two. It's a shame; you've lost one or more customers.

26/09/2026: We booked Les Tisons by Punta Cana to celebrate Mathilde and Claude's birthdays, and it was a wonderful surprise! There were 13 of us at the table, and we received a very warm welcome. After a pleasant aperitif, those who had already chosen their meals ordered quickly… while the less organized among us, myself included 😅, decided as we went along. The service was friendly and relaxed. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were delicious, all high-quality homemade cuisine. After three wonderful hours at the table, we left with smiles on our faces and very fond memories. We highly recommend Les Tisons by Punta Cana for its warm welcome, cheerful atmosphere, and excellent homemade food. A place to discover without hesitation!

We opted for the DISCOVERY menu, which was generous and full of flavor, prepared with high-quality ingredients. Original combinations and beautiful presentation. Everything came together for a truly gastronomic experience with an exceptional wine pairing. This is an address I wholeheartedly recommend. It's definitely worth the detour, and we will certainly return to try the EXPERIENCE menu unless this talented young couple happens to be in Champagne. A perfect evening from beginning to end!

23/09/2026: This place fully deserves its excellent reviews, not a big selection, but what there is, then it’s absolutely lovely food. I have never tasted such a good chicken salad before and the lady serving was excellent. Even the local dog who I let try some chicken had to be dragged away as he was waving for more. Delightful place and will visit when I come back to Avignon again.

19/08/2026: There were five of us for dinner on August 14th, with a special €50 menu. The service was excellent, the young women were friendly, charming, and responsive! The starter (pan-seared foie gras) was very good. It was full of flavor and showed a lot of creativity. The veal rump was cooked well, but the sauce was far too salty, which ruined everything and is unacceptable in a restaurant of this caliber. Two of us had this dish, and both shared this opinion. Another dish was also too salty. It's a common tendency among chefs, as salt enhances flavor, but it can ruin everything... The dessert (strawberry soup) was mediocre and far too sweet due to the abundance of meringue. Overall, I was very disappointed compared to my expectations (it was advertised as the best restaurant in Vichy)... For less money, I recommend Paris Vichy, which is simpler and much better! 10/09/2026: We had a delicious meal on the not-too-large terrace. On the first evening, we ordered the ‘assiete de partage’. A variety of tasty dishes to share. After two evenings, we decided to go back after all. We had ‘salade de poulpes’, which was a surprise. We have never eaten squid like this before! And just to be sure, the ‘rougail saucisses’. What an amazing sauce!
