07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at Le Jardin restaurant in Troyes. The setting is charming, warm, and very pleasant, especially with the beautiful terrace, which lives up to its name. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The service is attentive, efficient, and friendly from beginning to end. This restaurant is well worth a visit—we will definitely be back!

05/07/2025: Hello, a very good restaurant for good food at a reasonable price. Add in the welcome, the service, and the friendliness of the staff and the owner, and you'll have a great time. Honestly, the little touches are appreciated. I asked to remove an item, and they offered to replace it, as well as the fries, the sour cherry, and the carafes of fresh water without having to ask. The salad was very well prepared with originality (see the photo) and plenty of freshness. Very much appreciated because the temperature was over 30°C. Good luck and thank you again for your welcome and knowing how to offer dishes adapted to your customers' expectations.

11/12/2025: As soon as we walked through the door we felt that this place was special. We were greeted with comforting smells and immaculate hospitality; caring but also light hearted. This restaurant isn’t pretentious but takes food and service very seriously. Every plate we ate was delicious and warmed the soul. Thanks La Gentilhommière.

11/12/2025: We had a wonderful evening! The food was excellent. The cod was a generous portion and perfectly cooked. The ravioli (the daily special) was delightfully nostalgic. The wine pairings were perfectly suited to everyone's tastes. And a special mention to the service, which was absolutely lovely despite the crowds on this Saint Nicholas weekend. I highly recommend it!

06/12/2025: A wonderful evening rediscovering this restaurant. A varied menu, fresh ingredients, and perfect flavors and pairings! Everything was perfect from start to finish, all in a lovely, beautifully decorated setting with top-notch service! We will definitely be back.

25/10/2025: After visiting the planetarium, I discovered this restaurant, which I highly recommend. The food is excellent. I tried the shrimp fritters and the duck breast. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere friendly. All for 34 euros (without drinks or dessert). I find the value for money satisfactory. Finally, access is easy. There are plenty of parking spaces.

07/12/2024: Une découverte pour nous. Des buffets de très grande qualité avec des produits frais. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Des plats chauds traditionnels comme par exemple ce jour là : du cochon de lait, de la canette, du boeuf bourguignon. Et pour vous entourer un personnel très professionnel ayant un grand sens de l'accueil, discret mais très efficace. Avec une mention spéciale pour Jemma, une jeune fille dont l'enthousiasme, la bonne humeur et l'efficacité a bonifié notre satisfaction, un vrai rayon de soleil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

11/11/2024: un super buffet ; avec comme principal atout des produits de qualité , pour les plats c' est plutôt grillades et rotisserie ; il faut bien regarder et on trouve des "perles" je me souviens d' un gratin de fruits de mer délicieux ; le seul buffet qui n' est pas toujours bien approvisionné c' est celui de la mer ; les huitres étaient trés attendues Il y a aussi l' ambiance et le service ; celui çi est particulièrement attentionné

10/07/2025: A wonderful experience at Jacques Faussat's, a Michelin-starred chef with a big heart. The welcome is warm, the team is attentive, and the service is impeccable. We discover traditional cuisine revisited with finesse, a true anchoring in its terroir that takes us on a journey to the Gers (but not only). The exchange with the chef, sincere and passionate, perfectly reflects his cuisine: refined, authentic, and full of emotion. A table that I highly recommend!

15/11/2025: Fantastic place! We had a lovely romantic dinner, our food was delicious, you could tell it was homemade. We loved the servers, they were so kind and helpful. The place is also very cozy, we felt right at home.

11/07/2025: I've lived in the Cadet Metro area for 25 years. I discovered Thym Sauvage about three years ago. Since then, whenever I don't have the courage to make lunch at home, I automatically head to Thym Sauvage. There are dozens of options in the area. But it's my taste buds that lead me to this restaurant, whether for a top-notch falafel sandwich to go, or for a delicious mezze combo with hummus/vegetable moussaka accompanied by a delicious falafel sandwich with garlic cream... yum yum. I have extensive experience with Lebanese cuisine in Paris: Al Diwan, Al Ajami, Al Dar, Noura, Le Bois le Vent, Al Mankal, Fayrouz, Al Rimal, etc. And quite honestly, after Thym Sauvage, it's always disappointing to try any other Lebanese restaurant or the classics mentioned above. Mr. David & Mrs. Rita, the owners, are warm, friendly, and adorable. Moreover, Thym Sauvage offers an atmosphere with oriental and Lebanese music that allows you to escape for the duration of a meal. Honestly, I love everything about it! And I must admit to being a bit addicted to their refined, family-style cuisine! It's very, very good!!! And for the top-notch prices!

09/07/2025: "Is your meat halal?" (The answer is yes). The welcome was pleasant, the food was good quality, and the smell of the grilled meats made you want to try them. The feta salad met expectations, and the vegetarian mezze was good. The mint, lemon, and orange blossom lemonade was not too sweet and therefore very refreshing. Special mention goes to the falafel and the fritters, which were excellent. (Yes, in the end, we didn't eat any meat, but we still recommend them given the tempting aroma.)

12/11/2025: For our wedding anniversary, we were looking for a good restaurant. Twice we were tempted by the menu but couldn't get a table because they were closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This time, we went on the right day and we weren't disappointed. The quality of the food was matched only by the kindness and smile of the waitress. At our table, as well as at neighboring tables, people were sharing their dishes with their friends. The roasted Camembert, the gravlax, the seafood sauerkraut, and the scallops as main courses, as well as the desserts, were simply delicious. In conclusion, if you want to have a pleasant and delicious time, you've found your restaurant.

09/11/2025: Superb restaurant. The welcome is excellent, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, and of course, all the dishes from appetizer to dessert are delicious. Special mention goes to the seafood sauerkraut and the scallops with leek fondue. The dessert: simply divine. What more can we say except that we've found our go-to restaurant in Concarneau and we highly recommend it.
