03/07/2026: We had a delicious breakfast at Le Dandelion. The food was high quality and very fresh. We had omelets presented on a plate with some herbs, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, and freshly baked pastries. The matcha latte was made with good quality matcha. The staff is friendly and the service was perfect. We went back a few times during our stay in Lyon.

The dining room seats about thirty, complemented by a tiny sidewalk terrace: it's best to reserve, even on a Monday evening, or you risk being turned away.
