03/05/2026: A superb discovery in Marseille! La Poule Noire is located on a quiet little street; from the moment you step inside, you'll receive a professional and warm welcome. We dined on the small upstairs terrace. The food was flawless. For €54, you get a complete menu including an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. The menu offers a varied selection, and the flavors are cleverly combined to create a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

01/04/2026: After a stroll along the harbor, where the restaurant owners' welcome was as cold as the morning air, we wandered off and received a warm welcome at this little restaurant just steps from our rental. The children's menu was excellent; our daughter loved it. My partner and I were very satisfied with the flavorful dishes and the decadent desserts. The wine was very good. The service was impeccable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely keep this address in mind for future visits. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

08/04/2026: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but I can assure you it's excellent. Good quality and quantity. The price is relatively reasonable, and the staff is very pleasant. The restaurant's interior is lovely.

It's such a refreshing change in Bordeaux 😉 The menu is simple and effective. The food is good, and the service is quick! A minor drawback: we had lunch a little late, at 1:30 PM. Many people were getting impatient. I highly recommend it.

09/04/2026: What a wonderful place! Reservations are essential, as it's not large, but it's well worth it. The dishes are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced, which is a real bonus. The owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. To end our Easter day on a high note, we strolled through Carros Village: I highly recommend a visit.

09/04/2026: Discovering this truly excellent crêperie! The welcome is warm and the galettes... a delight for the taste buds, as well as the eyes. Their presentation is simply magnificent and particularly original, with a small crispy basket filled with salad on top of the galette. The portion is generous. For the more adventurous, sweet crêpes await; the presentation is more classic, but they are clearly very good too. An address to remember, without a doubt, in Carros village!

Enzo and Nico, the owners, give this place a soul: genuine laughter, a warm welcome, and a simple yet precious way of hosting. You don't just enter a restaurant, but a home where you are truly welcomed. Then comes the cuisine… and that's where everything elevates the experience. The chef and her assistant work with precision and passion, and it shows in every bite. We shared a fondue: creamy, flavorful, perfectly balanced—without a doubt, one of the best we've ever tasted. There are places where you eat, and others where you experience a moment. This one clearly belongs to the latter category. An address to remember, and above all, one you want to return to! In short, don't hesitate!

The warm welcome, peaceful atmosphere, and homemade cuisine make this place an absolute must-visit. Local produce is showcased with refined simplicity and authentic flavors. Special mention goes to the daily special, which was delicious and generously portioned. A delightful culinary interlude in a soothing environment. We will definitely be back!

25/03/2026: This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The dining room is beautiful, and we were very comfortable. The service was impeccable! The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, some of which were even homemade, or at least looked like it. The portions were generous, even the meat, and all this at a reasonable price! In short, I highly recommend it and we'll be back.
