22/07/2026: We were big fans last year and enjoyed going there. Unfortunately, our last experience was very disappointing. We don't know if the management changed in 2026, but the menu and the quality seem to have changed significantly (for the worse). We ordered a vegetarian burger that was listed on the menu as being made with a "Beyond Meat" patty. We had no problem paying the same price as a meat burger, since this type of plant-based substitute is comparable in cost. However, when the burger arrived, it simply contained a veggie patty. This is not the same thing at all, neither nutritionally (no protein…) nor in terms of value (same price as a burger with beef or chicken). When we pointed this out to the staff, we were told that the menu hadn't been updated yet. However, no compensation was offered: no refund, no discount, not even an apology with a solution. We found this truly regrettable. In addition to that, the other dishes we ordered were also very disappointing, and we felt that the overall quality had significantly declined compared to previous years. We hope this establishment will return to the level of quality for which it was renowned.

29/07/2026: The service was very good, the waiter very pleasant, however the foie gras was completely overcooked, oxidized, and acidic. It's unacceptable to serve something like that. It was sent back to the kitchen and replaced with another starter, but no apology was offered by anyone. The main courses were decent but nothing special. As a professional bartender, I ordered a mojito. The drink was lukewarm, just water with mint leaves and an aftertaste of rum. I didn't touch it. The staff didn't ask any questions, but I was charged anyway. First and last time at this restaurant. €83 bill; the quality was far from what I expected. I was very disappointed!

The sirloin steak gratin—everything is homemade, you can easily tell, and the products are top-quality and cooked to perfection! Even their coffee... a long black... the real deal, not water! This place is addictive; a huge congratulations to the whole team! A real treat!

12/06/2026: I absent mindedly made our reservation for the wrong date (off by one whole week) and didn't notice until we arrived. The staff were very kind and still managed to seat us right away as they had just opened. Among four people we had two orders of the fish of the day, one order of steak and one order of lamb chops. Everything was truly delicious. The chocolate cardamom torte was my favorite dessert of the trip so far. The whole experience felt well worth the price.

12/06/2026: While pricey the quality of the food was excellent. I had the fish if the day (would have liked a starch with the bass), and my husband had the lamb chops. Very good.

26/07/2026: Mamie Bigoude is a family favorite! The service is fast, today it was even too fast – we hadn't even finished our aperitifs before the crêpes arrived! As for the food, we're never disappointed; it's always delicious and consistently excellent! Well done to the team, especially our waiter Rémi (who shares the same name as my son).

04/08/2026: A truly special moment… Everything was perfect, from the location and the welcome to the menu and the service. Flawless, but please don't tell too many people, as seating is limited to maintain intimacy, so reservations are highly recommended. A must-try in Cordon.
