10/06/2026: Mixed experience... No complaints about the staff's welcome; the place is truly lovely, you feel right at home. However, the food was a disappointment: the taste and presentation were excellent, but the portions were tiny! The servings are far too small for the average customer. And what about the wine glasses... They barely poured 2 cm of liquid, and at €9 a glass, that's a bit steep! A shame...

11/05/2026: What a wonderful restaurant we found near our hotel during our stay in Paris! (Thanks, Google, for the tip!) Refined and sophisticated cuisine at a reasonable price. A selection of quality wines. An establishment run by two passionate people, one in the kitchen, the other in the dining room. We highly recommend it without hesitation! 😉

10/05/2026: A small (about ten tables) but charming restaurant on a quiet street in the 15th arrondissement. The food is excellent and the service is warm and friendly, without any fuss. The menu is limited to a few options, which is often (as here) a sign of quality (when we visited on May 7th, the menu offered a choice of 3 starters, 4 main courses (2 meat and 2 fish), and 3 desserts – if you go to the restaurant's website, don't rely on the online menu as it's not up-to-date with the latest offerings, but that's not a problem because the menu itself is excellent!). Furthermore, the value for money is very good, especially the set lunch menu (starter/main course/dessert).

20/04/2026: We booked this restaurant yesterday because it's located near the Charles the Bold cycle route, and it was a wonderful discovery! A warm and friendly welcome (despite the restaurant being full), attentive service from the manager, local and artisanal cuisine with a varied menu, and good value for money. The meal and wines were delicious. A great find!

01/05/2026: The best thing I've discovered in Paris is eating at my grandmother's house. Exquisite traditional food, and my grandmother's hospitality is incredible. She does everything herself, bringing you the best bread and butter, wine, sweets, and so much more, besides the delicious dishes. And the best part is the price—it was a steal! So I hope to go back soon.

01/05/2026: The owner said that the restaurant is closed from Labor Day to Sunday (1-3/5). The food is just like cooked at home by your grandma. Declicious and hommie. Not mention the best mustard sauces yet! The host is the warmest person you can ever find on Earth. If you have to wait for too long, she gives you Shangri-la to ease your wait. She even gifts you some lovely presents. I got one for myself and another for my mom! After you finish your meal, she offers you some sweets and digestifs. At the end, you cannot "escape" the ritual of photo taking, as she will capture your moments with a small board saying "Paris Magique" or so. As the restaurant is tiny, be prepared that the wait can be long. I waited for one hour and 15 minutes. Also, she is aging, and since her husband got sick, she has to be in charge of everything alone. So please give her some patience if you have to wait for being seated or checking out. She follows her own rhythm and routines. If you are able to do that, I believe you will have amazing experience eating here.

If there's one thing that could be improved, it would be a wine list with more options at various price points. Otherwise, a wonderful experience that I'll definitely be back!

20/05/2026: Very friendly service and good food. The portions are very generous! We had a starter (a platter of appetizers - the zucchini fritters are excellent!) which was good, but in addition to the main courses (veal sausage with tomme cheese sauce/creamy polenta and pork sausage/Soissons beans), which were also good, it was a bit much. Good wine selection. In short, I recommend it for a pleasant time in a relaxed atmosphere.

18/04/2026: A very warm welcome despite not having booked; we were given a table for four on a Saturday lunchtime during school holidays. The vegetable soup was delicious. The lard was a real trip down memory lane for my mother and a wonderful discovery for me – well done! We had planned to try a Welsh rarebit and opted for a full Welsh rarebit, which was delicious, just the right size, with great fries. We were too full for dessert, but my mother treated herself to the French toast, which she described as "to die for." Don't hesitate to visit this establishment. 1000% approved!
