05/07/2026: The aperitifs are real aperitifs... not the kind you get with a virgin version like in many restaurants. The quality is there. The quantity isn't excessive, enough to enjoy a starter, main course, and dessert without feeling stuffed... just what you need. The service is provided by very friendly young people. It's a calm atmosphere and the playlist is pleasant. We've been several times and it's a 10/10 every time.

28/06/2026: 5 stars for the restaurant, the food, and the service. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. One star less because the air conditioning was out of order that day, but that's just to be fair; the restaurant itself was excellent, and the broken air conditioning was only a temporary issue. I highly recommend it.

Manu, the owner, was incredibly kind and gave excellent wine recommendations; he even gave us some addresses of local winemakers. We had a wonderful time.

31/05/2026: La Charbonnette was a great discovery this summer. The kitchen is efficient and precise. The cooking is superb. The sauces are irresistible. As for the setting, the small village is very peaceful when you're on the terrace. The service is attentive, and everything is done to ensure you have a pleasant experience. The wine list is simple but adequate. The price is very reasonable for this type of meal (a full menu is around 45 euros, with supplements for aperitifs, wines, cheeses, and tea). We were very happy when it came time to pay. I'll definitely be back!

The initial reception included a complaint about being 25 minutes late on a Saturday... unpleasant, especially since we had plenty of time choosing our wines. The overall atmosphere was cold, both in terms of service and at checkout, when neither staff member said goodbye. I'll skip over a few comments I received from my guests about the terrace and the table, which were less important to me. I sincerely believe that having such beautiful cuisine as yours doesn't excuse a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend you.

01/08/2026: La Table du Brouilly is the place to be in Beaujolais. The dishes are impeccable, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. The wine recommendations are precise, accurate, and perfectly suited. And above all, the two owners make a fantastic team: one in the kitchen, the other in the dining room, with genuine passion and generosity. A must-try when visiting Beaujolais.

17/06/2026: I stopped by to grab a bite to eat at the park. They spoke Korean incredibly well; I asked what was written in French, and they told me it was eggs. They then asked what it was in Korean, so I told them too, haha. They sang well and even danced, which really lifted my spirits!! I also had a crepe at the park as a meal replacement, and it was seriously delicious, haha.

28/06/2026: This is the second time my wife and I have eaten lunch here. It's easily one of the top six gourmet restaurants in the Aube region, along with Auberge de Sainte Maure, Au Bois du Bon Séjour, Au Petit Basson, L'Oxalys, and O des Lys. Le Garde Champêtre is a beautiful establishment, a superb renovation of a former train depot. The cuisine is fresh, flavorful, and inventive. The wine list is magnificent. The service is impeccable, just the right amount of attention. The chefs clearly enjoy their work, and it shows in the food. Bravo! We will be back.

19/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Thank you to the Porto tourist office for recommending this exceptional restaurant. A breathtaking view, an unforgettable welcome from the owners. You feel right at home, and the food... well, let's just say it's amazing. Incredible charcuterie, succulent roast lamb, and fabulous zucchini fritters. And as a bonus, the owner's own Limoncello! Bravo to the whole team! I hope to have the chance to return to this region and eat there again.

18/07/2026: A timeless restaurant, far from the hustle and bustle, with a splendid mountain view. At Chez Félix, you feel at ease thanks to the setting and the warm welcome, worthy of many Corsican restaurateurs. You feel invited to share a special moment. This is practically unheard of on the mainland. The homemade cuisine is excellent and served in generous portions. Everything is perfect. Don't change a thing.

22/07/2026: The worst crispy sandwich I've ever eaten. It's really not good. The rice is bad too, there's way too much sauce, the breaded chicken is soggy, and the fried onions are mushy. A bad experience for me.
