Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

In a country where outstanding restaurants are everywhere and competition is fierce, it is easy to think you have already discovered the very best. And then you find another treasure. Every dish is beautifully presented. The portions are perfectly judged—generous enough to satisfy, yet never overwhelming. The starters are exceptional: delicate beef in aspic, smoked veal carpaccio, and a fascinating blend of herbs, spices, and garnishes that create layers of memorable flavors. The main courses are a true celebration of meat. Whether you choose the veal, the leg of lamb, or the famous local chicken, each dish demonstrates remarkable respect for the quality and texture of the ingredients. The meat is so incredibly tender that a knife is almost unnecessary. The chicken, served with an extraordinary sauce and fresh bread to soak up every last drop, may sound simple on paper—but its depth of flavor reveals the magic that only truly gifted chefs can create. The desserts are equally impressive, no matter which one you choose. The excellent selection of French cheeses and a thoughtfully curated wine list complete the experience perfectly. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. While friendly service is almost expected in France’s finest restaurants, here the team feels like a family. That creates a relaxed, homely atmosphere, wonderfully free from the pretentiousness that can sometimes accompany high-end dining. We left perfectly satisfied—not too full, but completely delighted. Tejerina is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why French cuisine continues to inspire food lovers from around the world. It is a place we would gladly return to, again and again.

31/07/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at this gourmet restaurant, which boasts a perfectly executed menu. We savored the generously portioned grilled octopus accompanied by a delicious piperade. The desserts were also excellent: lemon-basil tart and coconut mousse mille-feuille. The terrace was very pleasant, and the service impeccable. A truly excellent restaurant!

26/07/2026: Fantastic experience in every respect! The food is top-notch! The service is outstanding! The atmosphere/location is beautiful! There were a few wasps, but that was handled well too! In short, everything was thought of! We ate here twice. The price-quality ratio is good!

30/07/2026: A very good restaurant with a delicious selection of local and homemade products. For lunch, a concise menu, perfectly adapted to the season, ensures that every dish is excellent. A very warm welcome and quick service 👍👍 We'll have to go back on Sunday for brunch and in the evening for the pizza.

24/07/2026: A superb discovery! The restaurant is full of charm, with tasteful decor and a warm atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. We shared a delicious terrine, then enjoyed three sourdough pizzas: a real treat! The dough is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, local, and high-quality. The desserts were also delicious and perfectly rounded off the meal. A huge thank you to Guillemette, Rosselin, Olivia, and Alyna for their hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. 25/07/2026: If you are a looking for the most authentic French Alpine Savoyard experience, this is hands down amazing. Ingredients are sourced from on premises garden, and fresh. We ate on the terrace next to the ingredients that went into our drinks and courses.

19/06/2026: A very pleasant setting with a young, cheerful team who are very tactful and humorous. It's so nice to receive a simple, unpretentious welcome. We were in a restaurant without being bothered by an "overcrowded" atmosphere. For all of that, THANK YOU. When ordering, the question was asked: "Do you have any allergies or ingredients you don't like?" I answered yes, specifying one ingredient. But I forgot others, and the second course started with one of those ingredients. I tasted it anyway, and wow: marvelous, almost a delight! So for that: THANK YOU again and WELL DONE, because usually, that doesn't fly at all 😂. Finally, a final THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS: the harmony of the dishes, the carefully prepared ingredients, and the elaborate dishes are beautiful, delicious, and well presented by the staff. Not a single flaw, just pure bliss in a very pleasant setting.

07/06/2026: I came for my birthday, having never heard of this gourmet restaurant that recently opened on the peninsula. The very friendly (and elegant) staff welcomes you with great care in a modern, tastefully decorated establishment. Once seated, you are introduced to the chef's philosophy and concept: a set seven-course menu that can be served with wines selected and paired by the chef, and can be modified upon request or in case of allergies. So take your time to savor the various starters, desserts, and main courses. Surprising flavors and combinations (strawberries and foie gras, for example), unexpected ingredients, and the high quality of the local produce used make dinner a very special occasion. Be prepared for a significant expense (98 euros for the menu, not including drinks, which is quite high compared to other restaurants of the same caliber), but for a special occasion, it's a wonderful experience.
