The lobster was well-prepared, flavorful, and the combination with the emulsions worked perfectly: balanced and refined without being over the top. I also had the house cocktail, which was very enjoyable, well-balanced, and original. A really nice experience; I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it! 👍

19/02/2026: L'Arnsbourg — A star that deserves so much more. My partner and I have returned for the fourth time, and the pleasure is still just as strong, even growing. The setting is magnificent, and the service from the waiters and sommeliers is genuinely attentive and refined. The menu is remarkably elegant and flavorful, crafted with care and generosity. Each visit is a true culinary journey, both on the plate and in the glass, with the food and wine pairings always offering delightful discoveries. A magical moment, every time. I highly recommend it.

19/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant this weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The reception staff and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely kind and attentive. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Chef for the quality of the dishes, the new flavors, and this excellent culinary experience.

The service was seamless and impeccable from the entire team. The cuisine is sumptuous; creativity and flavor are on full display, a surprise with every bite. From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience. We wish we could have shared it with the chefs in the kitchen. Thank you; these moments make us so happy. Each dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which is immediately apparent in the flavors: authenticity, quality, and creativity are all present. The service is simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. You truly feel pampered. It was so good that we went back a second time that same week… and enjoyed it just as much! A must-try in Saint-Lary that I wholeheartedly recommend.
