The dishes were expertly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can taste the passion in the kitchen. 22/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offered a warm welcome and typical Alsatian dishes. The ham hock with Munster sauce and spaetzle was excellent. The dessert of the day (vanilla ice cream with red berries), which was recommended to us, was generous and delicious.

21/04/2026: I've been hooked for years on Shin Okusa's "timeless" duck breast and foie gras pie, usually preceded by carpaccio of rare Obsiblue prawns (raised in the world's largest lagoon, on the west coast of New Caledonia). The fish dishes are equally recommendable, and the atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for when you visit the Ledru-Rollin area and the Aligre market (the authentic version of this neighborhood, not the artificial one). Ayako is largely responsible for this. Excellent wine list.

19/04/2026: Absolutely delicious! We opted for the chef's tasting menu (5 courses). Refined, flavorful, and surprising dishes: the perfect fusion of French and Japanese cuisine. We recommend it 1000 percent!

05/04/2026: A chef without a Michelin star (one wonders why, by the way) who works with fresh, high-quality products, delicate flavors that delight the taste buds, an enchanting and soothing setting, and to top it all off, spacious, tiled toilets with impeccable cleanliness and a top-of-the-line automatic door (the toilets in a restaurant give you a taste of what awaits you).

08/04/2026: Such a cute and friendly cafe! The food and coffee was AMAZING! I had the yogurt bowl and the sweet potato bites and they were so fresh and delicious! The coffee is also insanely good!
