31/08/2024: Un sans faute pour ce restaurant, accueil chaleureux, service irréprochable du début à la fin avec une pointe d'humour par ci par là, et cerise sur le gâteau ils ont été adorable avec mon chien. Le restaurant est situé sur la place de l'Arsenal donc il est au calme, la terrasse est très agréable. Concernant le repas, les plats étaient raffinés, l'alliance des saveurs parfaitement réussie, et la présentation superbe. Coup de coeur pour cet endroit.

28/08/2024: The Arsenal is a refined restaurant, located in a beautiful, quiet, private square, away from the mass of tourists and is frequented, mostly, by local French people. Here you won't find anything touristy: the dishes are tasty but refined, with original combinations and they are all delicious. Worth mentioning are the foie fras, the veal cooked at low temperature and the octopus.... not to mention the desserts: all delicious!!! The wine is excellent, as is the value for money. For a restaurant of this level you spend the right amount. The staff is attentive, prepared and very very kind. If you want to spend a nice evening in an intimate corner of Nancy and enjoy the pleasures of French cuisine, this is the right place. Trust and book. It fills easily.

12/09/2024: Very good experience for a dinner. The tasting menu is not excessive, the dishes are excellent and the welcome is warm!

06/09/2024: Very good table where we had dinner this evening with friends. The meals are simple traditional recipes of French cuisine but with a personal touch. Little more on the pastilla proposition. Small downside on the price a little above the menu.

07/09/2024: Thank you for the quality of the cuisine. Sweet potatoes are killer. The excellent burrata with its tasty tomatoes and surprising pepper ice cream. The sea bream with virgin sauce is wonderfully seasoned. The service is fluid without any war between waiters and waitresses. Everyone has a smile. The boss keeps an eye on things and coordinates the kitchen on the release of dishes. Thank you we had a great time.

30/08/2024: Fine and fresh cuisine. Impeccable and pleasant service. A very reasonable price for lunch. We enjoyed ourselves. Luckily there weren't many people there that day but let's see if the very high ceilings don't make the room noisy in the evening. For us the experience was perfect.

14/08/2024: Top of the range. Creative cuisine. We are presented with the dishes, telling us the origin of the products. The downside: it was a smartbox worth 150 euros and we were offered the menu for 60 euros. I nevertheless note the commercial gesture of offering us the wine after we noticed the difference.

30/08/2024: Grande très grande déception 🥲 accueil psychorigide (interdiction en arriver après 20H00) nous avions réservé la dégustation en 8 plats …pas de saveur des mélanges peu subtils , le fromage en troisième plat : incongru! Aucun vin rosé de France n’est compatible avec les mets (à l’ouestau de Beaumaniere 3 ⭐️ils ont réussi à en trouver ) Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à ce qu’il nous a été proposé Pas de plaisir pour 90 euros par personne….. Les « étoiles Michelin normands » sont au même prix bien supérieurs

29/08/2024: Charming hotel on the water's edge, with a restaurant area with a poetic view. I really liked the lovely service and the gastro menu at the divine restaurant (especially the food and drink pairing). The room was spacious with a nice view but the decoration of the room seemed sober and a little cold to me (white walls). I was thinking that it could be warmed up with a more "cream" or "off-white" paint for the cold and rainy days of August ;)

01/10/2024: The food here is phenomenal just great. I ordered the food with lentils and the cod was cooked perfectly, mouth watering to the last bite. My wife's vegetable risotto was so savory. We fished it off with the fig and ganache dessert. Hard to choose between the two as both were delicious! Service was five star perfection!

10/09/2024: First of all this was a great restaurant. Great atmosphere, very good service and the food was excellent. The cooking and creativity was on another level. The thing I would highlight is a completely extraordinary dessert. Again the level of creativity was over the standards. We had one of the best chocolate hearts that I’ve ever tasted, accompanied with a caramel ice cream, a banana smoothie and a passion fruit ice cream. We also had a cheese plate with local cheese. The last dessert was a combination of 5 different desserts. There was the same banana smoothie, a chocolate mousse with pecan nuts on top, a panne cotta, a peach compote and lastly a citrus cream. The starters were also very delicious and creative. We had a plate with salmon, onions, guacamole and tomatoes. There is not much to say but it was very delicious. For the main course we had a super delicious and a perfectly prepared and perfectly seasoned steak and some vegetables. I would love to come back again. I will have to give my compliments to the chef and I appreciate a chef with that amount of creativity.

28/08/2024: We booked with friends, we don't regret it at all. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly and smiling. We ordered different dishes and everyone was happy with their choice. The cuisine is gourmet, well presented and very good. The prices are very reasonable for the products offered. I highly recommend.
