08/07/2025: My partner and I have always loved coming to this restaurant. However, when we returned recently, we unfortunately noticed a change in the quality of the food. We both had a lamb stew. The dish itself was full of flavor, perfectly spiced. However, the lamb was not cooked evenly. Some pieces were excellent, very tender, but the majority were quite tough, with lots of fatty pieces, pieces of poor quality meat, it was obvious. As a result, the lamb ultimately ruined the dish, and we left half the meat on the plate. We mentioned this to the waitress when she collected our plates, we were told that the information would be passed on. However, she never came back to us about it to apologize or offer any gesture. Neither she, nor the chef, nor the owner whom we saw as we left to pay the bill, so we don't even know if the message had been passed on. Or if they simply did not want to make a gesture or apologize... which is a bit borderline. Moreover, I had for dessert, as I do each time I come, the chocolate moelleux which has always been divine. Again, I was disappointed. It was no longer like before, no more Bailey's (before, the moelleux contained Bailey's which gave it a particular taste and a touch of originality which differentiated it precisely from the basic moelleux that you find in any restaurant), less taste (less pronounced chocolate taste, less chocolate?), less attention paid to the presentation. In short, to my great regret, it is no longer like before and we are not sure we will come back.

11/12/2025: ​We had the pleasure of eating at Le Relais du Louvre tonight and it was the kind of charming, classic French meal you dream about. This is exactly what a great neighborhood bistro should feel like—warm, inviting, and serving truly excellent food. ​The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the moment we walked in, making us feel completely at home. ​We started with two fantastic appetizers: the Eggs Mayonnaise were perfectly classic and delicious, and the Creamy Burrata Pesto Cherry Tomatoes Salad was so fresh and vibrant—an amazing start to the meal. ​For our main courses, we went for two iconic French dishes and they absolutely delivered. The Croque Monsieur was rich and cheesy perfection, and the Beef Bourguignon with mashed potatoes was incredibly tender and flavorful, real comfort food done right. ​To finish, we indulged in the decadent Chocolate Mousse, which was the perfect rich and airy ending. ​We highly recommend Le Relais du Louvre if you're looking for an authentic, delicious, and friendly dining experience near the Louvre. We will certainly be back when we next visit Paris.

06/12/2025: Very poorly received. This restaurant is very racist. Even after a confirmation call, the man at the entrance just stared at us. As if we were intruders? And we asked how many of us there were, as if he couldn't count. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there. I don't know what's wrong with this man. But he's really unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Really disappointed. Louis, you want to rule?

08/12/2025: A real gem! Bains Douche restaurant offers a unique and high-quality culinary experience, both in terms of flavors and ambiance. Special mention goes to the service: warm, attentive, and helpful. A particular thank you to the waiter who recommended an excellent bottle of white wine, perfectly paired with the meal, which truly enhanced the dinner. A must-visit in Montbéliard!

10/12/2025: Last night, in a bar, I witnessed an incredibly serious scene: The bouncers stood by and watched a woman being sexually assaulted right in front of them, without intervening. Even worse: when I tried to pull the assailant away—who was clearly close to the bouncers—one of them physically assaulted me. Without the intervention of several customers on the terrace, the situation could have escalated even further. A complaint has been filed today for assault and failure to assist a person in danger. What happened is unacceptable, unworthy of an establishment open to the public, and must be treated with the utmost seriousness.

27/11/2025: I had an excellent lunch a few weeks ago: the set menu with its reasonably sized three courses is very good value for money. The dishes are original, tasty, and beautifully presented—from the appetizer to the dessert. Efficient service and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

01/06/2025: We came last month to see our friends who work there and discovered an excellent place run by passionate people. The cuisine is generous and delicious, the setting is beautiful, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated. The service is excellent and comes with a smile. We're definitely coming back!
