27/01/2026: We chose La Tuilerie to celebrate our birthdays. There were about forty of us, and Sylvie took care of everything from aperitifs to dessert. We had a wonderful evening; from the meal to the service, everything was perfect. Sylvie met all our expectations. The venue is beautiful, nestled among the vineyards, and the homemade cuisine was excellent! Thank you for contributing to this lovely evening; we will gladly return! Mélanie Schrepel

14/12/2025: A wonderful ambiance in a very welcoming, family atmosphere. Delicious, down-to-earth, homemade dishes and very attentive service. They serve wines from their own estate, all perfectly paired with the menu. We highly recommend this place – for dinner on a warm summer evening or for Christmas brunch in the conservatory, creating a festive atmosphere.

12/11/2025: A small, cozy, and intimate establishment, a guarantee of delicious, homemade cuisine. Their French toast-style brioche with speculoos cream—oh my, what a delight! Meltingly soft, fluffy, comforting... to die for. Everything is prepared with care and precision. A true treat, both for the balance of flavors and the accuracy of the cooking. I had no idea parsnip purée could be so good. All this accompanied by efficient, discreet, and attentive service. A place I recommend without hesitation.

06/12/2025: This is a great restaurant in a quiet rural part of France. Definitely worth a detour if passing through. The service is excellent. Casual, polite & extremely efficient. The food delicious. A great wine list. Beautiful wine glasses. Very popular among the locals so a reservation is essential. There is plenty of on street free parking.

We had a reservation for two, but we were seated at a very uncomfortable table, right in the middle of the upper level, which, in addition to being in a busy thoroughfare, forced us to sit right next to other tables. Otherwise, there were no problems with the food, which was very tasty.

08/02/2026: From the moment you arrive, you know you're in for a treat: Sandrine and her team are cool and welcoming. Inside, it's a truly authentic restaurant, with patina, posters, objects, and decor that tells a story. The menu is lovely, but it was the daily specials that impressed me the most: that's where they really let their creativity shine. The ttoro (their fish soup) is a truly comforting dish, generous, full of flavor, a classic to try and share. The desserts are to die for, especially the all-sheep's cheese dessert (crème brûlée + ice cream/sheep's cheese granita): incredible. The (very extensive!) wine list is solid, and we (often) chose wines from the La Grange Tiphaine estate. Everything is colorful, cheerful, cool, and delicious.

09/12/2025: Le Vertugadin has become a traditional stop for me at the start of a weekend in Normandy. Located a stone's throw from the stables of the Château de Chantilly, this French restaurant remains a sure bet. The service is dynamic, friendly, and efficient: nothing to complain about. The cuisine is excellent, with a real selection and high-quality ingredients, perfectly executed. This time, I opted for the set menu; the value for money was truly competitive for an establishment of this caliber. I had previously ordered à la carte and it was a delight, but on the other hand, the prices quickly add up: the Tournedos Rossini alone, I believe, exceeded the price of two complete set menus (starter/main course/dessert + drinks). It's a very good place. The only slight drawback: the decor. A mix of antiques, vintage finds, and more modern, sometimes surprising, elements (special mention to the men's restrooms…surprising, original, but not in the best taste), creates a somewhat cluttered impression and doesn't really tell a coherent story. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a more harmonious setting. That said, the spacious dining room and the terrace in summer are a real plus. An address I still recommend for the quality of its cuisine and service.

We received a very warm welcome, and the owner, with her smile, guided us through the presentation of all the different dishes. The cuisine was chef-prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. So, for those of you wondering where to eat, like us, go for it without hesitation.
