Mamie (one of the owners) is so kind and friendly, we had such an enjoyable evening chatting to her and to others in the restaurant. I couldn't have asked for more, it was a unique dinner. She clearly does it for the pleasure of making other people happy.

04/04/2026: Wonderful experience. Mamie was so welcoming and treated us like we were at grandma's. Gave us free Sangria, little desserts, and a digestif. She hugged us goodbye and told us to be safe! Food was amazing. Very small only 3 tables for 2, so you may have to wait. Highly recommend! She gave us gifts, too.

16/04/2026: An amazing restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were given extra potatoes, which were absolutely delicious. And the signature dish, the porcini mushroom omelet, brought back childhood memories for my partner, who's from the area.

23/03/2026: A lovely stay at the Auberge du Bois Prin. The hotel is close to the town center and the Brévent cable car, yet peaceful, making it truly ideal. There's a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles de Chamonix. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good, with welcoming and friendly staff. The only slight drawback was the noise from the restaurant when staying in one of the ground-floor suites, but the restaurant closes early, so the noise level remains reasonable.

05/04/2026: Everything is perfect...a gourmet restaurant with excellent value for money where you leave the table with a truly gargantuan experience!!!...the owner and staff are incredibly attentive.

05/04/2026: Our first experience last night as a couple, and what an experience it was!!! We were given a gift certificate for two Grand Siècle menus for Christmas, and wow!!! On top of that, there were endless amuse-bouches, petits fours, and sweets, plus a glass of champagne for everyone, and to top it all off, a large Easter chocolate was offered to all the women in the room. As we are both chefs, it's truly wonderful to see restaurants these days that know how to welcome guests and serve truly exceptional cuisine with outstanding service. We will be back very soon.

22/04/2026: March 26th, the day I arrived in Paris. The restaurant I wanted to try wasn't open yet, so I wandered in (forgive me!) to this place located very close to my accommodation. And the result… pure satisfaction!! The recommended croissant burger was very generous, and that was more than enough to satisfy me. Drawn in by the owner's smile, I decided to try dessert… and it was delicious too! Ah, I'm so full! I'm really happy that my first meal in Paris was here. If I feel this way, it's surely thanks to the smiles of the owner and the whole team. When I come back to Paris, I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

18/04/2026: The only downside was the wait. However, the food was excellent. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and the hamburger was cooked to a perfect 10/10. The prawns were more like shrimp, but still very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wife and husband were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend it.

The place is very clean, a great inn. I highly recommend it! We'll try the gourmet menu because I think it's a real treat for the taste buds.
