12/12/2025: Each visit is a renewed pleasure. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable and attentive, provided by true professionals who love their work. The cuisine is simply excellent: high-quality, flavorful dishes, perfectly executed, with excellent value for money. A place where you feel comfortable, where you eat very well, and to which you always return with pleasure. Without hesitation, one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

07/12/2025: The setting, first of all, is pleasant: a well-maintained, calm place with an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The service, too, is impeccable: attentive, courteous, and efficient without being intrusive. But beyond this initial impression, a reservation remains that is hard to ignore. The prices seem high considering what is actually on the plate. The portions, in particular, are surprisingly small. One is left wanting more, both literally and figuratively, and the balance between quality, quantity, and price seems, to say the least, questionable. In short, an establishment whose charming setting and friendly service do not entirely compensate for a culinary experience that falls short of expectations, especially given the price.

22/11/2025: Very nice, the food was excellent, the table service was very good, we had booked a room upstairs and the icing on the cake was that someone was playing the accordion (too loud for us but it was a very nice surprise).

17/11/2025: It's quite simple: every time we visit St. Valéry, we always book a table at Le Moulin 🙂. The food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, it's flawless, with a presentation that perfectly reflects the flavors on the palate 🤤. See you soon then 🙂

09/12/2025: Discovered the restaurant during an overnight stay. The soft-boiled eggs were excellent. The sea bass was cooked to perfection, with perfectly cooked vegetables and a subtly flavorful sauce. The service was quick and very professional. In short, a wonderful experience.

12/12/2024: Hmmm! First of all, it’s excellent!! The service is also very pleasant (well-balanced humor 👍 which makes the dinner chic and NICE) A good address, don't hesitate!!! This evening, we met Mina's sister... It seems that her brother is famous😉, in any case he is damn lucky to have such a "spicy" sister.
