28/05/2026: A truly excellent find! Le Wagon is a real gem. The setting is original and welcoming, and the atmosphere immediately makes you want to enjoy the moment. The food is exceptional, and I mean it: I eat out very often, so I'm quite demanding. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Honestly, there's nothing to criticize: the welcome, the ambiance, the service, and the food—everything is top-notch. As for the price, there were four of us, and we spent €220, including aperitifs, wine, and à la carte dishes. The value for money is very good considering the quality of the experience. In short, a must-try. Go, you won't be disappointed.

08/06/2026: Delicious!!! Just delicious. We stayed here as part of our cycling trip. The team were welcoming and very helpful. Dinner was an absolutely highlight though. Watermelon gazpacho entree, chicken with yuzu beurre Blanc for main and crème friache with meringue. So tasty, highly recommend.

23/04/2026: Amazing food! Never had frogs legs and decided when in France, have to try! And am so glad we did, the taste was amazing! I want more of them. For mains I had the duck and husband had the confeit pork belly, both were perfectly cooked. The resturant was busy but service speedy.

26/05/2026: Good food, but there's room for improvement given the expectations. The asparagus was stringy, the veal too pink and therefore not tender, and the chocolate cake too dense. But the ristretto was really good!

16/04/2026: Pleasant terrace, large parking lot, lovely setting, and excellent cuisine. The only downside is the approximately 40-minute wait if you order directly for the main course without a starter. In any case, I would recommend ordering all three courses if you don't want to leave hungry, as the portions were considered a bit small by everyone in our party (we were six adults).

07/05/2026: Limited selection, but everything looks homemade, so it's very good. The portions are generous, and the quenelles are excellent! (Photo for 3 people). Reservations are recommended as it's a small establishment. The service and welcome seem rather cold at first, but they become more pleasant as the meal progresses. A good place to eat!

15/05/2026: This place is the quintessential wine/tapas bar. Beautiful display of wines from all over the region and a knowledgeable host who is ready with recommendations. The food is delicious and paired perfectly with our wine(s) of the night. We weren’t rushed. Everything was coursed with the right amount of time. I wish we could have spent more time in Toulouse because I definitely would come back.
