19/08/2026: We've watched the chef's cuisine flourish over the past few years. First one star, then a second, richly deserved. It's always a delight to discover the chef's new menus. The sommelier introduces us to some amazing wines. And what a surprise that Austrian Blakstok cider was with dessert.

15/08/2026: I thank my friend Rémy for sharing a memorable moment with me in an incredibly remarkable setting. Upon entering the establishment, we were delighted to find an intimate space, adorned with remarkably elegant materials and so beautifully arranged. We were welcomed with distinction and invited to take our seats overlooking the magnificent gardens. How can I describe our dinner? Exceptional precision of taste, perfectly balanced proportions, and above all, remarkable expertise that fully justifies the Michelin stars displayed at the entrance. We were treated to a succession of dishes worthy of a haute couture fashion show. I would like to sincerely thank the staff who contributed to our evening, filled with profound wonder, emotion, and delicious memories. A true pleasure and heartfelt thanks for an evening brimming with memories. 🙏

03/10/2026: Super friendly staff. The food is really good. I had toasted country bread with duck, apple, and salad. It was incredibly delicious. You absolutely have to go. It's a bit hidden away, but highly recommended.

14/09/2026: Our group had a great time there. The food was very delicious and cooked to perfection. Our kids who normally don't eat much ended up eating a lot. Recommed escarogts, foie grass, and lamb. The staff there are also very friendly. Will definitely visit again next time we are in Paris.

10/09/2026: The daily special was delicious, costing 20 euros. We ordered salad first and beef with fries as a second course.

29/08/2026: The food was acceptable, but the service was disastrous. The welcome was cold, even glacial, and the waiter was clearly annoyed. They make you feel like a burden rather than a customer. The impatience was so strong that it ruined the short time we spent there. Not recommended.

14/08/2026: La Sole Dorée on a little back street near the Hotel Mercure Centre, where I was staying, is a wonderful hidden gem. I was charmed by the atmosphere & service, & absolutely blown away by the food! My first meal there was lunch where I had the eponymous sole which the waitress beautifully prepared for me at the table. At first, that was an "amuse bouche" of the best gazpacho. I've had all summer. Also, a wonderful fish dip served with little toasts. When I went for dinner, the starter was grilled watermelon (on the menu, a play on words, "pas steak"), quite delicious, surprising, and refreshing. After that, a wonderful turbot with foie gras sauce(!) It was sublime. I actually had dessert. Twice (lunch & dinner.) Little "trompe l'œil" mushrooms (or cèpes) made out of two scoops of ice cream with meringue "caps", and chocolate sauce. And, after the dinner, baba au rhum, with the bottle placed on the table, just in case. Most highly recommended.

11/09/2026: A very warm welcome. The servers were very pleasant and professional, and the service was impeccable. The cuisine was exquisite. The dishes were excellent. For our second visit, as with our first, we were not disappointed.
