01/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery this inn was! On Saturday the 31st, we booked a table for 11 people. The service was perfect; the waitress was smiling and very professional. The food was excellent (prepared by the owner's mother), delicious and very generous portions! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

27/02/2026: After a 3-hour hike, the welcome and hospitality from the young waitress were appalling. No greeting, a fully booked restaurant despite no indication of this, a lovely terrace closed despite the 18-degree weather and sunshine. We were rudely asked to leave to eat, and when we asked if we could just have a beer on the terrace, we received a curt and unwelcoming "No!" Even when I made a joke, she turned away with an insolent smile... This kind of person has no place in the service industry! Very disappointed, especially since we had hiked for 3 hours and everyone else was in cars! Not the slightest consideration...

25/02/2026: I can only comment on the welcome and service. We stopped for a drink on the terrace. No table service, order at the bar. OK. But then, "It's self-service, come back to the bar in 5 minutes. Payment in advance," when no one else was there, well, that was a bit much. Another family ventured onto the terrace and left empty-handed. A shame, given the beautiful setting, it has potential...

08/07/2025: Dinner outside with colleagues. Bistro Regent: You either love it or hate it. I like it. But the most important thing is to congratulate the team. Professional and very friendly. It feels like a real team that gets along very well, very funny and close-knit. Bravo.

31/01/2026: January 2026 The restaurant is somewhat hidden away in a quiet alley. The welcome and service are impeccable. We opted for the tasting menu at €135... A true success! An amuse-bouche followed by seven courses offered genuine surprises and culinary delights. The chef manages to combine flavors and presentation, always giving pride of place to plants and flowers. We discovered, along the way, the brède mafane and its unique flavor profile. The menu offers a balance between land and sea, always original and distinctive. Bravo to the chef for the delicious flavors. The aperitifs and wine, however, are (too) expensive. I highly recommend this restaurant: a wonderful discovery.
