26/09/2026: The dining room is small and the tables are quite close together, creating a warm but somewhat cramped atmosphere. As for the galettes, I had mixed feelings: they're served on dessert-style plates, in a square shape, and the batter is thicker than I expect from a traditional buckwheat galette. I like large, thin galettes, slightly crispy, with a little salted butter. Here, it's a different style, less authentic in my opinion. The dessert, a wheat crêpe, has a good homemade chocolate sauce, the sweet crêpe is also good, and the whipped cream has a real flavor. It's a shame the portion is a bit small, because with a little more generosity, it would be truly excellent. Overall, a decent experience, with some positives and a few disappointments. The high rating probably also comes from the takeaway service. For me, it's a 3.5 to 4 star, depending on how much importance you place on the traditional aspect of galettes.

28/08/2026: Arriving late at lunchtime, just before the kitchen closed, we had a very good meal—I had carpaccio and my girlfriend had a burger. Generous portions and not too expensive; the place does its job, what more could you ask for? The carpaccio was a little dry, which was a shame, but they did offer me oil or something similar.

24/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very varied with high-quality products.

19/05/2026: The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the beach near the casino and a 25-minute walk from the Marcel Deflandre Stadium (recommended). We received a warm welcome at reception, and the staff at the bar and restaurant were particularly polite and efficient. As for the room, it was a decent size, with a comfortable bed and was clean, but could use a refresh and shows some signs of wear and tear.

28/08/2026: Tonight we were on the restaurant terrace! It was so pleasant... a welcome respite from the heat after all this sweltering heat! The service was fantastic and they were always so attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the beef fillet, homemade fries, and delicious béarnaise sauce!

10/09/2026: A wonderful time spent at La Butte aux Thaï! Delicious food, excellent and attentive service, and a calm and pleasant atmosphere :) The homemade spring rolls were perfect, the red curry chicken was flavorful, and the Chiang Mai dessert was a complete success!

05/06/2026: During the peak of heat wave in May, this coffee shop saved my life from a near heatstroke. It is incredibly difficult to find somewhere cool during the heatwave, but the climate control, the incredible iced drink and cold food at this cafe had saved me. I spent an hour here to cool down while enjoying the iced latte. My friend ordered a chia tea, which was out of stock. The server switched it to a mint tea for him and refunded the price differences. It was a small change but we did not expect that at all. Honest business, honest people and we are very grateful! 特别推荐！！空调很足！！服务员很帅！！老板很好！！

25/08/2026: A great place for brunch. The service is attentive and they're happy to help with anything you need. The Moroccan tagine brioche is absolutely worth it. It's a highly recommended spot to go and then head straight to the cathedral.

22/08/2026: I would have loved to try those things that looked so delicious… However, going there intentionally with the intention of eating was a bit of a gamble. It was advertised as being closed for holidays the week before our visit and reopening the day before, but it turned out differently. We were surprised to find the place closed, or rather, under construction, with people still inside… What a shame!
