The service was impeccable, especially Brigitte, our waitress, who was lovely, very attentive, and friendly. And she also spoke perfect Spanish. Thank you so much for everything! The view is breathtaking, each dish is a journey for the taste buds, and the welcome is as warm as it is sincere. You can feel the passion in each plate, fresh products enhanced with talent and creativity. I envy those who live nearby and can go there regularly... it's an address we would like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known to everyone.

I had the joy of rediscovering Nycolas's cuisine, whom I had known back in the day at a fine-dining establishment in the Côte-d'Or. You can immediately tell he hasn't lost any of his passion: his love for the ingredients and his craft is still there, undiminished. Their wine and beer recommendations were excellent, the food was delicious, and the view added to a truly wonderful evening. The traditional Toulouse cuisine is perfectly executed, with dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the foie gras appetizer, which was absolutely exquisite. The service also deserves to be highlighted: a dynamic team with distinct personalities, each adding their own touch and making the experience even more enjoyable and lively. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, ideal for sharing a quality meal with friends or family. We will gladly return!
