30/07/2026: A wonderful experience that I highly recommend to all cheese and wine lovers. The rosé wine was excellent, not to mention the cheese selection, which was thoroughly explained by the owner, who also spoke Italian. A truly enjoyable evening.

28/07/2026: Les Fromagères offers a carefully selected selection of the highest quality products, favoring small producers. Places like this are increasingly rare. For cheese lovers, a visit is a must.

05/07/2026: A truly wonderful place we discovered during a stroll through Paris. Despite arriving without a reservation, we received a warm welcome and were quickly seated. We started by sharing the lamb kefta and the avocado with crayfish: two flavorful, generous, and perfectly executed appetizers. A real treat. The delightful surprise came with the main courses, designed to be shared between two people—a convivial approach that we greatly appreciated. We chose the tuna belly, served with sage and aioli. The tuna was cooked to perfection, meltingly tender and expertly prepared—a true delight. Beyond the quality of the food, we particularly appreciated the friendliness and good humor of the entire front-of-house team, which contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent restaurant where you can eat very well in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will gladly return on our next trip to Paris.

03/08/2026: I really loved the interior and the service. Our waiter noticed that our table was wobbling and fixed it right away without us even asking. We ordered escargots and tried them for the first time — the waiter showed us how to use the utensils and was very kind. The oysters were juicy and delicious, and the tartare had a subtle apple note — unusual, tasty, and interesting. The chicken and liver were fine. Overall, it’s a very atmospheric restaurant with beautiful décor and excellent service.

10/07/2026: Good morning, I'm usually happy with their pastries, but NOT THIS TIME: the Paris-Brest in particular had an insignificant amount of cream, no praline at all!! The flan was okay: it smelled nicely of milk and cream. Could you please change the varieties of petit fours? They're always the same!! Thank you very much, Ms. Carel Katia

24/06/2026: We chose Matyasy because of its proximity and local reputation for freshness and quality. Not only were we not disappointed, but everything exceeded our expectations: the service, the facilities, the presentation, and the food—everything was perfect. Matyasy is a restaurant I will definitely use again in the future.

The setting is magnificent, with a superb, cozy, quiet, and very pleasant terrace. The welcome and service were impeccable, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

But everything is there, it's delicious, it's high quality, and you leave with a full stomach! The warm welcome and excellent service make it all the more enjoyable. A real treat. Bonus point: the restaurant accepts ANCV paper vouchers 😉

31/07/2026: Living in Albi, we don't often have the chance to have lunch in Gaillac. It was quite by chance that the four of us found ourselves seated on the pleasant terrace of the "Vigne en Foule" restaurant. We didn't regret our choice. First and foremost, the welcome was warm and the staff were smiling. This was all the more pleasant as we arrived early, at noon sharp, just as they were finishing up. But we were very well looked after, with great professionalism and kindness. A very good point indeed. As for the food, the chef and his team deserve praise. The cuisine is simple, refined, and delicious, featuring excellent seasonal produce. The food is truly superb. This is certainly a very good restaurant in the center of Gaillac, with a very affordable, generous, and above all, excellent daily menu. And for dessert, the ice cream flavor combinations are very original, not to mention the rum baba, which is absolutely enormous (it's even offered as a "sharing" portion on the menu). I highly recommend it. A big thumbs up!

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the 4-star rating, but even though the veal Milanese was good, it doesn't deserve 5 stars. It was good, but not amazing, so that's why. I wanted to avoid writing this, but since you also feel entitled to criticize our positive reviews, I feel I have the right to respond.
