Never heavy, always perfectly balanced. One of the very few places where you can mop up your sauce just like at home.

24/05/2026: Too noisy, which is a real shame because simply putting some soundproofing strips on the ceiling (which is very high) would reduce the noise level. You can't hear yourself speak when the room is full. But otherwise, the food is very good and the staff are very friendly.
