17/05/2026: We last visited in December 2024, and I'm taking the liberty of rewriting my review with more details because the restaurant and the staff deserve it. The aperitif cocktails are top-notch, featuring homemade products like verbena syrup, rose syrup, and Chavagne strawberry cream. The complimentary spreads served with our drinks are delightful, with fresh, homemade flavors. The wine list and explanations are worthy of a sommelier, making you want to learn more. The wines are high-quality and allow you to discover new appellations. Starters: - Langoustines - Smoked Salmon Main Courses: - Lamb Burger - Mediterranean Duck Breast Excellent Cheese Trolley Dessert: Chef's Special (mango, strawberry, rhubarb, chocolate) The atmosphere is always pleasant, calm, with soft lighting that isn't at all oppressive. Very pleasant. And a major plus, of course, for the chefs, but an extra mention goes to the two very pleasant, attentive, and passionate women in the dining room. Of course, I'll finish by mentioning the price, which I found simply incredible for a Saturday night. Starter, main course, and dessert: €29, or €34 with the cheese trolley. Today, at this price, with such high-quality ingredients, flavors, and service, it's more than perfect! I recommend it 1000%, and of course, we'll be back 😉 PS: I'm in a wheelchair, and the restaurant is perfectly accessible 😉

23/04/2026: The onomatopoeia that kept coming up throughout the evening was "Mmmmmm." Everything was truly delicious. It was my first visit and certainly not my last. Everything is homemade, the combinations are subtle, and the portions are generous. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The chef also managed to accommodate a food intolerance by offering an alternative. I'm not usually much of a dessert person, but here, it was simply divine. The homemade smoked Camembert was a delight. The welcome and service were equally excellent; thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Bravo! And...see you very soon!

25/05/2026: We had a very similar experience to a reviewer a few days ago. The service was chaotic. Whilst the manager was rushing around in a haphazard manner it was hard to tell if the other servers were staff or customers, most of them were appeared to have spent the afternoon in the bar. The burger was below average and the paella was a joke, dry and tasteless. As with the earlier reviewer the paella wasn’t charged for, but still it was an evening ruined.

20/05/2026: I ate there with friends, it was excellent, I recommend it!

16/04/2026: Lunch with the set menu. Absolutely delicious: asparagus salad, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, and apple and praline tart (special mention for the asparagus/haddock/turmeric starter). We thoroughly enjoyed it! Excellent value for money and superb service.

16/04/2026: Had a wonderful pulled chicken "taco." The owner was closing early, but the chef said it would be no problem to make me something. Just a lovely experience located around the corner from my rental. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

24/05/2026: Experience on Saturday, May 9, 2026: beautiful dining room, friendly welcome and service, excellent food. The major problem: the restaurant connects to the pub, which also belongs to the La Traversée establishment. We were seated in the common area. Later in the evening, a concert in the pub was particularly loud every time the staff used the connecting door between the two rooms. As a result, it was very difficult to hear each other at our table every two minutes. A real shame. I recommend going on a weekday rather than a weekend, as I think the concerts only take place on weekends. Otherwise, very good.

17/05/2026: For gourmets, not for those with a sweet tooth! Two small langoustine tails and a tiny piece of a lobster claw (which isn't eaten in the Cotentin region). A shame, because it's very good.

07/04/2026: There were six of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The typical French cuisine was deliciously prepared. I also loved the service and the atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

06/04/2026: Delicious food, really disappointing service. We were sat outside (an option available at booking) and it felt as though they completely forgot that we were there. We were there for nearly 2 hours, waited 45 minutes for our mains to arrive and had to chase to get the bill, finally just going inside to settle up. The atmosphere inside felt completely different (and lovely), and the food was great, but I wouldn’t recommend sitting at the outside tables given the option. They did comp a round of drinks to say sorry, which was appreciated.

07/05/2026: We arrived in the middle of the evening just for dessert crepes, and they were fantastic. I'll be back to try the savory ones and I'll add photos. The service was also excellent. Thank you 🙏 Finally, a real creperie in the area.

17/03/2026: A really nice place to relax. Excellent Valrhona hot chocolate, top quality. Excellent homemade blueberry lemonade. We love it, but we only go when it's really quiet for an afternoon snack!

12/06/2026: We had lattes and food for kid. Lattes were okay. Kid liked the crispy chicken with fries. Their restrooms are very clean. Prices were okay.

30/10/2025: Spontaneous family lunch, very pleasant welcome, excellent mussels with a wide choice of sauces, if you like mussels this is a good place to go.
