26/02/2026: Cozy restaurant in the heart of Honfleur. Friendly service and a good menu. Something for everyone. We had a delicious salmon dish and an escalope Normande. The apple crumble dessert was unfortunately burnt and tasted like pizza (?). This could be better.

25/02/2026: A truly beautiful restaurant. From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a wonderful time. The cuisine is excellent, refined and delicate. You can taste the harmonious flavors in the choice of meat and its accompaniment, and the same goes for the fish. The seasonings are absolutely perfect. I was just a little disappointed by the wine list, which I found too "classic" and could have been more subtle to create pairings that truly complemented the dishes. The dessert, the chef's specialty, was so charming and beautifully presented that I almost hesitated to take the first bite. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. We loved it.

26/02/2026: I had the opportunity to stay and dine at the Sorgia during a business trip in February 2026. The reservation was made through a professional website, with the room and tourist tax already paid. The welcome and service were satisfactory, although the former seemed a little impersonal upon arrival. The staff, however, remained pleasant and helpful. If you arrive early, you can retrieve the keys using the access code on the door, which is convenient. The restaurant is very pleasant, with a cozy and warm atmosphere. The dishes were, in my opinion, excellent: I had the "coquillettes" as a starter (the name might be surprising, but it's a very pleasant surprise!), followed by a can of soda and a tiramisu, accompanied by a local beer (Pi Mousse). For €42, I found the value for money very satisfactory. Regarding the location, the hotel is quiet and has parking in the back, which is a plus. However, access can be a bit tricky during peak hours, especially when going through Valserine between 5 and 6 pm, and again in the morning between 7 and 8 am. The room was also satisfactory. The bedding was comfortable, although slightly firmer pillows would have been preferable. A minor drawback was the towels, which could be a bit softer: the one I used was particularly rough. In short, a very good place to stay that I'll keep in mind and where I'll gladly return. I recommend it.

23/02/2026: We were traveling by motorcycle and had booked the room in advance. When we arrived, the owner even let us park in his private garage. He was incredibly accommodating. We felt very comfortable. They're also LGBT-friendly; the fact that we're a lesbian couple didn't bother anyone at all. On the contrary, he was thrilled that we both ride motorcycles 😂

18/02/2026: This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Strasbourg! I'm a shopkeeper myself and I come here regularly. The value for money is exceptional, especially the red meat, which is incredibly tender, like butter… and at a more than reasonable price. It's always a treat! The staff is lovely, super welcoming and warm. I highly recommend it!

03/02/2026: After some confusion about the restaurant, I booked L'Absolu for my birthday, thinking it was a different restaurant I'd already visited. With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!
