31/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, with ample parking, a friendly and welcoming entrance, tables spacious enough for four people, quick order service, generous and beautifully presented dishes, an interesting wine list, and the owner who comes around to make sure everything is going well.
I highly recommend this establishment.
03/05/2026: Having booked for 25 people, we arrived to find only 15 places available. The very unpleasant owner blamed this on my poor organizational skills and told me he had no other solution. Fortunately, another restaurant was able to accommodate us. The owner did admit she had made a mistake with the reservation. In short, never again! The owner has no business sense and no business being in a restaurant. Thanks to another restaurant, we had a very nice afternoon in the Three Valleys. NEVER AGAIN, and especially AVOID!

The welcome, the service, the cuisine of course, and the atmosphere—everything comes together for an incredible moment of indulgence and generosity. Dessirier, in particular, with its brand-new decor, is so inviting. I highly recommend the experience.

We received a very warm welcome, the service was professional and efficient, the food was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you again for seating us with such a beautiful view. We would be delighted to return on our next trip.

Small downside: we eat on Formica tables... what a shame! Placemats or a tablecloth would have been welcome and cozier.
In short, eating so well but not offering anything great either, it’s a real shame....

There were fingerprints on the cutlery/glasses and some mistakes were made with the wine glasses served, but overall they were friendly and the food was good.

The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the staff friendly.
The €28 set menu (excluding wine) that we ordered was generous, very well prepared, and served with a smile. Parking was no problem: there is free parking. I recommend booking in advance.
For me, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this establishment.

The only downside: they're closed for part of August, so our friends from Nantes visiting Auvergne won't have the great opportunity to experience these two passionate and talented restaurateurs!

23/05/2026: An exceptional restaurant; we have rarely eaten so well in our lives and are surprised that this restaurant doesn't have more Gault & Millau toques. The Riess couple impressed us not only with the quality but also with their discreet and friendly service. Everything was perfect, from the decor to the entire ambiance. And all this at prices for which you would never find such quality in big cities...
