01/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant at lunchtime today as a family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, but you could see that all the servers were working diligently to take care of their tables. On top of that, the atmosphere is really pleasant.

30/06/2026: I came yesterday with my mother and we ordered two fish burgers. From the start, I specified that I was pregnant and didn't want any sauce in my burger, as the homemade sauces are made with raw eggs. Despite this, we had to send my burger back twice because the instruction clearly hadn't been taken into account. On the third attempt, I was brought a burger without sauce… but also without radishes and cheese. All that was left was a white bun with what was described on the menu as a "smashed cod steak." In reality, I ended up with a thin patty made of reconstituted fish, with more breading than fish. It was very far from what I expected after reading the description. One bite was enough for me to ask for the bill so I could finish my evening elsewhere. I did ask where the fish was in my burger, and I was told it was fish pâté. I tried to settle for the fries, but they were soggy. I finally gave up. I'm still giving it one star, though, because the iced tea was decent and the staff kindly brought water for my dog. It's a real shame, because a few months ago you offered a fish burger that was much better. I live just a few meters from your establishment, and this wasn't my first visit: until now, my previous experiences had been satisfactory. The most disappointing thing is that no compensation was offered, even though our plates left almost full and our dissatisfaction was quite obvious. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't think I'll be back.

07/08/2026: We arrived at 9 pm. The welcome was nonexistent, absolutely terrible… a cold waiter who didn't even acknowledge our greeting. We weren't even asked if we could still order food. We felt completely ignored. If your waiter treats everyone like that, your reputation won't last long. One thing is for sure: the service is much better at other restaurants, and we will never return to the Palacio.

04/08/2026: The staff are welcoming and very attentive. The dishes served are very tasty, with a special mention for the duck breast with raspberry sauce. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Special mention for the accras, which were simply excellent—crispy and bursting with flavor 🤤 The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The service is top-notch, and the team is passionate. Honestly, a must-try for lovers of good wine and good food! 🍷🔥
