21/08/2024: Very good time spent last night at Cin5. A warm welcome, high quality products cooked with care and served with delicacy. A big thank you for the birthday candles for our two boys.

08/03/2024: Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius. The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite. The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional. Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.

The presentation of the dishes, the quality of the fries, the owner's welcome, and the fact that reservations are useless because they practically overbook... In short, I won't be going back, unfortunately.

17/10/2025: A nice, rustic cabin in a beautiful location. The rooms are a bit dated. They could use some improvements here and there. The outdoor dining area, right by the street, is noisy. The food is good. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is adequate.

24/09/2025: For us it is always a pleasure to stop at the Napoleon refuge, I can no longer count the number of times we had a drink there while soaking up the scenery with the small lake and the Col de Vars.🏔️⛰️ In summer in 🏍️ or in winter snowshoeing at the Vars resort nearby.

From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderfully warm welcome: genuine smiles, kindness… we immediately felt at ease, like we were at home. The place is authentic, welcoming, and full of charm, with its stone, wood, and fireplace ambiance that gives it a real soul. You just want to sit back and savor every minute. As for the food, it was pure bliss: the savory buckwheat galettes were excellent, crispy, and perfectly filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients, and the sweet crepes were simply delicious, thin, crispy, and indulgent, just the way we like them. We truly, truly ate very well in a friendly and genuine atmosphere. This is a rare find, where you can feel the passion, the heart, and the expertise. A huge thank you to the whole team—we'll definitely be back!

28/02/2026: The venue sometimes lacks seating, which is a shame when you pay extra for a seat. Otherwise, the venue is nice, with good acoustics and a beautiful setting.

14/03/2026: We were tempted this Friday by the "lobster" menu currently offered by the Chef at Savignois, and frankly, it was a delight! The dishes were beautifully presented, the flavor combinations were surprising at first glance but blended together perfectly 😋 We left feeling satisfied and very happy to have tasted these dishes and discovered these flavors. Thank you to the Chef, for whom sharing his passion means creating dishes for sharing and customer satisfaction. The service was excellent, and the couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming. The Chef came out of the kitchen towards the end of service and shared a "digestive" secret with us! 🤫 I gave it 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere because I found the dining room a bit dreary; it lacked a bit of energy compared to the bar area. We will definitely be back for the quality of the food!! And in the summer, because the terrace will be much nicer 😉
