26/09/2024: Although our dining started off somewhat poorly, we still had a pleasant, tasty lunch.
The aperitif was disappointing because the drinks ordered, advertised as 6 cl, consisted of half of ice. How cheap. The wine list is also on the pricey side.
However, the quality of the dishes and the friendly service turned the tide so that we could end the afternoon on a positive note.

09/12/2024: Very beautiful and pleasant hotel! Spacious room with very comfortable bedding. Restaurant side very good cuisine. Breakfast is complete! For the management part, the managers are adorable and very accommodating! I highly recommend 👌

17/12/2024: We ate tarts and half an pomme flambée with Calva. This was billed at 12€ while the whole cost 15€. I'm not good at Math but 15 divided by two doesn't make 12........
Even if it looked like 2/3 of the normal pie, I only came to €10......
Otherwise the waitress is very nice....smiling with repartee.
Damage
It would be nice not to take customers for 6 week old rabbits....or cash cows.
Oh yes!! and the 1/4 of Pinot Noir at 14€ .....we don't talk about it......
15/12/2024: Incredible restaurant to discover in Rœschwoog. The setting is sublime and the Alsatian cuisine offered there is simply delicious and refined. Whether it was the visuals or the taste, everything was perfect.

We had the pleasure of eating at Petit Sommelier in Lodève and it was a remarkable experience! Contrary to some negative reviews we had read, everything was perfect from start to finish.
The welcome by the waitress was respectful and very friendly, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were a real delight: the lamb brains were exquisite, a real treat, and the poached pear, simply perfect. Every detail, from starter to dessert, was careful and tasty.
We will return with great pleasure, because this restaurant deserves to be discovered and appreciated for its true value. Don't let the negative comments influence you, because for us it was a flawless experience.

03/09/2024: Second time here and such a wonderful experience. First time was a winter menu. This time it was summer. This is Japanese inspired French dining, with delicate artistry on a plate. Each course preceded by a refreshing tasting morsel. Everything was light but filling, a delight to eat and look at. Well worth the price for a special night out.

21/09/2024: Superbe accueil, Mme est très douce et très avenante. son époux cuisine divinement, il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas goûté des mets aussi bien cuisinés. Gaspacho de tomates excellentissime avec petits Poivrons offert en entrée. Plat avec des légumes cuisinés à la perfection et produits frais et goutus. Un vrai délice pour les papilles. Merciiiiiiii.
14/09/2024: Ne pas se fier à la devanture. La décoration intérieure sort d’une brocante et la carte donne envie de tout essayer. Service professionnel à la « bonne franquette », très bon conseil pour le choix. Plat très copieux, prix raisonnable pour une carte différente des restaurants de bord de mer. A essayer absolument

03/09/2024: I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time (since Covid!).
It is now done.
Excellent menu at 28€ with a limited choice but which can satisfy all tastes: for us it was soft-boiled egg on a base of mushrooms followed by very tasty and perfectly cooked minced beef (accompanied by chickpeas and a " real » puree) and finished with crepes Suzette.
My partner and I were very satisfied with our test.
No worries about parking thanks to the Alysson hotel car park.
The young women who provide the service are very friendly and fast.
