29/11/2025: We went there several times about 35 years ago!!! We were young 🙃 We found this restaurant by chance while on holiday in Argelès. I see the menu hasn't changed at all, incredible!!! The owner who served us back then 😉 always said, "And here are the trout from the Gorges de la Fou!" 😊 It was delicious 😋😋 and very welcoming. My husband and I are so happy that this unassuming little restaurant is still going strong in the charming little village of Corsavy... Nostalgia, nostalgia 🥲

02/11/2025: The dishes are quite simple but excellent value for money. The sweetbreads are delicious, it's a shame they're served with fries; rice would be better. The service is smooth and charming. When you book, request a table in the lounge; it will be quieter.

08/02/2026: Over €50 for this?! There's nothing redeeming about this restaurant! Except perhaps the peaceful rural setting, and even then... The dining room is noisy, becoming quite loud as soon as it's full. The dining room itself is unremarkable, although clean and spacious. Then there's the food. Very basic; clearly, most, if not all, of the dishes come straight from the freezer or are simply an assembly of processed ingredients. Finally, the atmosphere, or rather, the service. As has already been mentioned, you'll have to put up with the owner's personality. His jokes might be amusing, but all things considered, it's absolutely not what I expect from a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €54 without drinks! At €20, I might have given it three or four stars.

18/01/2026: This restaurant, tucked away in the marshes, is definitely worth a visit! There were very few people there on Saturday, January 10th, so we were able to enjoy the simply yet elegantly decorated dining room. We appreciated the warm welcome and attentive service from our host, as well as the excellent menu selection. We came specifically for the eel specialty, and we weren't disappointed, just like with the rest of the menu! In short, a very pleasant experience that we don't regret at all, and the pleasure of having discovered a new restaurant that's well worth the detour!

19/02/2026: Small restaurant near Bourgoin-Jallieu. Easy parking. Set menu at €16.50 including wine. Ideal for family and group meals. Home-style cooking with fresh ingredients. Tasty, hot, and generous portions. Nice wine selection.

17/03/2026: Sitting down you are presented with a platter of beautiful fish you can choose off the menu. We picked a a nice sea bass and were very happy with the expert way it was handled in the kitchen...perfectly grilled , presented at table and then deboned for service... excellent salt boiled jacket potatoes and some really tasty zucchini were served along side.. The local white was dry and had a interesting saline quality the grapes had obviously picked up from the sea air where they grew..perfect with the fish...The fish soup started was also comforting on a cool. day, served its toast, cheese. and aioli. For desert , we split a bowl of their famous chocolate mousse and could barely finish it... rich and super yummy. All in all a happy ,satisfying meal served by a friendly , obliging staff who took good care of us and our dog Nika!

27/02/2026: Unimaginative cuisine for a Bib Gourmand (compared to other experiences). A lack of warmth in the welcome. A bland and uninviting setting. An overall unappealing experience... Not recommended for families with children who are not welcome... What a shame... we won't be returning and we won't be recommending it either.

01/03/2026: We came for Grandmothers' Day and everything was excellent. The welcome was fantastic. The service was excellent. The food was superb. I highly recommend it...we will be back.
