Having tried it twice already, there's no doubt about it: it's the best restaurant in Metz if you enjoy old-fashioned bistro fare. The service is quick, yet the servers still have time to chat, joke, and ask questions. The food is high-quality, well-balanced, and reasonably priced. The dishes are classic but often given a modern twist, always maintaining a perfect balance. Of course, the atmosphere is that of a small, intimate restaurant where you shouldn't be afraid of conversation, but this only reinforces the "old-fashioned bistro" feel.

12/02/2026: We came here for a family dinner while visiting Strasbourg. The hospitality here is top-notch; the team is attentive and friendly, and their effort to communicate with us in Spanish was a lovely touch that added to the experience. Regarding the meal, the flavors were excellent, although we found the main dish portions to be quite small. Additionally, while the atmosphere is nice, the room space was smaller than I am used to for a restaurant of this caliber. However, the quality of the cooking is undeniable. Thank you to the team for a memorable evening!

02/03/2026: As on previous occasions, the service was impeccable: the welcome, the attentive service throughout the meal, the shared sense of humor... And as for the cuisine, the dishes were truly delicate and subtle. The pan-seared foie gras was sumptuous (the sauce was divine), and the sweetbreads were perfectly crispy and accompanied by a variety of delicious vegetables. The chocolate entremet for dessert was exquisite. All the presentations were superb. We had heard good things about this restaurant, but we were so charmed by it that we've now been back three times. The value for money is unbeatable.

A flank steak like I hadn't had in a long time: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

And also to my sister (Kiki) who kindly treated us to this meal; without her, we might never have taken the plunge into fine dining. A truly delightful discovery.
