05/09/2024: Je suis venu fêter avec mon fils, dans ce restaurant, sa première location d'appartement et nous avons pu passer une excellente soirée, dans un cadre fort sympathique. De l'entrée au dessert nous nous sommes régalés. Je n'avais au préalable pas vérifier la carte ni les tarifs... ils sont un peu élevés mais je n'avais qu'à vérifier avant. Cependant, leur gentillesse, les conseils et la cuisine raffinée vaux le détour. Un bel endroit pour un repas en amoureux pour une prochaine fois. Je recommande.

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.

15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

10/09/2024: We came across this hotel/restaurant when we were looking for a place to visit in the mountains- not far from the sea either! From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with wonderful service and very kind staff. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were super clean, well equipped, cosy, and dog friendly too. The restaurant had a great selection of local food that was well prepared and presented… and very generous. Highly recommend this friendly, charming little hotel .

06/09/2024: This was our third visit (in three years) - and our best. We had the six course surprise menu (available lunch and dinner except Friday and Saturday evening) with a bottle of champagne. The food was magnificent, and very good value. We were told that two of the six courses change every few weeks - and we didn't recognise any of the courses from our previous visits. The waiter spoke excellent English, and told us the details of each course and the amuse bouches after we had eaten them. We will be back!

03/09/2024: Unforgettable experience, very fine, refined cuisine, a journey through the flavors of Brittany revisited by modern and very creative cuisine. The service is on par with the cuisine and the atmosphere is very nice. I can only recommend.

15/09/2024: Our last day in France - and what a good choice for a farewell dinner! In fact, I've had (even) better food, but the ambience and service were first-class and I've never drunk a better wine (Beaujolais) on this vacation. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.😋🙂🙃

25/09/2024: Very very satisfied! Crêperie discovered thanks to the recommendation of Delphine our landlady. During our short stay in Pontorson, we went there twice... The boss (who does everything since it's just him) is discreet but very helpful and very kind. It is essential to book and do not hesitate to call back if no one picks up... To be recommended without hesitation to people who appreciate good pancakes and crepes, prepared and served simply and authentically. My favorite: andouille de Guéméné mustard sauce. Very good value for money. Thank you sir!

04/09/2024: 5/5 nothing to complain about. Located on the GR400, they could be satisfied with the minimum, but they decided to offer the maximum... Perfect. I will take advantage of a trip across France to come and introduce it to the rest of the family. See you soon,

29/09/2024: il est indmissible de pyer 35 euros pour un repas qui est très mediocre le personnel pas a la hauteur j y suis aller pour un anniverversaire d' une amie alors la qualité n est pas au rendez vous je recommande donc pas cet établissement car on ne peu pas se parler tellement la musique est forte quand a la clientèle il n y pas beau d'européen quel dommage il y a quelques année on avait deja fait un anniversaire d'une amie qui etait beaucoup mieux que ca la la salade césar on chercher le poulet et les croutons quand a la viande elle est servie dans des assiettes froides don la viande est froide les tomates provençale je pense que le cuisinier ne sait pas les faire est les pommes de terres son aldente quand au dessert aucun gout donc on vous demande 35 euros pour manger du mediocre
