09/07/2025: Excellent service, very attentive, for this small restaurant, well-located on the Quai de la Chaume. The cuisine is refined, but in our opinion a little too much, a little too complicated, which sometimes alters the taste. Small details that still leave plenty of room for potential: the veloute could be simplified a bit, the grilled langoustines should be served shelled, the dessert biscuits a little too hard... And to enjoy the place, I read Honesty Bar (found on Amazon), a great, non-violent, "feel-good" thriller... TOP!

From the melon soup to the nectarine cream to the chicken, our senses were awakened and amazed by the presentation and the taste discoveries in every bite. The very friendly and smiling staff knew how to be attentive without being intrusive. A very nice experience again

16/11/2025: I had dinner there Saturday night with a friend. We received a very warm welcome. They took excellent care of us despite the restaurant being almost full. The service was quick, friendly, and very funny. The delicious and generous meal was served promptly. The portions were so large that we didn't have room for the desserts on the set menu, and they kindly offered us some to take away. The whole team is truly lovely, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I will definitely go back with great pleasure.
