10/06/2026: Hello, I specifically chose this restaurant in Le Crotoy for my wife's birthday during our stay in the Bay of Somme in early June 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood and, overall, all the wonderful dishes from appetizer to dessert. Special thanks to my wife for her birthday candle, as well as the one for our three Chihuahuas, who were remarkably well-behaved throughout. Thank you to the chef and his entire team for the delicious food. Thank you to all the very welcoming and friendly waitstaff.

12/06/2026: An experience you won't regret... A most welcoming reception, from both the waitress and the owners. A typical house, tastefully decorated. You feel right at home, complete with a small outdoor lounge area for enjoying coffee and a digestif (in moderation, of course). Generous cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Absolutely top-notch! Flavorful dishes, well-seasoned and perfectly spiced. Don't go on a full stomach, or you won't finish your plate! A place we discovered by chance... but we will definitely be back.

30/05/2026: This was our second visit to this restaurant; the first time was for lunch, and this time for dinner. Lunch is simpler, but just as surprising and inventive; we thoroughly enjoyed it, and last night confirmed that this is a must-visit in the region (we've only recently moved to Beaujolais). Everything was excellent, refined in taste and presentation, the service was impeccable, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

07/05/2026: Thank you, Guy Lassausaie, for delivering a Michelin-starred experience at a price that doesn't require taking out a loan. The starter menu was already exceptional. Madame Lassausaie, with her great kindness, offered us a very fine wine at a price that some in Lyon should take note of. The setting is understated, modern, and chic, as is the discreet and efficient service. Frankly, if you want to earn your first Michelin star, look no further than this place; the food speaks for itself, and it's perfect just as it is. Bravo!

03/05/2026: From the very beginning, the tone was set: we were greeted by the chef and immediately felt his passion for his craft, his warm hospitality, and his desire to please! And he succeeded! The food was refined, inventive, and... delicious! The attentive service guided us throughout the meal with expert advice on our choices of dishes and wine. We went from one discovery to another, culminating in an explosive dessert (the frozen meringue volcano—yum!). An evening with friends that we'll remember (photo with chef's hat to prove it!).
