The decor is elegant, and it was a little noisy, but that's not really surprising during lunchtime. It's a bit far from the city center, but for those with a car or who don't mind walking, it's a great place to eat!

01/05/2026: My 50th birthday was celebrated at this restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the menu. The personalized photo and the sprig of lily of the valley were lovely. Thank you! The servers were fantastic. Meanwhile, it's right in the center of Strasbourg, which is a shame.

06/04/2026: A wonderful discovery!! A Michelin-starred restaurant, certainly, but full of surprises nonetheless... 2.5 hours of pure refinement... A warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10 excellent dishes to enjoy without restraint, and innovative alcohol-free food and wine pairings! We'll definitely be back!!

29/01/2026: Lunch yesterday for my father-in-law's 80th birthday. There were six of us, and we all unanimously loved it, from the appetizers to the desserts. The food was incredible! The owner offered a chocolate fondant with a candle and background music—a lovely gesture for the occasion. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. 18/04/2026: A delightful experience in a truly lovely setting. The appetizers were excellent, with varied textures and distinct flavors that were wonderfully combined. The pork pluma was melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious. The desserts were clearly made by a pastry chef, as they were very original, beautiful, and delicious. The service was very pleasant, and the value for money was excellent; you can dine almost like you would in a fine-dining restaurant, but at a more affordable price. Well done and thank you, 101! 10/04/2026: Passing through Servoz on the valley train, we stopped for lunch at La Sauvageonne restaurant. Despite calling a bit late, we received a very warm welcome. The restaurant was full, which was a good sign. The waiter offered us the set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert for 26 euros. We opted for the latter, with two glasses of wine paired with the dish. The selection was spot-on, and the price was justified (15 euros for the two glasses). The dish was beautifully presented, with lovely colors and delicious flavors. You can tell you're dealing with a passionate chef. Impeccable service, a well-balanced wine list offering excellent bottles at reasonable prices. It was a bit noisy, but that's the price of success. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Note that the evening and weekend menus start at 40 euros for a tempting three-course meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and it's my top pick for 2026. Exceptional value for money. Thank you.

I had a lovely time with my family; everything was perfect. The cozy ambiance, decor, and atmosphere have all the hallmarks of a top-notch restaurant. I was surprised when the bill arrived; the prices are very reasonable (around €20 for the set menu). 18/04/2026: Hello, we came two weeks ago for dinner. I have celiac disease and had let them know in advance; the gluten-free option was perfectly accommodated. The food was delicious; we had the duck with Époisses sauce, which was absolutely divine. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. The chef took the time to chat with us after our meal, which was a lovely moment. It's a shame we don't live nearby so we could go back regularly! We will definitely return on our next trip to Beaune. This restaurant is a gem.

The dishes were creative and delicious, and the flavors felt well balanced and comfortable even for Asian tastes. Although it is a small bistro, the quality felt comparable to a fine dining restaurant. We would definitely love to come back and try more dishes next time we visit Paris.

The main course: I opted for the warm goat cheese salad and I wasn't disappointed! The ingredients were fresh, the cheese was flavorful, and the dressing was just perfect. It's rare to find such a generous and well-prepared salad. The dessert: A huge congratulations to the pastry chef. You can taste the skill and passion in every bite; it was the perfect ending to the meal. The service: The service was impeccable, and the hospitality was truly evident. A big thank you for the small bottle of Chartreuse offered as a digestif—a thoughtful touch that made all the difference and brought the evening to a beautiful close. In short, a mountain atmosphere just the way we like it. I'll definitely be back!
