The dishes are refined and beautifully presented; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Good service and excellent amenities. Perhaps best enjoyed on a summer evening on the terrace with its breathtaking view of the Isère valley.

15/04/2026: We went to spend the day in Collioure and looked on maps for a place to have lunch. We chose El Capillo because of the good reviews. It did not disappoint us, quite the opposite. Everything was delicious and without wanting to be pretentious.
The only thing we missed was the menu in a language other than French. But even though we didn't speak it, the waiter made the effort to understand us.
If we go back to Collioure we will definitely go back!

It's rare to find restaurants of this quality these days.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience fine French cuisine.
