14/08/2026: This isn't our first time here... It's our (grown) children's favorite. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful, with a wide variety of options. And the air-conditioned dining room is a real bonus during this heatwave. I highly recommend it.

11/08/2026: €45 for two, including a main course, dessert, two glasses of rosé wine, and a single Americano. The skewers and chocolate bars were a real treat. The service, provided by an apprentice, was excellent—quick, friendly, and responsive to our questions. I hope the tip given to the staff is shared equally with the apprentices. I highly recommend this establishment. You do French cuisine proud.

03/10/2026: A very successful reopening after several years of closure! The Alcazar has rediscovered all its magic: a chic and intimate cabaret atmosphere, a sumptuous Art Deco decor that transports us back to the golden age of Parisian nights, and talented artists who take us on a journey through time. The service is impeccable from beginning to end. The cocktails and dishes are excellent. A must-visit in Saint-Germain, I will definitely be back!

Unable to describe the ingredients of the cocktails on the menu... the duck confit was simply awful, probably straight from a can... undercooked and dry, and the fries? Don't even get me started... The only positive point: they boast about speaking 40 foreign languages ​​to attract tourists! Well done, gentlemen. The toilet was cramped and there was no paper towel! Avoid this place. A place to forget and far too expensive!

Dishes of unusual taste and composition. The combination of products is very soft and elegant. I recommend!

27/09/2026: A very warm welcome. The owner and the waitress are very attentive to the customers, the food is generous and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. If I return to Taninges, this is the restaurant I'll stop at.

18/09/2026: Looking for a meal between seasons, found great people serving delicious food. The chickenburger and curry fries were on point, the beer on tap was great, and the final espresso finished a perfect dining experience. Cozy cafe atmosphere, and service was impressive with several tavles in service and only 2 employees working hard to keep everyone well fed. Might buy a home here, and if I do, this will be a regular visit.

15/09/2026: Discovered during a business trip. The food is delicious and the service is fast. Main course and dessert were served in under an hour, even though the restaurant was quite full. The owner works alone, so there might be a bit of a wait if it's busy, but it's still reasonable, and the service is pleasant!

07/09/2026: If you don't want to miss out on dessert, remember to order it at the beginning of your meal! I was already familiar with this establishment, which I greatly enjoyed, and whose cuisine remains, in fact, excellent. It is therefore with regret that I think I won't be returning. When we ordered, the waiter—who may also be the owner—asked us if we wanted dessert. We simply replied that we preferred to wait until the end of the meal to see if we would still be hungry. At no point was it mentioned to us that if we didn't order our dessert at the beginning of the meal, it would no longer be possible to get it later. It's true that this information was indicated on the menu, but we hadn't noticed it. Given that the dishes were very good, but served in relatively small portions, we ultimately decided to finish our meal with a little something sweet. Imagine our surprise when we were told it was too late and that ordering dessert was absolutely impossible. We simply pointed out that this rule seemed rather odd and that we weren't used to this way of doing things. The response was, "It's written on the menu," in a tone that unfortunately made us quite uncomfortable. It's a shame, because we had a very good meal and the dishes were truly excellent. But this rigidity, combined with the way the situation was handled, somewhat spoiled the end of the meal. So we left disappointed, and despite the quality of the food, I unfortunately don't think I'll be returning to this establishment. It's a real pity.
