06/11/2024: An unforgettable experience! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lucas, a very friendly waiter who was always in a good mood. His kindness and professionalism made our evening most enjoyable. A big thank you also to the boss Thierry, who shows a remarkable sense of welcome and who ensures that each customer feels at home.
As for Anthony's cooking... A pure delight! Each dish was a discovery, with refined flavors and quality products, crafted with talent and passion. A real treat for the taste buds!
I recommend Le Concept with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a moment of sharing, conviviality and good food! Well done and thank you to all 3 of you for your welcome, take care of yourselves! Yann and Christopher the southerners!

30/11/2024: Very beautiful interior with magnificent vaults and walls, the service is fast and efficient.
We enjoyed the dishes, cheese fritters, piece of Angus beef, risotto. A few notes though:
the donuts, although good and plentiful, should rather be called breaded cheese; regarding desserts, the semi-cooked chocolate was tasty but the holy honor rather disappointing (soft choux pastry garnished with mousse).
to end it but without consequence, we would have liked to have a tablecloth or a placemat. the daily specials are announced orally, a card or a slate would be desirable both for the choice and for the indication of the price.

Cependant nous avons été un peu dérangés par plusieurs petites réflexions d’une des serveuses.
25/11/2024: A ne pas manquer ! Très bel accueil, endroit chaleureux, simple et sympathique. Formule à 32 euros, fait maison, nous nous sommes régalées avec une brandade de crabe, faux filet de taureau extra, agneau dans son jus réduit.... Serveuse à l'écoute et fort gentille, le patron avec une bonne gouaille et bravo au cuisinier ! A refaire, merci pour ce bon moment !!👍😃

09/09/2024: Very warmly recommended. Friendly welcome for our lunch. Excellent menu choices and excellent help when asking for advice. Delicious own fruity Chinon wine. The food is delicious. The small appetizers already, but our main menu is a special combination of flavors that, separately and together, ensure that you can enjoy all the flavors while enjoying a beautiful view of the river. Even though we really had expectations when we went in, we were still positively surprised by everything. A special addition to this small village that is definitely worth a stop.

The cuisine of the chef, Pierre Koniecko, is remarkable and the service perfect.
Plus, the whole team is adorable.

10/09/2024: First of all this was a great restaurant. Great atmosphere, very good service and the food was excellent. The cooking and creativity was on another level.
The thing I would highlight is a completely extraordinary dessert. Again the level of creativity was over the standards. We had one of the best
chocolate hearts that I’ve ever tasted, accompanied with a caramel ice cream, a banana smoothie and a passion fruit ice cream. We also had a cheese plate with local cheese. The last dessert was a combination of 5 different desserts. There was the same banana smoothie, a chocolate mousse with pecan nuts on top, a panne cotta, a peach compote and lastly a citrus cream.
The starters were also very delicious and creative. We had a plate with salmon, onions, guacamole and tomatoes. There is not much to say but it was very delicious.
For the main course we had a super delicious and a perfectly prepared and perfectly seasoned steak and some vegetables.
I would love to come back again.
I will have to give my compliments to the chef and I appreciate a chef with that amount of creativity.

08/07/2025: So, I'm basing my opinion solely on what I tasted: the cordon bleu. Especially since it seems to be one of the house's bestsellers.
Taste-wise, I was very disappointed. It's far from the delicious cordon bleu one might expect from a homemade dish. While there's plenty to eat (a very generous portion), the dish is bland, especially considering the advertised side dish (including chorizo, which should be a guarantee of bold flavor). The dish is drowned in a creamy veal stock sauce with canned mushrooms. The frozen fries don't really add up.
It's a shame, then, especially considering the price.
The rest of the menu could be better.
Otherwise, the service and setting are impeccable.
08/07/2025: Great restaurant with a pleasant decor, very good food and very friendly staff. It's a shame, however, that meal vouchers are not allowed on Saturday lunchtimes because elsewhere they even take them on Saturday evenings. The only downside...

Perfect menu, quality of products and accompaniments, perfectly measured quantities!
Local wines are judiciously offered. The pace of the service was also very well orchestrated, neither too long nor too fast (1 hour 45 minutes for aperitif, starter, main course and dessert)
Ultra efficient service and warm atmosphere!
A very good address, we highly recommend...

26/10/2024: disclaimer : j’ai été 3 fois avant dans ce resto de Pont-de-Barret (en juillet 2024, en 2022 et aussi en 2019) et donc je pense avoir une appréciation juste de cette auberge dans le temps et j’ai pu constater sur plusieures occasions leur cuisine et le service.
C’est toujours très bon, belle variété de plats, prix très raisonnables (excellent rapport qualité / prix), le resto est souvent voire toujours bien rempli (voire complet et d’ailleurs parfois le service peut semble long). Bref, que du positif vraiment. En ce mois d’Octobre, a l’heure du déjeuner la terrasse extérieure était fermée et le resto n’avait ouvert que la grande salle indoor (bien remplie).
Pour info, le resto fait sa fermeture annuelle de mi-novembre a fin fevrier donc profitez-en pour y aller car il serait fermé plus de 3 mois et demi (il rouvrira en Mars 2025).
Yann le patron est a l’ecoute des clients, notre serveuse Elsa super serviable et souriante, et c’est le père de Yann qui avait fait les desserts (tous excellents).
On reviendra c’est sûr !

11/12/2023: Deux nouvelles soirées chez vous, qui nous ont permis de retrouver tout ce que nous aimons tant, et qui nous fait revenir au Crotoy le plus souvent possible :
- l'ambiance unique : chaleureuse, cocoon et feutrée, il fait si bon se réfugier chez vous après les longues balades dans le froid ou la pluie...
- un service impeccable : Lucie et son équipe, quatre personnes de très bons conseils, dynamiques, aussi attentives qu'efficaces : vous êtes parfaits, quel plaisir de vous revoir.
- notre combinaison habituelle pour pouvoir, en deux actes, nous émerveiller de la maîtrise de Pascal, de ses nouvelles créations, de l'expression de son Art :
* une soirée "menu Baie Marine"
* et une soirée "à la carte" : nous prenons des plats différents, et goûtons chaque assiette de l'autre.
C'était si surprenant, recherché, élaboré, divinement bon... il nous a semblé que nous nous sommes régalés comme jamais, que l'équipe s'est encore transcendée...
Mais était-il possible d'encore vous améliorer ? J'en doute, la perfection étant atteinte et maintenue avec constance depuis si longtemps.
Nous nous sommes en tous cas laissés emporter par la magie du moment, ces deux soirées ont été des moments de pur bonheur, intense.
Chaleureuses félicitations et merci beaucoup à vous tous, nous nous réjouissons déjà de vous revenir très bientôt.

Another “dear” disappointment as is often the case in busy city centers.
The Alchimy does like many and sadly does not invent anything. We only have a brasserie which uses a few tricks to try to deceive the passerby and his palate.
The appetizers, the first trick that works but at the start of the meal everything works, even a squid nugget on a saffron appliance. And strangely these little appetizers make us long for the rest...
Sadly, the salmon without being bad is very ordinary and lacks salt and cooking. It's flattened that I discover gnocchi underneath that are way overcooked. The dark bowl in a dark atmosphere means that we have absolutely no idea what is really inside. Fortunately some flavors are a little more worked.
The salted butter caramel “choux” is surprisingly surprising. Crunchy, barely warm, it looks like it came out of the oven and although that is not the case (which is normal)... It works... Much better than whipped cream drowned in too much sugar and sadly that doesn't work. Isn't the slightly "washed" caramel with a "burnt" aftertaste that will fix that?
To you consumers who read this, remember that in general, too much sugar, like too much cream, are the words of dishes that have nothing to say.
That being said, Bravo for the cabbage, really.
For the service, it is no surprise, we are in a Brasserie rhythm where the dishes ready to go before you have finished the previous one follow one another. I had the appetizers even though I had not yet tasted my vine peach fruit juice, which was sold to me as a very good product from France and which seemed to me to be longer. and without much flavor. Maybe we should do the opposite. Put the juice in a glass with a jar of ice cubes.
For the dish then, They wanted to clear me twice even though I hadn't finished, and as if destiny was trying to convince me, it's only 10:30 p.m., not far from me, the waiters congratulate themselves on having "sent "more than 100 seats... The circle is complete.
Conclusion if it is still necessary to make it: 40€ for 1 main course and 1 dessert since we cannot decently consider the appetizers as a starter (although pleasant)..... It's expensive. But the worst thing is that it is not justified or compensated by a single framework.
Waitresses and waiters are in any case smiling and efficient (too much?).
That evening, surprise! there was a concert in the square next door.

02/12/2024: Hemos ido tarde, a las 14.30 y nos han atendido y servido en seguida. Los platos son variados, elaborados y muy sabrosos. Hemos comido en la terraza, al Sol de la tarde, muy a gusto. El personal está muy atento a tus necesidades, es muy rápido y amable. Aunque estaba bastante lleno, no era un lugar muy ruidoso, los clientes eran educados y hablaban en voz baja. Es muy de agradecer cuando se juntan muchas personas en un lugar.
Por supuesto que lo recomiendo para comer, espero poder volver.
