26/04/2025: We haven't had the opportunity to have lunch at the restaurant yet but we usually eat at their place at the Ermont market. This week, John and his adorable wife delivered a superb buffet for our wedding and all our guests enjoyed it (I would even say more than that but we don't have the words...)
Everything is prepared with love, it’s homemade.
I know Thailand very well having traveled there for more than ten years and I was able to travel there thanks to their authentic cuisine.

It's excellent from the start over the phone to the last minute reservation to the bill.
The dishes are generous and tasty 🤤 the fish of the day (Julienne Filet) the preparation is top notch and the sauce tasty and the accompaniment perfect.
On unanimous recommendation I took the French toast and I think I will dream about it for a long time 😀😜🤪.
There is a very good rum menu.
I recommend +++ if you are from here or passing through 👌

07/09/2024: I went to this bistro a few times in the morning for a coffee with friends, but this time, I went there in the evening, around 6 p.m., to taste a few beers, my favorite for Brussels white beer, really. refreshing and full of flavor. The atmosphere is always so warm, and the owners are very friendly. Whether for a quick coffee or a beer with friends, it's a nice place to relax.

27/01/2025: Very long wait to finally not be able to stay inside because you necessarily had to "choose a dish located on the left side of the menu". I can understand that the restaurant only wants to receive customers who are going to spend a lot, but in this case it must be clearly displayed at the entrance of the restaurant on a sign so that people are aware and do not queue up to nothing (rather than banking on the fact that after an hour in line, people will end up agreeing to spend more than they had planned to finally be able to stay warm).
24/01/2025: We ate at the restaurant between 2 slopes, the food is very good, the staff is friendly, I recommend

26/07/2024: Das erste mal das ich in einem Restaurant Schalentiere mit einem Hammer geöffnet habe. Den Gästen und auch mir hat es sichtlich Spaß gemacht. Trotz meiner fehlenden französisch Sprachkenntnisse, kam man mir das Personal entgegen und ich konnte meine Bestellung auf Englisch kommunizieren. Eine Reservierung ist auf jeden Fall angeraten während der Ferienzeit.
22/07/2024: This restaurant is unique, and I advise you to make a straight line towards the port of Brest where the establishment is on the warf. Staff very helpfull if like myself its your first time, they show and help in the art of getting the crab meat out with the help of a wooden hammer. My wife chose half crab and oysters, myself half crab and 300grms of Langustines. Two drinks and deserts we paid 100€. I highly recomend this resturant.

10/09/2024: Short menu but we still didn’t know what to choose- all the options looked delicious. In the end we shared the beignets de courgette for a starter, my husband had pork fillet and I had the tomato and sardines tart - both lovely. We would definitely go back if we were passing .

24/08/2024: Arriving by chance, we finally found a real restaurant near Annecy without any traffic jams or parking problems. The products are quality and the dishes are truly homemade. Everything is excellent and the service is impeccable. We enjoyed our first dinner so much that we went back the next day. Perfect both times.

12/09/2024: Un concept très original avec des produits frais et locaux. Les plats sont copieux. Un vrai délice de A à Z, nous nous sommes régalés.
Personnel au top et très sympathique, avec de bons conseils. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour les plus "gourmands" il y a même des burgers.
L'intérieur est également très joli et avec une terrasse pour les bons jours.
Je recommande à 100% sans hésiter, nous reviendrons
18/08/2024: Super restaurant et très original, on y mange super bien et le rapport qualité prix est correct ! La décoration est jeune et jolie , on profite de cet endroit chaque fois que nous descendons de la montagne pour repartir et il marque la fin des vacances de manière agréable 😄
