29/03/2026: We had a lovely romantic getaway in this typical Gers setting. The regional cuisine was beautifully prepared with care: homemade duck confit and local desserts flavored with Armagnac. The service was excellent: smiles, sharing stories about the history of the place and the specialties... and even a little something extra for my birthday. We highly recommend it!

24/02/2026: The sauerkraut is excellent... one of the best we've ever had. The setting is authentic and quite intimate. The wines are good value for money, which is rare these days in restaurants.

And yet, I'm traveling for work... but here you almost forget you're working 😄 The welcome is truly warm and personal. The staff is lovely, smiling, and always attentive. Honestly, it feels so good after a long day at work. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness 🙏 The rooms are very clean, well laid out, and comfortable. A special shout-out to room 205, my little HQ for this stay 😉 And then there's the restaurant... a very pleasant surprise! The dishes are delicious and the prices very reasonable. Special mention for the curry hummus: absolutely amazing 🤤 In short, a welcoming hotel, a fantastic team, and an address I'll definitely keep in mind for my travels. Warning: you come for work… and you leave wanting to come back for fun! 😄

03/03/2026: The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant is incredible; you wouldn't expect that in a hotel. The food is high quality, including some local ingredients. Just one small drawback: the fries were a little overcooked. But I highly recommend it for any business trip or stay at the exhibition center.

17/03/2026: The meal was decent but not exceptional. The waitress was unfriendly; you asked for water, but since you didn't specify "carafe," she brought you a bottle. When you said no to the bottle, she replied, "I'm here to work, you have to be specific." You ordered two glasses of wine, for which she made you specify 14 cl. But she brought you 27 cl glasses, charged almost double, and then criticized you for drinking them. It's not my job to know if it's 14 or 27 cl, it's hers. In short, not a great experience. You're just another tourist.

16/03/2026: Ate there due to its location. Food was ok, nothing special, nothing bad and service was fine but nothing extra or special. However at the end, although the bill said service inclus on it, when the waiter brought the bill he directly asked for us to add a tip of 10% to the bill. When I pointed out that bill said service included he said no, it was typical to add on top of this and again suggested 10%. As it was our second day in France I felt the pressure to do it. But now I know he was just taking advantage of the fact we were tourist. Left with only the memory of being gauged due to being tourists.

14/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice from Gaetan. The rib steak was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place. A wonderful discovery...we will definitely be back.
