27/02/2026: We took advantage of Regain's visit to try the Fulgurances restaurant and we weren't disappointed! Regain's cuisine is delicious, refined and full of flavor, just as good as what we tasted there in Marseille a few years ago.

26/04/2026: A somewhat mixed experience We opted for the tasting menu; the dishes were refined, beautifully presented, and above all, the table setting was simply magnificent. The plates were truly superb with lovely decorations. No complaints about the menu, but we were disappointed by the service. The head waitress (I believe) gave us a frosty and impersonal welcome, the presentation of the dishes was very brief, and there was no warmth in either her words or her gaze. After forgetting the bread, she returned with the basket, imposing the country bread on us without even asking our opinion. She also forgot to refill our water glasses; we had to do it ourselves—unheard of for a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, thank you to the sommelier and his wife (I believe) for their kindness and attentiveness. ✨ In short: no complaints about the food, just the service was lacking.

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!

29/04/2026: Since the recent change in management, Les Allées restaurant in Audenge has managed to retain all its charm while bringing a wonderful new energy. The owner is simply delightful: pleasant, dynamic, and always smiling, she creates a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. As for the food, there's nothing to criticize; the dishes are as delicious as ever, prepared with care, and the homemade bread remains a true treat. There's a consistent level of quality that's truly gratifying. The service is also excellent, with waitresses who are always energetic and smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's a place I've always loved and that continues to live up to all its promises!

12/05/2026: A warm welcome. We ate on the terrace in a very pleasant setting. The food was excellent, a real treat. The only downside was the slightly rushed service, especially when you haven't finished your meal. I would still recommend it, though.

15/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant using a Wonderbox gift voucher. First of all, I must mention the excellent welcome we received over the phone, which isn't always the case when you mention having a gift voucher. This warm welcome continued upon our arrival. We had a very good meal, the staff were very pleasant, and the setting was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant is ideally located opposite the market hall and just steps from the museum. The menu offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

21/03/2026: After reading and hearing nothing but praise for L'Oustaou, we tried it today with the Asparagus Menu. A real treat, with a special mention for the dessert: asparagus with white chocolate mousse. We'll be back.
