03/06/2025: What a great discovery. I wouldn't have thought of pushing the door open because the frontage deserved a "renovation". And yet what a joy to spend a moment in a place where the 80s setting, the welcome, the quality of the semi-gastronomic meal at a reasonable price and the professionalism of the staff make you vibrate. I'm telling all my friends about it because I'm so happy to have discovered this great restaurant. 🤩🤩🤩

05/07/2025: My favorite restaurant in Pau. I highly recommend it. Top quality, homemade, it's really delicious as usual 😊 I've been coming here for 15 years with my husband and nothing to complain about as usual 🥰
05/07/2025: Good, but everything is definitely way overpriced, from the meat to the dessert. The products are quality, but the cuisine isn't very sophisticated. €27 for a slice of rump steak is definitely a bit of a stretch. In the restaurants they've copied, fries are unlimited. Here, it's €5 and something. They've stopped offering a free apple at the end.
The service is efficient, the terrace is pleasant.
Note: the terrace is non-smoking.

01/12/2024: 2nd time we tried this restaurant and same opinion as the first, we eat really well there! Hearty and excellent dishes, tender meat (one of the best steaks I have eaten so far)!
Prices largely correct for the quality, we will come back without hesitation
23/11/2024: An essential address for lovers of traditional French cuisine. This restaurant offers absolutely exceptional tripe from Caen, prepared in the purest Normandy tradition.
You can feel the love of the land in every bite. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the place, as well as the attentive welcome, help to make the experience unforgettable.
I recommend this restaurant especially for tripe lovers 😜 thank you “pilou and madame”

03/07/2025: We had a wonderful time. The meal was truly delicious ❤️
The mussels marinière with homemade fries proved we'd made the right choice for the meal.
And the desserts (which I forgot to take a picture of) confirmed it all. The tarte tatin for me and the Fontainebleau for my husband were generous, succulent, and comforting.
We were charmed by the place too.
Flawless ❤️

J'y suis allée deux fois en 3 jours, tout était délicieux.
10/10/2024: Pâtisseries , pain … tout les produits sont excellents , belle vitrine qui donne envie , un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette pâtisserie

Well worth a stop ... its a little bit hidden in a alley but quite accessible (a couple of big steps to get in ....)
And a lovely area for sitting outside in nicer weather... you can actually sit outside when it's raining as the table area is cut out into the town walls
15/11/2024: The large room quickly becomes cluttered, relegated to the cellar where there is a vague smell of humidity. 9 euros for a Viennese in an unattractive glass. During the week it may be more acceptable.
