You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

03/04/2026: In a very pleasant, warmly decorated ambiance, one can enjoy high-level culinary art. Each course is artfully presented and testifies to a master of their craft. This is not altered by the fact that we didn't find the combination of salmon trout and red cabbage entirely successful due to the acidity of the red cabbage overpowering the fish; this is ultimately a matter of taste. The ingredients of each course were fresh and of high quality. This also applies to the ravioli with goat cheese and mirabelle plums, although we had expected filled and warm pasta pockets; in fact, it was a cold dish in which pasta dough was simply placed over the cheese. Despite our expectations, this course was still delicious. The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable considering the elaborate preparation of each course and the consistently high quality of the ingredients.

My only minor criticism, and it's a small quibble, concerns the sharpness of your knives, which didn't quite do justice to the excellent double-cooked mallard. I will gladly return soon…

22/03/2026: We returned to Guy Lassausaie for my birthday, for a romantic dinner. Even before entering the restaurant, a large parking lot allows you to park immediately nearby. A perfect welcome, a glass of champagne in the lounge, and then we were seated. We chose the "intermediate" menu with petit fours, shrimp, brill fillet, rack of lamb, cheese, and dessert. We paired this meal with a small 2017 Bourgueil and bottles of water. As you can see, we treated ourselves. The service and attention to detail were exceptional. We were thrilled, surprised, and speechless throughout the meal, both by the flavors and the balance of the dishes, and by the service. Flawless in every way... I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Exceptional accompaniment, dishes of the same high standard, all for a very reasonable price. At this level, it's rare, so we highly recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome at this social enterprise restaurant, where the staff, who have disabilities, are supported in a social and professional integration program. There was a wide variety of choices on the menu. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality; the dishes were all well-prepared, generous, and beautifully presented, almost gourmet. The only downside, which wasn't the fault of the venue or the staff, was a rather noisy group that slightly detracted from the enjoyment of the play. 24/03/2026: Simply the best restaurant in the area. And by far the best price/quality in Paris. You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. An absolute must go. No kidding! Toujours aussi bon !!! J'adore 🥰 Always so good !!! Love it 🥰

21/03/2026: A superb restaurant! The welcome was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The menu is refined and as delicious as it is beautiful. The option to pair the dishes with either wines or non-alcoholic beverages is a real plus.

13/03/2026: I simply loved it. I'm discovering the new Strasbourg location (I've known the Schiltigheim and Zuem Yseut locations for years). The decor has been completely redone and it's a triumph: a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant. And I was impressed by the sommelier's knowledge and expertise in selecting wines and finding the perfect pairings with the ingredients in the dishes and sauces. We opted for the business lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was truly excellent, down to the smallest detail. I can't wait to return one evening with more time to savor another menu.
