16/07/2024: Unique experience at Esens’all this Friday evening 😮! Friendly and warm welcome (so intimate that you feel more at the owner's house than in a restaurant), a splendid meal both visually and taste-wise. The dishes are both original and full of flavors, and give pride of place to plants and florals (but not only), while being eco-responsible. The place is elegant. Very nice wine list as well… Certainly it’s an evening that will remain engraved 😉. Many thanks Laurent.

15/12/2024: Im L‘argousier gibt es ein hervorragendes Essen, immer abwechslungsreich und sehr raffiniert gekocht. Der Empfang und der Service sind sehr aufmerksam und nett, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Weinberatung und der Service durch den Kellner sind unaufdringlich und kompetent. Das Preisniveau ist nicht abgehoben, für 7 herausragende Gänge plus Amuse guelle und einen kleinen Digestif haben wir 90 € bezahlt, da kann man nicht meckern. Wir waren schon mehrmals da und wir kommen auch gerne wieder.
15/12/2024: Une première expérience parfaitement réussie, fruit de plusieurs retex (retours d’expérience…lol) qui nous ont amenés dans ce palais des saveurs à la décoration contemporaine épurée très agréable. La déclinaison des 7 plats a été une succession raffinée de bons goûts avec des vins associés non moins plaisants. Quant à l’accueil puis au service des serveurs en salle, ponctués des passages du Chef et de sa maman sommelière ont été parfaits, très professionnels, attentionnés et sympathiques. Nous y reviendrons assurément d’autant que le principe d’une carte unique hebdomadaire établie dans le cadre d’un circuit court et de saison nous est apparu de bonne augure.

22/09/2024: Absolutely perfect. Everything is homemade of course, and the taste is fabulous. I have a particular memory of the carrot soup, a real delight. The chef is also the waiter, which gives him a lot of work, but he remains charming. A rare address.

08/12/2024: A spectacle! More than a cuisine (a little expensive), we go there for the atmosphere! The chef is a theater character and creates a warm atmosphere that goes well with this Provençal cuisine or the importance of olive oil (even on dessert!)

15/09/2024: The lady who is believe was the manager was so helpful & could even speak English and they had an English menu available too. The food was absolutely incredible, I really recommend the escargots & the beef bougignon. We visited before the moulin rouge show which is just a couple of minutes walk away.
21/07/2024: Traditional French cuisine restaurant. Finally a small, warm restaurant where you can taste traditional recipes. We ate foi gras with potatoes and truffles, duck, beef bourguignon. Everything exquisite. The owner and also the waitress were very friendly and passionate. Advised.

22/11/2024: We had a really nice time, the service was very friendly. The food was also good, we tried to taste many things, chocolate creme brulee was tasty as well but I’d prefer the classic one.
12/11/2024: Not having been able to taste the cuisine because when booking for 3 people I was told that it was not possible because there were only tables for 2 people I remain perplexed by this curious response, to say the least. This is the first time that this argument has been proposed to me!

06/09/2024: It's a beautiful address in Le Cannet, a little confidential, where they serve refined, creative cuisine, full of nuances... Bruno OGER, the owner, takes the time to tour the tables and interact with your guests, which is a real pleasure. The setting is sober but warm. We spent a lovely evening in the interior courtyard thanks to the mild weather at the beginning of September.
01/09/2024: Writing down your emotions right after… means saying with your heart how your body feels This isn’t the first time I’ve had lunch at Villa Archange with Mr Oger… and it won’t be the last. Hot weather (33 degrees) and a veiled sun for exhilarating dishes, captivating with sophisticated simplicity. Lunch on the terrace for the 3rd Oger atmosphere after the interior room and in the kitchen. We feel good, relaxed, the service is fluid, efficient, a little quick when announcing the dishes as there is so much in all these little bites. The beginnings begin with vegetable bites that go from strength to strength… the most striking for my palate? Zucchini and apple soufflé with harissa. Everything is light and tasty, which goes wonderfully with a blanc de blanc champagne. Start with a gazpacho whose ice cream explodes in your mouth, makes you forget the heat and prepares you for the meal Starter composed of abalone marinière with parsley and artichokes... having tasted the "winter" version, the two are so different and so close... the abalone is extraordinarily tender and the little parsley highlights it like never before helped by the very judicious choice of a cassis from the Bagnol estate. The next dish for me was a shoulder of lamb, burnt grapefruit, sand carrot pastilla. To say that the pretty knife was superfluous as the meat was so tender. A rare thing and oh so appreciable... in addition to the juice served, the sauce boat is left on the table... everyone completes their treat as they wish... a joy for me which is accompanied by a growing appellation.. the terraces of Larzac closed Maia. The line bass falls in the face as the talent of the dish, its flavor, its mixtures of ingredients (Sicilian pine nuts, chayotes, etc.) signs an uppercut in the face... and moves the viandarts. Follows the distraction that we shared of Corsican cheese in blancmange with arugula ice cream... another way of eating cheese and comparing a raw and cooked product... for amateurs and to learn that all products can be cooked. A fig pre-dessert to stay in season and refresh yourself and we move on to dessert. I found them one level above my last visit. Crunchy Viennese with Tahitian vanilla…. Certainly the tastiest in the world... especially when you haven't skimped on the quantity... aromatic explosiveness of sweetness and journey in the mouth. The little sweets to accompany the coffee are of the same ilk: pretty madeleine (even if it is not worth the old one a few years old), mini mirabelle tartlets which transport us to Lorraine, black lemon truffle. What I love about Mr Oger is that he doesn’t stay stuck in the new locavore fashion where everything must come from within a 50 km radius. Having local products yes of course… but why deprive yourself of wonders from elsewhere? It is often the association here elsewhere that we can produce exceptional dishes. At my level, I remain convinced that it is better to do a few restaurants during the year with a feeling of emotion, with obvious dishes that cannot be made on your own. A lunch which then remains in the olfactory, visual, sensory memory and in the memory itself. Thank you to the people we see and to all those we don’t see but who allow us to have these exceptional moments

01/12/2024: Ambiance particulière et très agréable pour ce restaurant situé en périphérie de Bordeaux et Merignac. L'atmosphère crée par les restaurateurs est unique. Le parcours proposé est ludique sans être intrusif. Belle cuisine bien travaillée et choix de vins judicieux. Une belle expérience à renouveler !

The pace of the service was also very well orchestrated, neither too long nor too fast (1 hour 45 minutes for aperitif, starter, main course and dessert) Ultra efficient service and warm atmosphere! A very good address, we highly recommend...

12/08/2024: WOW! Visiting this restaurant was the best decision of our entire stay in Paris! You come in and the atmosphere invites you to stay there forever. It is a very cute restaurant where you are served from front to back. The service made my husband and I feel like we were on cloud nine! It feels like everything is done to make you feel comfortable. And now I come to the cherry on the cake: the food tastes simply amazing! I can't put it into words. As a starter we shared the prawns, which simply took my breath away! Such a nice thing. My husband had the katsudon with rice and I had the burger. There was also a nice greeting from the kitchen in the form of a marinated piece of eggplant. All the dishes were very tasty, although I have to say that I can't find words for this type of service and the taste explosion... I've never had such service in my life! An unforgettable evening thanks to this wonderful, well-coordinated team!
