06/12/2025: After booking a month in advance and confirming with a 30% deposit, the sheepfold in Rouxmesnil-Bouteille, without giving any reason, cancelled our reservation less than two weeks before the scheduled date. This left us in a very difficult situation. It's a lack of professionalism, unworthy of a company that doesn't honor its commitments.

08/02/2026: A peaceful and rejuvenating place surrounded by nature. The room was very clean, the jacuzzi was nice and hot, the atmosphere was tranquil, the meals were delicious and easy to heat up yourself, the night was peaceful, and the breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend it.

02/02/2026: Hello Very beautiful place, spotless room. The Nordic bath was not hot at all. At 3:30 pm, the water was only about 18 degrees Celsius. The same at 5:30 pm, 7:30 pm, and 8:30 pm. It's still very disappointing not being able to use the Nordic bath. I sent a text message to report the problem and received no response. Very disappointing.

23/01/2025: I usually stay at this hotel, where I am always made very welcome by the staff. The team is warm, always smiling, with a kind word for each customer. The hotel is ideally located and offers the possibility of free and safe parking, which is a real luxury in the Paris region. However, during my last stay, I occupied room 514, which could do with some updating, particularly in the bathroom. Finally, to my great regret, there are no longer bottles of water in the rooms for ecological reasons. I particularly miss this attention.

01/09/2025: A Very Positive Review of Le Repère in Dax A place I 100% recommend! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with incredible warmth and friendliness. The owner is great, always smiling and attentive, and the customers who frequent the place create a truly friendly atmosphere. The menus are excellent (indeed, very, very, very excellent 😍) with excellent value for money. You feel good there, you eat very well, and above all, you have a wonderful time. Whether it's for a meal, a drink, or an evening with friends, the atmosphere is fantastic, relaxed, and friendly. A real place to discover and share! 👌 I highly recommend Le Repère in Dax to anyone looking for a good time around good food and a warm atmosphere.

09/01/2026: We went for a drink this evening as a couple after the cinema. The waitress dropped her knife and some sausage slipped off the board when she brought it to us. Like a true professional, she apologized, replaced the dropped knife, and replaced the dropped food. Friendly and pleasant, the waitress did a great job. I recommend it and would gladly return; the beers are excellent too.

28/12/2025: A very warm welcome. Friendly staff, but as with many casinos in this region (and I'm used to the more generous casinos in the Vendée), the new machines are very greedy 😀 and don't pay out as much as the old ones. That said, I was very well received by friendly people. Signed, a nostalgic fan of the old machines where you could spend some time without breaking the bank 😀.

16/01/2026: Unacceptable hygiene. No gloves, no hairnet. I saw someone touching their nose and clearly not knowing how to wash their hands. Frankly, I won't be coming back. On top of that, the pizzas weren't topped properly and weren't cooked at all. In short, I really don't recommend it at all. I've had better and cheaper places.

04/01/2026: A very pleasant dinner, attentive service from Mr. and Mrs., delicious and expertly prepared local produce, a mixed platter, duck breast and confit with delicious sautéed potatoes and a truly enormous French toast, accompanied by a lovely little wine from Pic Saint-Loup! A wonderful discovery this Saturday, January 3rd, upon our arrival in Montauban.

01/01/2026: We came two years ago and were definitely not disappointed, which is why we returned for our winter vacation. The servers were impeccable, the portions generous, and the desserts—be warned, you'll want to loosen your belt! 😁 We were able to share one last meal before their renovations and we were very happy about it.

30/12/2025: We were in room 5, and we left immediately because the welcome and service were truly disappointing. They were not polite at all.
