where I had the pleasure of meeting the owner.
We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal.
The prices were more than reasonable considering the generous portions and the quality of the food.
The cuisine at this establishment deserves to be better known.
I see a very bright future for Brasserie Thiers.
I highly recommend it.

16/01/2026: Absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about. The food is delicious and homemade, right down to the bread, which is so rare these days. We were very warmly welcomed despite not having a reservation. Be sure to book to have a great time and fill your stomach with delicious food without hesitation. We'll be back on Friday for the pizzas 🍕

Then comes the relaxed atmosphere, which is a success; you immediately feel at ease.
And what about the food? It's perfect from appetizer to dessert. The portions are generous with every course, and the gentleman who brings the plates is very friendly.
A wonderful discovery in the heart of Metz.

The cuisine is very refined; the sweetbreads are excellent, and the chestnut mousse with its melting center is a delight and very light. I highly recommend this restaurant; the chef is an excellent cook.

There's nothing like homemade food.
Kudos to the chefs, and thank you to the waitress for her ever-present smile.
We'll gladly return and will easily recommend this place. Excellent family lunch.
20/02/2026: A warm and welcoming restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and refined dishes. The price for a three-course lunch (starter, main, and dessert) is quite reasonable at €21.
I've enjoyed my meals there on several occasions. Parking is available right across the street, and there's a pleasant terrace.

06/02/2026: After our seaside getaway, we headed to the Haut-Var region, and what a wonderful place it was! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with high-quality bedding. The Provençal decor adds a lot of charm and contributes to the hotel's warm atmosphere.
20/12/2025: The restaurant at La Bastide du Calalou is a true success. Refined cuisine with Provençal flavors, fresh and local produce, and beautifully presented dishes. An excellent restaurant to discover during a stay in the Verdon.
