29/04/2026: Absolutely delicious! A delightful surprise. The dishes are refined and exquisite, perfectly seasoned. Starters: puff pastry with snails and scallop tartare. Main courses: cod with lobster bisque and seared tuna with chorizo ​​sauce. Dessert: incredibly good profiteroles. The waiter is friendly and uses the informal "tu" with everyone. The kitchen is small. Go without hesitation!

31/03/2026: We discovered this bistro-style restaurant while strolling through the 15th arrondissement. The lunch menu is well worth it, excellent value for money. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. Don't hesitate to go for some great, well-prepared dishes.

16/03/2026: The food was good, but the dining experience was uncomfortable. While we were still eating and having wine, the staff repeatedly asked if we had finished and tried to clear the plates. Even after we said we were still eating, this happened several times. It made us feel rushed and interrupted our conversation.

01/05/2026: We arrived at the opening of the open-air café at 7 pm. It wasn't very well organized, and the staff and atmosphere were tense. The place itself is very nice. The complimentary wine wasn't good, it was really plonk. The complimentary finger food was very good; it's a shame there weren't any paper napkins to dry our greasy hands. In short, we didn't feel very comfortable, so we went to have dinner elsewhere. This won't stop me from coming back... you're allowed to make mistakes, and I imagine it wasn't easy for the staff. Best of luck!

La Maison à Gaujac is just a stone's throw from Uzès, 20 km away, with a beautiful drive and plenty to discover in the surrounding area. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in an exceptional, listed heritage setting, and it was truly a culinary experience. I highly recommend it! 🤗😋😋😋
