13/09/2026: The staff were welcoming, no complaints about the service. However, the double taco I ordered was completely tasteless. It was difficult to distinguish the steak from the cordon bleu due to the lack of flavor and texture, and the bland cheese sauce couldn't possibly redeem it. All this for €11 – a complete waste. Try adding salt to your dishes; maybe that will help.

22/08/2026: Impatient people beware! My first time at La Paillote, arrived at 7:18 pm, first tapas at 8 pm. Good, but the sea bream rillettes at €10 is a bit excessive for me. Two very good and well-presented main courses, no complaints there. As for the Pavlova, my favorite dessert, meh, I've had much better. Too sweet and no fruit, just a tiny strawberry insert. I'll let you judge for yourselves. A bill of €100 for two is still relatively high. Finished at 9:30 pm for 2 cocktails, 2 tapas, 2 main courses, 2 coffees, and a dessert. In short, an ideal restaurant for digesting between courses 😉

19/08/2026: Delicious food, everything is homemade and it shows. I'm usually a bit wary of beachfront restaurants, but this one is definitely worth a visit. Between the cozy decor and the top-notch service, everything enhances the chef's cuisine even more!

17/09/2026: An exceptional culinary experience!! Table for two. The ingredients are incredibly local, perfectly paired, and the explanations of the dishes are informative. Very good wine as well. Warm welcome and calm atmosphere. An excellent discovery. I recommend it a thousand times over. I can't wait to go back.

27/08/2026: A must-visit during our stays in Les Sables-d’Olonne! We come to Bistrot Sablais every year during our stay in Les Sables-d’Olonne, and it’s always a pleasure to return. It’s become a real tradition for us! The welcome is warm and friendly. The place is very pleasant, modern, and beautifully decorated, making for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to the manager, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and business-minded. Her welcome and helpfulness are particularly appreciated. An address we happily recommend and where we will return, as we do every year!

04/09/2026: Absolutely loved this little restaurant in Montmartre! The food was excellent from start to finish. We had the foie gras to begin with, then the beef and duck for our main courses, and everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. But the desserts completely stole our hearts, they were absolutely amazing! We also had a very nice bottle of wine, and the whole dinner felt like such a great experience. The restaurant is quite small, I would guess only around 8 tables, so I would definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. We sat by the window, which was lovely, although it was quite warm inside and there didn’t seem to be much ventilation. Another pleasant surprise was the price. For two people, including an appetizer, two main courses, two desserts and a €50 bottle of wine, our total was around €140. Compared with several other dinners we’ve had in Paris, this felt like excellent value for the quality of the food. Delicious food, wonderful wine, incredible desserts and a cozy atmosphere. We would definitely come back! ❤️

03/09/2026: Near Bourg-en-Bresse, opposite Place de Polliat (with ample parking), the Téjerina restaurant is a hidden gem! In this family-run establishment, you'll find a warm welcome, beautifully set tables, and thoughtfully arranged seating. From appetizers to dessert, the cuisine is generous, hearty, and above all, delicious! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend! P.S.: The hot dishes are served at the perfect temperature, allowing you to savor them at your leisure.

The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated, with ambient music. We particularly enjoyed the small soup served as a starter. We each ordered couscous, and it was delicious. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are fresh. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and this wonderful meal!
