27/02/2026: My partner and I stopped at this salad bar for a takeaway meal. We ordered two salads and a dessert. The rice in the salad wasn't cooked, or at least barely... and the panna cotta was two days past its expiration date (we went there on February 27th)... We were unfortunately disappointed, as we are regular customers of La Case à Pain... Nevertheless, the place is welcoming.

10/05/2026: I came in November 2025 for brunch, a wonderful experience. The Jardin Vendôme tea was exceptional. I went to buy some in your shop and was very well received by a true professional who helped me discover new flavors—a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. I returned on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and what a disappointment! The staff member was completely inadequate. I had the unpleasant feeling of being in a soulless, self-service shop with no advice. I will return because the teas are exceptional; perhaps I'll have better luck then. I'm still giving 5 stars for November. Antoinette

09/05/2026: Stayed again at Ritz Paris, and this was already my second stay at the hotel within the past year. This visit, however, was truly exceptional. The hotel already knows me personally, and the feeling throughout the stay was genuinely like family. That level of warmth and recognition is something very rare, even among the best luxury hotels in the world. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding, one of the best hotel breakfasts in Paris. The hotel team truly listens to its guests and always tries to go above and beyond. I mentioned that I loved the hotel caps, and the team surprised me with two complimentary hats as a gift, such a thoughtful gesture. Another thing that really impressed me was the late check-out. The hotel allowed me to keep my room until 7PM completely complimentary. That is absolutely not something to take for granted, especially at this level of hotel, and I truly appreciated it. The hotel bar during lunch is fantastic, excellent atmosphere and very good food. Honestly, everything about this hotel feels special: the spa, the pool, the service, the attention to detail. This is not just a vacation hotel, it feels like paradise. Yes, the hotel is extremely expensive, but in my opinion it is absolutely worth the money for the experience they provide.

Always guaranteed a kind, warm welcome, excellent home cooking, generous portions and such a lovely atmosphere. One of the family’s favourite places to go for all generations. Fills up fast, worth booking in advance.
