05/08/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Bourges! The food is generous, flavorful, and the portions are beautifully presented. The rillettes as a starter are excellent, and the roasted Camembert is a real treat, made with top-quality cheese. Xavier's welcome is warm and the atmosphere particularly convivial: you quickly feel right at home, to the point of naturally chatting with the other diners. The wines are very well chosen. All this with a superb view of Bourges Cathedral. A place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and have a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

31/07/2026: We were welcomed warmly, well advised, offered to taste our wine and make a different choice if we didn’t like it. The dishes and wine were delicious: champagne to start, rosé with our main course. The entrée, goat cheese with homemade fig preserve, delicious, main courses, steak and duck breast respectively, tender and perfect, the dessert, fondant with vanilla ice cream, succulent and satisfying. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

18/07/2026: I came to test your cuisine in preparation for an upcoming banquet for about thirty people, local trotters, to celebrate three victories and a birthday. Unfortunately, the quality of the service and the food did not meet my expectations. I was particularly disappointed by the way the green beans were served, without any preparation (butter, parsley, or anything else), simply to avoid the taste of boiled water. In my opinion, this lacked care and subtlety. In short, I think my trotters would have been disappointed themselves; they are true restaurant enthusiasts. Under these circumstances, I am forced to cancel the reservation for the banquet I was planning to organize with you for my "local trotters." Sincerely,

30/07/2026: Excellent, generous portions of homemade food at a very reasonable price. Warm welcome, no waiting time. In short, nothing to complain about.

28/07/2026: My partner and I booked based on the positive Google reviews, and we were very disappointed. The foie gras was overpriced for being served with only two half-slices of brioche that crumbled rather than being toasted. The other dishes left much to be desired: a dry chicken supreme and a sauce that reminded us of school cafeteria food. The meat in the couscous was dry and burnt all over. The price was exorbitant for the barely acceptable quality. And the wait was excessively long, with an unpleasant welcome. We will never return.

15/08/2026: One of the classiest bars in the capital. Superb decor, professional service, and friendly bartenders. Can't wait to go back for Fête de la Musique. Honestly, it's a great place to be :)

04/08/2026: Seems like a nice chill place. Didn't sample the food but enjoyed a few drinks outside. Staff were okay, but it was hard to attract their attention even when the place was quiet.
