26/08/2024: What a sublime place for gastronomic cocooning! Jason - your pro in the selection of meats and wines - and his other half who is head chef in the kitchen welcome you... deliciously in a temple of MEAT (but there is always a great fish too!) and with accompaniments of gratins, mille-feuilles and purees and other vegetables from Saiyson and the local area to die for!!! The gratin dauphinois is worth the detour! Just like the marrow bone (a tibia cut in two along its length!) which we will share with pleasure.... A very nice gastro 'bistro' without fuss, authentic, where you feel good and where everything savored with tranquility and joy. Well done ! Not to be missed and ideal for celebrating with friends as well as for an intimate or family meal..... See you soon!
23/08/2024: Visited this lovely intimate bistro with French friends. This place is excellent especially if you like beef and great wine. It is modern in style, classic in flavour using the very best, high quality produce. The service is also excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and happy to please. The steak is great and there was an amazing sausage made with pork and wagyu beef. The vegetable dishes were very good too with a delicious buttery potato and carrot mille-feuille and dauphinoise. The house sangria cocktail was the best sangria I’ve ever had. This maybe a small restaurant but it is big on flavour, style and not too pricey.

20/12/2024: Nice discovery Tuesday lunchtime. There were five of us. Top notch welcome. The place is really very nice with the fireplace. The chef is inventive and pleasant. We had a blast.

17/12/2024: Nice surprise this afternoon, thanks to a friend we arrive at five. Neat setting with the fireplace which gives a good atmosphere. Impeccable welcome and service. The meal is a delight, very innovative cuisine. We had a great time.

06/07/2025: A unique space in the medieval streets of Figeac. A warm welcome, and what can I say about the food...excellent. Large portions, and the sirloin skewer was spectacular. The chef was very friendly and spoke to us in Spanish during our coffees. A must-try!

When the base is so broad that it is everything, an Amazing, special, enchanting, simple simple and simply lovely show grows.
Just open your mind and travel through time.
Especially recommended for travelers looking for a trip, regardless of destination.

A menu with family cuisine. Reasonable price.
2 large rooms and a large bar.

15/09/2024: We were very disappointed. A dull room with no atmosphere is not welcoming the meal is very overpriced but does not live up to that standard. Poorly presented and over flavoured there was not one dish that was memorable. Certainly not Michelin Star standard!
09/09/2024: We ate at Orfevres on a Saturday at lunchtime for our wedding. The menu was simply too good, both the presentation of the dishes and the flavor, everything was magnificent. In addition, the service was really very kind in answering all our questions and expectations.

+ +: Wonderful stay. Very professional, friendly welcome, and surprise a €100 gift card to spend on activities from the tourist office! Apartment on the 1st floor of the Caribou building (the one below the main Thabor). Very beautiful view of the mountain, ideally located and relatively quiet. One floor down to arrive at the top of the covered stairs which go down to the "snow front" and the small center with shops and restaurants. And a covered escalator to go back up!
Very quiet apartment (a technical reserve on the left, an unoccupied apartment on the right). Very good size for 2 (bedroom and separate toilet), large balcony very well exposed, very bright, all day long, redone decor, sober, bright and "cocooning".
Pretty friendly resort, on a human scale. A multitude of hikes and very beautiful views that are already very accessible.
- -: small downside for the parking, minute drop-off authorized in front of the entrance (to clear the car), and very quickly chased away with leaflets threatening to be impounded. And authorized parking solutions are quite far away. The dryer is out of service (but that can be fixed). Indeed, the sound insulation between the floors is perhaps quite average, we benefit from some noise (from the toilet for example...), even if for us the tenants were relatively discreet. And finally a view to the side, through the bedroom (therefore not main) slightly marred by a burned down residence building (in January). But this is not P&V's responsibility, and let's hope it is rebuilt quickly.

I just found the little chicken ballottine (small) and the chocolate and peanut dessert great. But for this price it's not worth it.
A single cheese appetizer. No glass included. The bland and cold puree accompaniment. The poor slice of bread with the foie gras, nothing more. The minimal quantities we had to stuff ourselves with bread. The presentation no
present for such a day (New Year's Eve)... Dessert was taken away from me while I was making a phone call outside and we were very far from closing.
DJ atmosphere 0 for this famous 31, just music playing, the transitions were not worked.

29/09/2024: La décoration intérieure est plus intéressante que l’extérieur et mérite de s’y arrêter. Très bonne cuisine et un service de assez rapide donne envie d’y retourner !
29/09/2024: La Bonne Étoile est devenu notre QG chaque année en septembre, nous y avons dîner pratiquement tous les soirs.
L’accueil de l’équipe est toujours au top (Merci Ornella, Gauthier, Flo, Julie, Stéphane et l'équipe en cuisine), le service, la cuisine, l’ambiance du lieu la terrasse très agréable, bref un lieu très convivial.
La carte des menus est toujours aussi excellente, les plats sont cuisinés avec des produits frais et des prix très raisonnable, un service parfait et serveurs très à l’écoute.
Comme les autres années, nous n’avons pas été déçu une seule fois, nous avons mangé tous les plats proposés au menu et nous nous sommes régalés de l'apéro jusqu'au dessert.
Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
Nous souhaitons également une bonne continuation à toute l’équipe, bravo à vous.
Bonnes vacances et à l'année prochaine.

Une cuisine raffinée, avec de belles présentations et de l'originalité.
Un accueil très agréable. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde
Nous avons été littéralement chouchoutés.
Une merveilleuse soirée. Bravo à tous patrons et employés.
La visite du chef cuisinier a été un vrai plus.

Avec du personnel très sympathique.
Nous y avons souper 3 soirs de suite et de plus nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner à l'auberge.
Très bons petits déjeuners également copieux avec des confitures maison un rega.
