16/04/2026: We're from Bresse and we came last week with my partner. The meal was truly incredible, but no less so than the servers, who were very friendly and attentive! Special mention to the young waiter who's just starting out: he was fantastic!

12/04/2026: A true discovery. A warm welcome from smiling staff. The "pleasure menu" lives up to its name. It was a delight from start to finish. Perfect pairings and flavors. A special mention for the dessert, which was breathtaking.

05/06/2026: Authentic, very popular. Quality more than modest: fried potatoes partially burnt, roast chicken dry, andouillette lukewarm, side salad without vinaigrette. Its success is a mystery to me, perhaps because it's cheap and gets confused with the Belgian mussel chain 'Chez Léon'.

11/04/2026: On Saturday evening, March 28th, on the advice of my children, I went to eat. The meal was pleasant, the service average. The service was going well until the waitress brought me the wine. I was served a glass of wine, which was more like the dregs of the bottle, complete with sediment. When I pointed this out to her, she replied, without apologizing, that the dregs of the bottle were normal. When paying, I took the glass to the owner, who made the same comment as her waitress. As a former restaurant owner, I would never have tolerated such a response to a customer. I do not recommend this restaurant, especially to wine lovers and/or connoisseurs, as the staff lacks professionalism... much like the owner.

08/05/2026: Excellent crêperie. The galettes and crêpes are generously filled. The service is quite fast and the value for money is good. We highly recommend this crêperie.

06/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience. Julien and Mélanie are incredibly kind and professional... We were treated like royalty. The dishes were all equally delicious. Exquisite cuisine, exquisite flavors, and a superb wine cellar. It's a good thing I don't live nearby; I'd be here every day! If you're looking for a restaurant in Gruissan, this is the one.

A warm welcome, generous portions (the meatballs Niçoise were excellent!), and friendly service! The owner went around to each table and called me a "small fry" because I refused his offer of limoncello...

30/05/2026: A sure bet, always delighted with the quality of the service, the food, and the setting, all at a very reasonable price... A delicious pizza this Friday evening. I took the opportunity to book a table for the whole family for Sunday; a very promising Mother's Day menu!

03/05/2026: My friends and I went to La Souillarde hoping to have a nice time during our annual vacation. What a disappointment it was… it was a culinary disaster! First, a fly (according to the waitress) landed under a goat cheese toast. Then, a hair appeared in the truffade… which was paired with a cheap slice of raw ham, probably from a supermarket. Furthermore, a €26 ribeye steak that was nothing like a ribeye. Just fat, sinew, and it wasn't cooked properly… in short, inedible. We also ordered a glass of red wine, which we weren't given a choice of, and it arrived at the table without any further explanation… In short, we could also mention the frozen desserts and the waitress's complete lack of concern for all these problems, but it's best to leave it at that. We do not recommend this restaurant.

08/06/2026: At L Cuisine, you'll never be disappointed. The daily menu offers excellent value for money. Everything is cooked fresh, from scratch, with love and passion. It's a delight for the taste buds. The staff is incredibly attentive. The terrace is a huge bonus when the weather is nice. It's THE place to go for lunch (remember to book).
