08/12/2025: A fantastic Corsican culinary experience in the heart of Corte! We had the €26 set menu, which included a starter, main course, dessert, and a third course. There are several choices for each course. For us, it was: fresh cheese fritters, beef meatballs with a pastry option, and chestnut flan. The main course was a Giramondu burger. Everything was simply excellent! The service was also very pleasant. We'll be back ;)

She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...
