03/09/2024: Ferme Guichard is a really great restaurant in the French Jura. Although you have to drive a long distance over mountain passes, you are more than rewarded by the location and the food. The house exudes the rustic charm of an Alpine inn paired with excellent cuisine and a young, enthusiastic service team. The
Meat was prepared in such a way that we could finish roasting it ourselves on a hot stone. Perfect timing in the kitchen and excellent quality of the meat (venison, lamb) are a prerequisite for this. There were also matching wines from the Haute Savoie region, a delicious dessert and we enjoyed a great evening on a warm summer night.
01/09/2024: Unacceptable!
We attempted to make a reservation for a group of 25 people by calling the restaurant twice. Each time, we were told that, for this number of guests, we would have to go by email. So we sent an email as requested... and since then, radio silence. We have been waiting for a response for a month now.
Luckily we didn't have to wait because we would have celebrated our birthday without any plans! If you are in a hurry or are keen on your events, it is best to look for another location.

The waitress just lacked a little restraint and discretion in her comments with her regular customers who were at the next table but nothing that prevented us from enjoying ourselves.

All the dishes were superbly delicious and thank you to the chef for our taste buds 😋😋.
Everything was perfect, welcome, service, wine advice, explanations of the dishes and even a very kind attention with the candle for my birthday 🎂.

09/09/2024: The restaurant offers a warm, quiet atmosphere (appropriate sound/music volume) as well as beautiful decoration. Also, the tables are not glued together, which is nice!
The quality of the food is not up for debate, everything was delicious.
The service is rigorous, attentive - very attentive - and takes the time to answer questions.
I had a great evening!
I highly recommend this place.

06/09/2024: Nous sommes allés à la Cour des Sens pour la seconde fois en aout dernier. Nous avions été conquis lors de notre 1er passage, nous avons été déçus cette année....
Le rapport qualité prix ne nous semble pas du tout au rendez-vous : Les ingrédients sont frais et locaux, certes, mais la cuisine n'avait rien de waouh... Le dessert, un soufflé au mirabelles lourd, indigeste et peu gouteux était particulièrement décevant. Le prix des boissons, dont le verre de vin à 15€ , nous a définitivement décidés à ne plus faire le trajet Nancy-Ceintrey pour ce restaurant.

We loved everything!
Pleasant and attentive staff.
05/08/2024: Travel to the Atlantic Ocean and more particularly the Jade Coast.
Leaving the great metropolis of Ile de France, we unwind and think that it might be more calming to get off the motorway for lunch.
Luck smiled on us when we chose the Dauphin restaurant.
The service is impeccable, the dishes well prepared and delicious, easy to access, because the main square is close. Prices are reasonable. We will come back to have another good time
