19/04/2026: Family-run hotel in the heart of the resort, excellent bed, very good breakfast, secure ski storage. The location is central to the resort, close to the Jandri area, with all the best restaurants nearby. The owners are attentive and offer helpful advice.

17/09/2026: We had lunch on Wednesday- market day in Callac - recommend you book a table. Very good oysters and all the other courses well made and tasty. Madame and her daughter serving were very good. Proper French food and very good value.

13/09/2026: For a brasserie, this one is very interesting. Friendliness and simplicity best describe the establishment. The owners, Sophie and Margot (Margaux?), were incredibly kind! There's a good selection. It's all local. We appreciate its simplicity. For me, it could have used a little more quantity. But the value for money is excellent.

04/09/2026: Wonderful and worth seeking out. Welcome, friendly staff. Excellent food. I got the "pancakes salés" and wow! ! I'd come back for them again and again if I lived here. I also had a Violette à l'eau gazeuse: what a revelation! It gives you a refreshing drink with a hot of local specialty: violet. It's just across the street from the Garonne, so wonderful local from which to continue your exploring. Outdoor seating, indoor: ground level =laptops allowed, upstairs, non Had the clafouti and a café to finish: Parfait!!!! 🏆

14/09/2026: Despite having a reservation, we were refused entry. It was like being treated like dirt... we had called the day before on my son's advice and clearly stated that we had a dog. The woman replied that it was no problem. Except that the next day we were turned away, quite rudely, by the owner. This was in August. What a shame.

10/09/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for three years now. The food quality is very good, however, we're very disappointed with the owner's sense of humor. He's allowed to tell jokes all he wants, but when we laugh and say, "Well, is it coming?", he takes it badly and tells us that if we're in a hurry, we should go somewhere else. We tell his daughter that we said it as a joke, like he does, but she's also a bit cold. So, the food is good, but their attitude is terrible. Avoid this place; very disappointed.

26/08/2026: A real gem in Mont-Saxonnex! The setting is superb, warm, and authentic, with a magnificent all-wood dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: an excellent chicken fillet and cheddar burger, accompanied by a very good Chignin-Bergeron wine. Special mention to our waitress, who was absolutely lovely, attentive, and always smiling, even offering us a génépi liqueur at the end of our meal. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

27/09/2026: A beautiful example of quintessential french dinning in a historical setting.

26/09/2026: Three nights in a row. Perhaps that's the best thing you can say about a restaurant: to have returned, again and again, and to have wanted to return again. The owner and his staff welcomed us with rare generosity and warmth. By the second night, we no longer felt like casual customers but like regulars. Special mention goes to the waitress who, each time, would whisper "enjoy your evening," a genuine little extra touch, the kind that can't be forced and that makes all the difference. There was also the complimentary aperitif, and above all, the few words exchanged over the course of the evenings: these thoughtful touches are worth far more than a sophisticated menu. The dishes themselves are exquisite. Honest, generous, well-executed work, served without pretension. And the value for money is simply unbeatable: paying 30% more for such quality wouldn't have bothered us for a second. A place like this is one we wish we could find more often, where the food and the service go hand in hand. Thank you for these three evenings. We will be back, and we recommend it without hesitation.

27/08/2026: A very pleasant experience. Beautiful decor, excellent food (delicious raclette with local produce), and reasonable prices (compared to other restaurants in the resort). The manager and servers were very cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

03/10/2026: I had tartare for lunch. We don't have tartare in Japan, but it was delicious and I've come to love it. It came with a salad and potatoes, and was very filling. For dessert, I had strawberries with pistachio sabayon sauce, which was absolutely delicious. And all the staff were so kind! Thank you for a wonderful time! ♡ It's become one of my favorite restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely go again when I'm in Paris!

17/10/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Galerie Vivienne! I often walked past Le Bougainville and finally took the plunge to bring an American friend who was looking for an affordable French bistro. And what charm! Dining in the Galerie Vivienne passage offers an absolutely magnificent and unique setting. The menu features 100% French cuisine with very successful creative touches. The service is warm and welcoming (with an English menu available for tourists), and the clientele is mostly local, which gives the place a real authenticity. Excellent value for money in a sumptuous setting!
