Apart from that the hotel was good, everything was absolutely spotless, restaurant was good and reasonably priced with friendly staff plus in a good location Would definitely stay here again

30/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, there are only 5 menu choices, but that's enough. This allows for high-quality, expertly prepared dishes. The prices aren't too high, just right. We ordered 3 tapas for €11, and the main course was a fixed price of €24.90 per person. The service was very pleasant, with smiling waitresses. I would definitely return!

27/05/2026: Friendly and professional welcome, decent and generous meal (mixed salads). A very pleasant setting, especially upstairs with the bar (clean toilets!). The terrace where we were seated was a bit small. I highly recommend this restaurant!

03/05/2026: A wonderful discovery made on the occasion of the reopening of the Provençal market. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome was excellent. We enjoyed delicious wood-fired pizzas and admired the dishes from the menu being served at neighboring tables. The value for money is very good. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to book a table there on my next visit to Nyons.

31/03/2026: I received a very warm welcome. The menu was mouthwatering, with its diverse selection of dishes, all fresh and expertly prepared. The meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection, as was the seasoning. I enjoyed a small, local beer, which was very good. It's clear that every dish is prepared with care; in fact, the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The price, which might seem high at first glance, is fully justified by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. Thank you.

03/06/2026: A superb stay at this ideally located hotel and restaurant, facing the sea on both sides, as it's a cape. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and lovely, with a very nice bathroom. Bathrobes, towels, and a toiletries kit were provided. The food was excellent: refined, generous, and delicious. The staff was fantastic; the manager, Valérie, along with Maud and Lili, were very professional, pleasant, and always smiling, ensuring we had a wonderful time. Thank you! 24/04/2026: We were greeted by the owners, a husband and wife team, who also ran the dining room. The husband immediately put us at ease, speaking Italian and recommending exceptional dishes. Specifically, we tried escargot in a cream of mushrooms, another appetizer whose name I don't remember, a puff pastry filled with egg meat, followed by a beef sirloin and a duck steak with various side dishes, all accompanied by two glasses of excellent French wine. Everything was delicious, excellent value, and kudos to the manager for his kindness, preparation, and patience in explaining the dishes to us. Excellent restaurant.
