25/10/2024: Une très bonne surprise, cachée au cœur de Daglan, petit village de Dordogne à la frontière du Lot. Les propriétaires ont bien tiré parti de cet ancien bar tabac pour y installer leur restaurant. Ambiance chaleureuse et cosy, poêle allumé dans la cheminée. Accueil cordial par le chef, qui n’hésite pas servir les plats.
Dans l’assiette, des produits locaux très bien mis en valeur (foie gras, crème de Cabecou), enchaînement des plats parfait et service discret et efficace. Bref, c’est bon, raffiné, gourmand, les recettes sont bien maîtrisées, et pour finir un succulent soufflet au Grand Marnier. A consommer sans modération, en famille ou entre amis.

Nous y avons dégusté des plats bien cuisinés , copieux et belle présentation .
Amuses bouche délicats, nems succulents au confit de canard , j’ai découvert et adoré les ris d’agneau délicieusement préparés et terminé par le sublime soufflé au grand Magnier ..
le tout accompagné de vins régionaux bien conseillés.
En resumé je me suis régalée !!!
Je conseille et y reviendrais avec gourmandise !

20/08/2024: Restaurant located in a pretty square, young and dynamic team where good humor reigns.
Cuisine for all tastes, respected cooking, using local suppliers.
I recommend with your eyes closed.
20/08/2024: The most: The place is pleasant on the square of the small church.
Cons: The dishes are OK but the sliced turkey was much overcooked and the meat was dry.
The gourmet coffee has a supplement on the menu and doesn't really look homemade.
With the rain, the terrace was closed and all the customers crowded on the ground floor (seeing customers waiting for our table does not make you want to take your time) while the restaurant presented a room upstairs.
The Bayeux bottled beer of 33cL at €7.50 finished us off.
It's a shame. There are surely ways to find better in the area, we are quite disappointed and we do not recommend.

16/09/2024: We came to eat in the evening, we were seated straight away (reservation) The order was taken quickly, warm welcome. The proportions are generous and we ate well.
The downside we were placed next to a door leading to the terrace, a door which was open throughout our meal and never closed... As a result, we had to close the door each time we passed and put the coat back on to eat.

In any case this boat is going to be closed, it just needs to be rebuilt from A to Z!!!!!!!!!!!!

03/12/2024: I liked it as it is good for a truck driver. Parking for LKV somewhere for 40-50 cars. Mini cost 17.90e, this full price includes food. The toilet is clean, there is no shower.

Average cuisine. The paupiette is way overcooked and is really not a paupiette. The crème brûlée is just not burnt. So it becomes a cream with sugar on top. For €16.90 it’s really limited..
The wait is long.

13/12/2024: Visit this afternoon with my partner and my son Timothé, we are very delighted with the service and the welcome, which is becoming rare in restaurants.
A warm atmosphere and a top team.
We will come back because the dishes were delicious.
12/12/2024: Wonderful restaurant where we had the opportunity to eat.
The team is great and exudes good humor.
We ate a Munster tartlet which was delicious and enough for a small appetite.
The garnished sauerkraut allowed us to discover the true flavor of Alsatian sauerkraut.
The pie of the day allowed this meal to end on a very good note.
We were not at all disappointed by this evening. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme.

Little wink for the piece of cellophane found in my dish...
The experience unfortunately does not live up to the final bill.
The staff is nevertheless very pleasant.
