22/08/2026: I found this restaurant through a calorie-counting app. The quesadillas had enough protein for my daily limit and were delicious with the fresh tomatoes. The dining room is simple and the service is quick.

07/10/2026: Pablo Café is pure bliss. A warm welcome, efficient service, and as for the food, the pizza of the day, made in the traditional way by a Neapolitan, is a delight of flavor and lightness. The rib with fries is wonderfully accompanied by an excellent barbecue sauce, all beautifully presented. We can't wait to return to Ceret!

04/10/2026: This Sunday, September 4th, the day of the street fair, my daughter and I decided to take a little stroll around town. Since we love the ice cream at the Brasserie du Théâtre (we're regular customers), we went there around 2:15 pm. It was lunchtime, and many tables were occupied. The waiter came over and said, "No bar service at this time. Come back around 3 pm." So, okay, we took another little walk around town to pass the time. We came back around 3 pm, and there it was again: the waiter said, "No bar service at this time. Come back around 3:30 pm." WHAT?! Is this a joke? I'm starting to wonder if people even want to work. It's just unacceptable. Frankly, I'm very, very disappointed with the Brasserie du Théâtre. Now nobody wants to work anymore. It's unbelievable, but true.

11/09/2026: The relatively traditional menu and the crowds led us to the Flying Squadron... if it's busy, it must be good, I usually think... but surprise! The lemonade was flat and didn't arrive in a bottle... then the ribeye steak with polenta (the most expensive dish on the menu) arrived cold and raw. Moreover, the cut was of mediocre quality. Luckily, the andouillettes were good. Oh! We had to wait until dessert for the carafe of water to appear... well... passable... except for the view of the castle facade, of course!

The welcome was very warm, a fantastic team for the summer season! 03/10/2026: Of course, the service and the food were very good. However, we wanted to have a pleasant time, and the karaoke really ruined the experience. The music was far too loud, to the point where we couldn't hear ourselves speak at the table. I understand the concept of karaoke, but having to eat with people who sing terribly off-key is quite unpleasant. Especially since, judging by the reactions in the dining room, only two tables seemed to genuinely enjoy it, while the rest of the customers didn't really pay any attention.

05/09/2026: First time here last night! There were five of us, and we were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked a table. The service was friendly and pleasant, nothing to complain about. I think the prices are affordable for everyone, as you can have a good meal without breaking the bank. We're five big eaters, and only one of us finished everything! The hamburgers, pizzas, and salads were all generous portions. The desserts were also very good. There's really nothing to criticize about this restaurant. My children were thrilled to come; they said it was excellent, and I hope we'll be back soon.

01/06/2026: A very pleasant hotel, located at the end of the causeway to Mont Saint-Michel. Comfortable room, air conditioning much appreciated in hot weather. Nice breakfasts.

27/05/2026: There are large, clean rooms here, spread across the main building and annex. Parking is available at the hotel; you need a code to enter the hotel area, making it cheaper than the large parking lot. The service at reception and in the restaurant is very friendly. The breakfast is exceptionally good, with fresh crepes and egg dishes. Highly recommended for a visit to Mont Saint Michel. The shuttle buses depart directly in front of the hotel; it's about a 30-minute walk.
