The estate is elegant, welcoming, and perfectly suited for hosting large events. Everything contributed to making this evening a magical memory, etched in everyone's minds. 08/03/2026: A tea dance was held a few days ago. The meal was homemade and everything was delicious, perhaps even too much. We were seated at a table with people we know. It was very pleasant, and the music was lovely too.

As for the food, everything was perfect. The tarte flambée, offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, is delicious and prepared according to the purest Alsatian tradition. The wine list also deserves special mention, with a fine selection that perfectly complements the dishes. 30/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a beautiful, typically Alsatian red facade and a large, semi-covered terrace. Inside, you immediately feel at ease in an atmosphere that is both open and discreet, and very tasteful. The welcome is top-notch, very warm, and always with a smile. The service is excellent and attentive. The cuisine is perfectly executed, using high-quality, fresh, and mostly local ingredients. Everything was excellent, with elegant presentation. This restaurant is well worth a visit! Thank you to the team for this delightful experience.

03/05/2026: This, it seems to me, is the terrace that stays sunny the latest on Dijon's Place de la Libération. The square is bustling when the weather is fine, but seated at the edge of the terrace, away from cars and with a view of the magnificent historical buildings, it was a very pleasant dinner, with friendly service and excellent cuisine.

13/06/2026: It’s horrible place if we are inside the bar we can’t go out for smoking or whatever if we need to go out we need to stay out and also we payed 20€ and also there is no fresh air and all the people are smoking inside 😅

27/02/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Le Sampa is a must-visit in Montauban, both for the quality of its food and the warm welcome from its staff. A cozy atmosphere in winter and a superb terrace in summer, right in the heart of the city. The dishes are excellent and flavorful. A real treat. The owners always greet you with a smile and are attentive to their customers' well-being. A winning combination for a restaurant that has stood the test of time thanks to the impeccable quality of its service. Excellent value for money too. I love it and highly recommend it! A must-try for those who haven't yet discovered it…
