26/04/2026: While visiting my husband's childhood village, we had a wonderful stay at L'Ouillette, a hotel and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; dinner and breakfast were perfect, the rooms were clean, and the owner was charming. We had a few requests, and she responded positively each time. We will definitely be back; I highly recommend this establishment!

24/04/2026: We had a fantastic lunch here whilst wine tasting in the area. A variety of fixed menu options. Food was really excellent. As was the service. And an interesting range of great local wines by the glass: Maranges, Mercurey, Santenay etc. Would love to eat here again one day!

01/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise during our stopover on our way to the Landes region. Everything is homemade, and it shows! The food was delicious and generous (from appetizers to desserts!), with a short menu featuring very fresh ingredients. The terrace was quiet and shaded, and the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: Yesterday we went to lunch at this restaurant and we left very happy with both the treatment received by the three waiters and the lunch. It is very nice to find Catalan products, such as Trias biscuits, Peralada yogurts, Cacaolat..., because they make you feel that you are not so far from home. For sure if we return to Toulouse, we will come again. Thank you very much!

11/08/2026: Disappointed... I had booked a horseback ride for my daughter and me, explaining our riding levels (advanced for me but a beginner, G1/2 for my daughter). We were offered an intermediate ride, promising trotting and maybe even a little canter. We ended up with two Dutch beginners, one of whom was a completely terrified young girl. The ride turned into a walking tour with one girl crying the whole time, which was frustrating and heartbreaking for her. I understand that they have to adapt to lower skill levels, but in these cases, they should manage the bookings better, perhaps offer a separate ride for beginners or turn the ride around to better manage the rest of the ride for everyone? Nevertheless, and to end on a positive note, the horses were beautiful and the equipment was suitable. Plus, the scenery was lovely and the instructor did her best!
