10/12/2025: The antique interior and wine list for 1 person were great. The food had a strong acidity and flavors like clover and ginger. I had the 5-course caviar pairing, and the meal lasted over 3 and a half hours. I had champagne and cochise as side dishes, and was planning to have Burgundy with the main course, but I was full after 3 and a half hours, so I passed on the Rouge wine. Was the entree the best dish? It was scallops. The main course was beeswax-wrapped beef, and I really didn't like it. The spinach sauté garnish was also... And for dessert, there was kiwi compote decorated with meringue and cheesecake with basil sauce, which was served with petit fours, and the dessert was really... the kiwi was very acidic, and among the petit fours, the raspberry chocolate? was very acidic. I was so disappointed with the dessert that I washed it down with Michalak and Sicilianac that I had bought at the hotel.
08/12/2025: Everything was delicious and refined, with a variety of flavors and textures. Each dish had its own personality. I opted for the blind tasting of the five courses and loved everything: the oyster, the trout, the quail, the pre-dessert… I was slightly less impressed by the kiwi dessert, which was delicious but didn't surprise me. Bravo! I've rarely been so thrilled by every dish.

30/01/2026: I just had lunch at "Le Millésime". I highly recommend it. Our server, "Barth", was very welcoming, the food was excellent, the setting was lovely in the middle of the park, and to top it all off, a complimentary digestif was offered by the house. In short, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money 🙏

03/01/2026: We tried it yesterday at lunchtime… We were greeted with a big smile, which is already important, and there was no problem when we asked if we could bring our dog.
The service was impeccable, and the meat was tender and cooked exactly as requested. The final touch was a homemade infused rum… Truly excellent… we will definitely return before heading back to Normandy.

19/02/2026: I wish to express my immense disappointment following our dinner at Pur restaurant on February 14th. What was supposed to be a romantic evening was completely ruined by the sommelier's behavior.
We arrived at 8:00 p.m. and were shown to our table. As soon as we were seated, a long candle was lit in the center. It was meant to create a romantic atmosphere, but for me, it became an unbearable countdown: instead of enjoying its light, I wished it would burn out quickly so that this stressful dinner would finally end.
At that moment, the sommelier came over to offer an aperitif. Being a non-drinker, I accepted a glass of champagne for the occasion. After tasting it, I said:
"Yes, it's good, that's fine with me."
His reaction was visibly irritated and impatient:
"We don't say that here." “
Since French isn’t my native language, I assumed he was asking for a grammatical correction and asked,
“How should I say it?”
He replied,
“You should say: ‘I like it’ or ‘I don’t.’”
I was confused, but I agreed so as not to spoil the evening. However, I felt judged, and the tension was palpable from the start.
After the champagne, the appetizers were served, but I couldn’t even savor them, too preoccupied with his constant remarks. Then, I chose the non-alcoholic option, but each tasting became pure torture, as if he were waiting for me to say,
“Yes, it’s very good, I liked it.”
But the drinks didn’t evoke any particular emotion in me. I simply replied,
“Yes, it was good, thank you.”
But that wasn’t enough for him.” After the last tasting, he criticized me:
"I don't ask questions to hear if it's good or not; I ask questions to adapt the service and satisfy the customer."
I replied:
"I'm not a drinks expert; I have nothing to say."
He persisted, and I said:
"I feel like you're criticizing me... You're putting pressure on me."
Finally, he left. The entire dinner was tense, and I couldn't enjoy a single bite.
By dessert time, I no longer had the energy to converse. My partner went to get the sommelier to apologize (it was my boyfriend's idea). I accepted his apology silently. To be fair, the non-alcoholic drinks were removed from the bill, but that didn't improve my mood at all: my goal wasn't to drink for free, but to savor the food and enjoy the dining experience.
Instead, I found myself swallowing the food almost mechanically, unable to truly appreciate the dishes, perceive their subtlety, or immerse myself in the gastronomic experience I had so long anticipated. The sommelier's behavior thus deprived me of the pleasure of fully tasting the food and spending a pleasant moment with my companion.

05/12/2024: Excellent cuisine, full of creativity and incredible flavors. The service is very pleasant: smiling, efficient, friendly. Each dish is explained which is very appreciated given the multiple and original ingredients. There were 5 of us, some took the Omnivore menu, others the Amour Végétal menu: we all enjoyed it and what's more, it's very digestible. CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team.
05/12/2024: Excellente cuisine, pleine de créativité et de saveurs incroyables. Le service est très agréable : souriant, efficace, sympathique. Chaque plat est expliqué ce qui est très apprécié compte-tenu des ingrédients multiples et originaux. On était 5, certains ont pris le menu Omnivore, d'autres le menu Amour Végétal : on s'est tous régalé et en plus c'est très digeste. BRAVO à toute l'équipe du FIEF !

A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival, from a truly welcoming owner, passionate about his work and eager to share it. He explains the menu with unparalleled enthusiasm and precision.
From start to finish, we were delighted: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent! And what can I say about the homemade stews… absolutely incredible, a true delight that reflects the restaurant's expertise.
A place to discover without hesitation: I recommend it wholeheartedly!

05/03/2026: Delicious and hearty at a very reasonable price. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Avoid peak hours (12:30-13:15) to avoid having to queue.
