20/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was truly excellent: delicious, well-thought-out, and generous portions. But what impressed us most was the friendliness of the staff, starting with the owner. The atmosphere is warm, the decor pleasant and tasteful, and the service impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they genuinely care for their customers here. In fact, we thought we saw a whip in the owner's hands when we arrived… she must have put it away, because we were met with nothing but smiles and genuine kindness throughout the meal 😊 In short, a fantastic place we'll gladly return to!

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery: this intimate and beautifully decorated restaurant. A creative menu and original, delicious daily specials. The staff were very responsive despite the presence of a large group. I highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: Great bar with a great atmosphere. The servers do their best to serve us. It was very crowded inside. No DJ, but a pre-made playlist, but the atmosphere was fantastic. A great night out.

24/04/2026: Why 3 stars when everything was so good? Simply because I left hungry! After dessert, and there were three of us saying exactly the same thing: we could have immediately ordered the entire meal again! Everything served was excellent, but the portions were so small that the dinner left a feeling of intense frustration. That's why I won't be returning to Jean Moulin, which is a shame. The dining room was extremely noisy; they urgently need to install ceiling-mounted sound systems like those found in many restaurants. €76 per person for five people, including two bottles of wine, a Badoit sparkling water, and a three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert, no cheese). The service was very friendly, if a little overwhelmed.

07/06/2026: Way too expensive for what you get on your plate (10 euros for accras - made in a supermarket) and in your glass (9 euros for a glass of Sancerre!). The service was very friendly, at least there's that. Thank goodness the manager can go on holiday this year, but he'll have to stop treating people like walking wallets, otherwise it'll be the last time.

04/04/2026: Hello, We're at L'Alchimiste, and if you want to damage your eardrums, then come on over!!!! Worst night ever, with the decibels constantly rising. Despite our requests to turn it down a bit, the DJ refused, and we couldn't enjoy our meal or the evening at all. A truly aggressive racket for our poor ears!!! Avoid at all costs!

17/04/2026: "Truly the legendary best pho in Paris!" My first meal in Paris was Vietnamese pho!! Everyone had been raving about how delicious this pho was XD I was originally saving it for the last few days, but after eating so much cold food in the Netherlands for the past two weeks, I couldn't resist and made pho my first meal in Paris! I ordered a bowl of pho with raw beef and a mix of beef! It came with a whole plate of savory vegetables: basil, lemon, chili, and bean sprouts. The addition of chili, lemon, and basil elevated the entire soup to another level; it was so delicious, warm and comforting! The noodles were also very springy, the broth was flavorful, and the taste was just right! The beef was incredibly tender too—highly recommended!

04/04/2026: Place overall looks nice. Pleasant, with space if you Compare it to surrounding restaurants. Food: Beef Tartare is waste of money. Onion soup ok but lacks flavour. Offered water was added to bill. IF you look for food standard from 2000s it will suite you well. Otherwise i advise to look elsewhere.

28/05/2026: What a lovely place! Owned by a French-Argentine family, this bistro could not be more charming. We started with a ceviche and cucumber-mint salad and then shared an Argentine rump steak with mashed potatoes. The weather was unusually warm so we had a dry French Chablis with our meal. It was a perfect evening, and we will definitely return.

25/05/2026: Ah, even as I leave France, I still find myself thinking about the duck steak from this place. It was the epitome of crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the accompanying orange sauce was fantastic. The friendly staff were also great. Thanks to you, I am leaving France with wonderful memories. You absolutely must try the duck steak!!

28/12/2025: A lovely setting to enjoy a mulled wine and relax. The atmosphere of this bar, reminiscent of an old-fashioned café, delighted us! A warm welcome and equally warm service! I highly recommend a stop at this unique spot. 👍
