15/08/2026: The waitress reached into the bin and served me without washing her hands... the spinach shoots were wilted and rotten, and I have a photo to prove it, there were black mushrooms... in short, I was not satisfied at all.

09/09/2026: Impeccable service. Food I wouldn't even give to a dog. Floating pasta that tastes like meat, but the texture doesn't resemble meat at all.

04/08/2026: A huge thank you! I called at 4 pm on a Saturday, requesting, somewhat last minute, a cake for 30 people to be picked up the next day at 10:30 am. Despite this very short notice, my request was accepted with great responsiveness and professionalism. The cake was not only ready on time, but it was also excellent: as beautiful as it was delicious, and it was a hit with all the guests. It's truly wonderful to be able to rely on such a helpful and efficient baker. Thank you again for your kindness and responsiveness. I highly recommend them!

14/07/2026: A very comfortable hotel where we received a warm welcome. The facilities are great (pool, sauna, jacuzzi), the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff are lovely. Being in the center of Tence, the hotel is close to shops and local attractions. We loved the hotel garden and plan to return!

11/07/2026: Disappointed, apart from the foie gras and the cheese. The fish had no flavor, the sweetbreads were tasteless and served like a hard, inedible fritter. Furthermore, the plates and cutlery were practically thrown onto the table. The desserts were just like the rest of the meal: chocolate mousse and tiramisu were dripping onto the plate and served with a trowel! And to top it all off, the welcome and service were terrible 😡 for a price of €36 per meal 😡😡😡😡😡

14/06/2026: Looking for a place to have lunch? Le Pélican is a restaurant I wasn't disappointed to visit. The set menu (starter and main course, main course and dessert, or all three) is a good compromise. It offers good value for money, and the service is very friendly.

15/09/2026: What a terrible experience! The two waiters were simply very unpleasant. It was as if we were interrupting their work. Their tone, their cold and curt responses, and their overall attitude clearly made the customer feel unwelcome. The food was good, but the service really needs improvement. A minimum of politeness, courtesy, and basic manners would be the very least one could expect in an establishment that serves the public. I also don't understand how this restaurant can be listed in Le Petit Futé. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food isn't enough to make up for such an unpleasant welcome. I also want to preemptively address this, given the lengthy posts you systematically write in response to negative reviews: we are polite and respectful people. While this review is certainly unpleasant to read, it is genuine and sincerely reflects our experience. We were present, we know what we experienced, and we fully stand by what we wrote. Everyone is free to share their experience and opinion, respecting the rules and freedom of expression. Therefore, there's no need to rewrite our experience, question our visit, or try to portray us as people we're not. As for the contemptuous tone used in your responses to negative reviews, we simply suggest you keep it to yourself. A professional and respectful response would certainly be more constructive. And finally: it seems unpleasant people have a surprisingly long life expectancy… Given the level of unpleasantness displayed here, perhaps you've found the magic formula. At this rate, the bicentennial awaits you at the end of the road! First and last time. PS: Thank you for your magnificent response… very predictable in its form… Just another day in the life for you… I'll let everyone form their own opinion. But I'll reiterate: the food is good, despite your deplorable service.

12/09/2026: As usual, I had a wonderful evening at La Petite Folie. It's a restaurant I adore, my favorite in Orléans and beyond. The food is divine, and the service is both warm and professional. The restaurant's location is beautiful, on a lovely square. I come to La Petite Folie whenever I'm in Orléans, and it's always a great pleasure.

06/09/2026: Expensive for what it is. The tacos were barely warm (almost cold), and there wasn't even any sauce served with the fries.

22/08/2026: Hello, we had a snack at your place. However, two rats snuck in from the side, and there were several others. The hygiene is appalling. Please take care. We will never go back there.

16/09/2026: Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the restaurant. Contrary to the hours shown on Google, the restaurant was indeed closed when we arrived – what a shame!

13/09/2026: Judging by the reception and service, we quickly understood what we were risking. We left without even ordering. That's awful.

16/10/2026: Very nice store, however, a major complaint about the checkouts... Self-checkouts (more than a dozen) were impossible to use because of a trolley with packs of water, the middle checkout was only for scanners, and there were checkouts reserved for Pass card holders... The result was that only two checkouts were accessible to "normal" customers with full trolleys...

14/10/2026: Recently renovated shopping center with a wide variety of shops. Only downside: the single, inconvenient parking lot exit 😕
