28/03/2026: We had the opportunity to dine here as a family today, and we wanted to leave an honest review. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entire team deserves praise for their professionalism and dedication. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their desire to do things well, which is reflected in both the welcome and the service. The portions are very generous, the dishes are high quality, and the price is quite reasonable. The service is attentive and efficient, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is also very attractive and clean, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. We sincerely hope that the establishment can continue to maintain this positive energy.

30/08/2025: I ordered shrimp udon. They brought me the beef ones. And when I said it wasn't the right dish, they told me to get pad thai because they were out of udon. Terrible service and udon swimming in sauce. I wasn't offered a refund or anything, not to mention that most of the menu wasn't available and there was no apology from them, almost as if they were used to it.

30/08/2026: Today is the first and last time I'm going there: Taking one sushi, cutting it in half, and then claiming it's two pieces—just look at the picture—it's a cheap trick, if I may say so. Pay for your 1.5cm-thick sushi! If only I'd looked in the bag first, I would have said, "Excuse me, but that's impossible."

27/08/2026: I placed a €34 order and NEVER received it. Avoid this company at all costs! The owner told me he couldn't deliver after his mistake. And I haven't been refunded! I absolutely do not recommend them.

21/08/2026: The person handling the customers clearly lacks social skills. This kind of attitude is simply not ideal in a customer-facing role. Furthermore, the product quality is poor.

01/05/2026: Horrible! We were served soggy, microwaved potatoes with za'atar… the dish cost €21.90 with those potatoes, and honestly, it was tiny! The old man's welcome was as cold as his disgusting meal!

28/04/2026: One of the most disgusting dishes I've ever seen in my entire life. Watch the videos to see just how revolting it is. The photo below shows the dish as it was served: this is the final presentation!! €21.90!! The chicken wasn't clean (see the video below). The rice was swimming in water, and they called it a sauce… no, it was just water. It was truly sickening and, on top of that, it tasted awful. The vegetables weren't fresh at all; you could tell by the smell. Nothing was right about this place, not even the owner, who was the most unpleasant person I've ever met. He said it was me who had changed my mind and refused to admit that the dish was inedible. How can anyone serve a dish like that? A complete disaster. They agreed to replace it with another bowl (a blue bowl) with falafel, but it also tasted strange. It was really bad. I couldn't eat anything; I ended up settling for salad and hummus, all while paying €21.90 for a "golden bowl." And the owner even told me he was being kind by changing the dish, as if the problem was me... and I paid for the first dish, not the falafel, which I didn't even touch. Seriously, a disgusting place, don't go!

20/09/2026: I bought a portion of wontons, a chicken bao, and some shrimp dumplings at this restaurant. Although I twice asked for my food to be heated up, I started eating right after paying, but my wontons were still cold. The broth that came with the wontons was hot, but there was so little of it that once poured, it barely covered the vegetables and didn't even reach the wontons. The wonton filling was cold and far too overcooked. The chicken bao dough was extremely sticky; I only managed one bite before throwing it away. The shrimp dumplings were, by comparison, less bad. This is an establishment I will not be returning to.

27/08/2026: The owner is often drunk and only closes when he feels like it. A shame, it's a beautiful place.

15/09/2026: We arrived in a 9-seater minibus with passengers with disabilities. The parking space was extremely narrow, with only 5 spaces crammed together, making maneuvering impossible and forcing us to reverse. We ended up getting takeout and eating cold food upon arrival at our rental. Furthermore, the wait was interminable; many people kept returning because they were missing items. It's truly a shame.

24/09/2026: We were coming back from a weekend away, we decided to stop and order two pizzas, and for the first time, we got food poisoning. So we were regular customers, but with this unfortunate experience, that's it...

05/09/2026: Thank you to our pizza maker for the day; he was very welcoming and friendly. The pizza was made right in front of us by expert hands. I highly recommend him.

05/02/2026: Incredible! We spent three days there with friends. The place is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the food was also fantastic (breakfast could perhaps be improved, but otherwise great), and the owners, contrary to some reviews I've read, were incredibly friendly and amazing! Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't be fooled by the owners' fake smiles. Mrs. Berger spends her time complaining and criticizing her other guests (don't think you'll be spared), and all she cares about is money. Ask for a mug of hot water, and she'll tell her waiters to bring you a tiny cup. She'll refuse glasses for your room because you have to order at the bar, of course. And half-board is already ridiculously expensive for what you'll eat… (the raclette is a joke). Glasses of wine at €14 that you finish in three sips… etc. Always thinking we're deaf, Mr. Berger told one of his employees that they had to, and I quote, "figure out the sauna" (which barely works). Very pleasant to wait for. Furthermore, he always speaks very, very rudely to his poor employees. I'll skip over the fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working, nor was the coffee machine, the Wi-Fi, and so on. And when it was time to leave, no goodbye, no offer to take us out, nothing. We've never seen anything like it. Luckily the waiters were there; they were young, helpful, and friendly. But my goodness, the poor things, working for bosses who respect no one. In short, avoid this place; there are plenty of other hotels and chalets at the foot of the slopes with people who love their work.

05/06/2026: Please provide the correct opening hours. I spent 45 minutes there only to find it's closed. People need to be respectful at some point.

20/07/2026: Lacks flavor. Tourist trap. AVOID. One of the worst Thai food restaurants I have been. For 17.90 euros, you get noodles, a lime wedge and a few pieces of overcooked shrimp. I had to go back and ask why it was missing the other ingredients. Then they were upset and then added the sprouts and some peanuts. No apologies. Avoid. Walk around the corner and find better flavor, good ingredients and good service.
