09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.

03/01/2026: I just had two pizzas delivered. When I ordered, I asked if it was possible to cut them, and of course, no problem. When they arrived, the pizzas were burnt, not cut, and there was no hot sauce. What a shame, local business, you've just lost a customer!

26/11/2025: Casa Nana in Égly is an excellent place to eat! In my experience, their thin-crust, crispy pizzas are truly delicious. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are pleasant, and there's always parking nearby. Perfect for a meal with family or friends!

12/09/2026: Extremely slow service (over 15 minutes wait for two drinks) even though there were no other customers to serve. Unfriendly waitress. Exorbitant prices (€4.50 for a can of Coke).

11/09/2026: A disaster! We came for the lunch special. The sea bream with vegetables was good, but the sirloin steak was inedible, as tough as shoe leather. But the worst part was the Italian waitress who ignored customers, refused to speak French, complained constantly, made faces, and her entire behavior towards customers was very disrespectful! She never even came back to our table to take our dessert order after our meal. Instead, she preferred to take her cigarette break and be on the phone... I'm only giving it a second star thanks to another waiter who kindly helped us resolve our food issues, and also thanks to the owner and his attitude in this kind of situation, as he removed one meal from our bill. It's the first time I've had to complain about the quality of the food and service in France... I believe it's better to let customers wait a little longer if there aren't enough staff available, and to fire the useless waitress who ruins everything.

26/04/2026: It takes 30 minutes to get a coffee, and if I don't ask, I wait two hours. He charges whatever price he thinks he's a customer, and he buys everything at Aldi.

20/03/2026: Avoid at all costs... I ordered a sweet white wine and caught the waitress mixing cane sugar into a dry white wine... It's a complete rip-off...

21/08/2026: Terrible service. Endless wait. Upon arrival, I asked a member of staff if we could have a table for two. He said yes and pointed to one where there were still leftover drinks and glasses from the previous customers. So we sat down, and the wait began. After 10 minutes, still nothing. I signaled to the man again, asking them to at least clear the glasses from the previous customers, and he confirmed that it was coming. 20 minutes after our arrival, we finally had a waitress who came to remove the previous customers' glasses and returned a few minutes later to take our drinks. Two drinks and two bagels. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, but the bagels... lost in transit? After another 20-25 minutes of waiting, we got up to leave, too bad, without having eaten. And it was only when we got to the register that we finally saw our bagels being served. Hungry as we grew, we finally ate them, but what an ordeal! The cook who brought them to us didn't understand, saying he'd only received the order a few minutes earlier. In any case, it took about 45 minutes to get two bagels, twenty of which were leftover from the previous orders. And on top of that, not a single apology. I'm not even asking for a discount, but at least a "Sorry for the wait" would have been the bare minimum.

26/08/2026: I'm not rating the pizzeria itself, but I feel compelled to raise the alarm about a situation that has become unbearable over the past few months. Every night, groups of people are allowed to loiter in front of it; they are very noisy, obstruct pedestrian traffic, and make a mess on the street. Can you do anything about it?! The neighbors are all very upset.

27/07/2026: I'm not rating the pizzeria itself, but the atmosphere around it. For several years now, groups of young people have been gathering in front of and around the pizzeria, from Monday to Sunday. They make a lot of noise, talk very loudly, shout, play music, leave their cars running, argue, and sometimes fights break out. Even after closing time, this can continue until 4 or 5 in the morning. For the residents of the neighborhood, it has become very difficult to live with, especially for those who work early in the morning. It's often impossible to sleep or even leave the windows open because of the noise. The most worrying thing is that many residents don't dare say anything for fear of reprisals. We've already called the police, but they are certainly very busy and can't always respond. I hope a solution will be found so that the residents can finally regain some peace and quiet.

13/06/2026: Don't go there. They are very unwelcoming (bordering on unpleasant) and the food is quite average.

31/05/2026: THE RESTAURANT IS NOW CALLED HAPPY GRILL! I've never eaten tacos so salty and with such a horrible taste. I was afraid I'd get sick; I almost threw it away. The fries were barely cooked, there was no cheese sauce (they used grated cheese instead), and the two-meat taco was no bigger than a 33cl can... all for €10.50... (more expensive than elsewhere). I came once because it was the only place open, and that will be the last time! Avoid at all costs…

28/04/2026: RUN AWAY!!! Today, April 27th at 3:00 PM, I went in to get dessert, and the dark-skinned Asian saleswoman didn't respond to my greeting and gave me a very dirty look. I pointed out that she hadn't said hello, and she told me I was deaf and asked me to leave. I sincerely hope that management takes action because customers shouldn't be treated like dogs, and I hope that those in charge will review the security cameras and see how this employee treats customers—by chasing them away as if it were her own home.

08/09/2026: We had to turn around after just walking through the door because of the awful smell inside. No point in trying to order food in a place that smells like sewage 🤢

05/09/2026: I ordered a Royal Deluxe and ended up with a Royal Cheese. The Tournon-sur-Rhône location is a disaster; there's always a mistake. We were supposed to receive compensation, which we never did. It's really awful, especially since we order regularly. You've lost a family of six as customers... I'm adding to a review that was already posted three years later... We tried McDonald's again, but it's still just as bad. They forgot the Happy Meal toys, the extra book, and there was no sauce. There were no napkins, and when we asked for the missing items, they gave us dirty looks.

24/08/2026: We went over to have a drink while waiting the train. The service was like we were annoying him . No smile no welcome. Got our drinks like in rush to get it done. Will not be back

23/07/2026: It's unacceptable to serve dry, hard croissants and then tell a customer, "I know my job, sir, these croissants are perfectly fine," when someone points out a problem. Madam, I saw that the brasserie is for sale; that's actually good news because it will prevent people from being ripped off and treated with contempt like you do. It's clear you're struggling with your job, and I'm sorry about that, but don't make your customers pay for it.

03/09/2026: Lunch break after visiting the Musée d'Orsay: welcoming staff, very professional service, good Parisian classics, reasonable prices for its exceptional location. I am very surprised by the negative reviews of this establishment.

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.
