18/06/2024: Bar brasserie du coin très convivial. Excellent sélection de bières en pression et en bouteille. IPA n pression très bien. Bonne carte varié - flammekeuche (?? orthographe) très bien. Burgers, moules et salades de qualité. Desserts copieux - sorbet tutti frutti délicieux. Bon accueil. Serveuses efficaces et très sympas. Prix raisonnables.

30/09/2024: Today, we arrived at the hotel for check-in at 3 p.m., as confirmed in our reservation. However, we were informed that an ambassador was occupying our room and had just checked out, leaving us to wait for the room to be cleaned. Disappointed, we walked around in the rain with no clear timeline, even though 3 p.m. was the confirmed check-in time. After waiting over two hours, at 5:20p.m., we were finally told our room was ready. There were no apologies, no complimentary drinks, or any form of gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delay, almost as if we should understand that we were secondary to an ambassador. After entering our room we both commented that this looked very much like a standard room, not becoming of an ambassador, the room was not what we saw when booking it online, (it showed a newly updated room). The room was very dated in some areas, our room bathroom needed an upgrade, the the grout is very dirty, the bathtub plug did not work, the wall in the main bedroom area had water damage, and the hotel does not have a fine dining restaurant, which is a significant defficiency for na hotel claiming 5 star status. We asked to speak to the hotel manager but were told he was unavailable and that they would have him contact us. Our stay with you with expectations of a 5-star facility on the occasion of our 25th anniversary has not begun well, and to top it off we spent the first night trying to find another hotel to check into for the next day, so much for our special day. We contacted by the Hotel Manager Sean the next day and we requested to cancel our next 2 nights, as we wanted to find another more updated 5 star hotel. Since we had already paid an astronomical fee for the first night, we certainly didn't want to waste any more money on this hotel. We should have been compensated by a partial refund if anything. 11/11/2024: Très bonne cuisine MAIS véranda en plein courant d'air ,attente de plus de 30' pour être servis après une vraie attente pour la commande ! Heureusement, geste commercial de remise du supplément légumes pour compenser.

30/10/2024: Excellente cuisine mais service trop lent.la carte des desserts a été si longue à venir qu" on a fait l'impasse sur ies desserts.C'est dommage.

06/07/2026: A beautiful and Romantic place to relax and cool off for a romantic escapade 💖. The view is sooo beautiful to behold all day from sun rise to sun set on the sea. From their entrance door, they start taking off the stress from you by offloading your items from your car and then they go park it for you in the parking lot. The hotel is a five star hotel and spa. The hotel is just by the beach. Many fun things to do. Beautiful environment, delicious food, lovely treatments, quiet and neat environment. The welcoming is kingly. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant, bar, and spa section are so welcoming, nice, kind, respectful. They collect your car and go park it so you don't stress yourself. I enjoyed the spa care so much that I wished to return back soon. They made our special day super special with bouquet, flowers on the bed, on the furniture and toilet with a bottle of champagne. Their food from breakfast to dinner is so tasty and delicious. I will recommend this hotel to all, any day and any time and any event. A Nice place for family, couple, and single person. A big "Thank you" to the management 🙏 of the hotel 💖🎖✨️👍😘.

24/05/2026: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of us throughout our visit. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the location could not have been better. Right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to everything. It was our second time back and the hotel has been newly renovated, which honestly was shocking as it was perfect two years ago. I’m We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

02/09/2024: Terrasse sur le lac complète, nous avons été placés le long de la vitrine. Accueil moyen, heureusement rattrapé par des oeufs mimosa parfaits. La truite accompagnée de pommes de terre et tomate provençale, le rôti de porc sauce aux champignons et frites (un peu sèches à mon goût) sont corrects. Crème brûlée et glace terminent le déjeuner sans surprise. Nous reviendrons hors agitation des vacances.

31/08/2024: Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant am « Lac de Quinson ». Abwechslungsreiche und leckere Menüs und sehr freundliches Personal. Zur Hochsaison sollte man schon 2-3 Tage vorher reservieren und, kleiner Tipp, fragen Sie einen Tisch auf der Terrasse zum See. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super!

29/08/2024: We are disappointed with the steamed vegetables… bathed in oil and some of them burnt. The waitress actually admitted that it had been cooked too long. Even when steamed, the vegetables do not dry out or become soaked in oil. Fried cold, but change immediately, to finish some uncooked meat. Damage.

10/09/2024: Excellents accueil et service avec le sourire et à l’ecoute des clients. La cuisine est d’un bon rapport qualité /prix . Un restaurant à recommander, nous reviendrons 👍 Merci à tous .

21/07/2024: Un très bon moment au Bella Storia! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L équipe est souriante et dynamique. Nos plats étaient excellents. On recommande les yeux fermés 😉 À la prochaine, et belle saison à l équipe ! ☀️😎☀️
