30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.

27/06/2025: A truly special moment. While searching for a restaurant to celebrate my birthday, I stumbled upon this place. The welcome was perfect, the dishes succulent and beautifully presented. A wide selection of dishes made with only fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The cooking was flawless, and the sauces and side dishes were perfectly balanced. As a chef myself, I can assure you that the chef and his team will undoubtedly delight your taste buds. It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for a reason. 08/05/2026: Worst dosa and Indian food I had in my life. Food was uncooked and not fresh. In paneer and cheese dosa, there was cold cheese and cold paneer. Just the staff was good

02/07/2024: Niveau environnement, on peut trouver à se garer, quitte à marcher un peu. La salle est spacieuse, bien éclairée et les sièges confortables et propres, de même que la table. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous as expliqué le fonctionnement vu que c'était la première fois que l'on venait. Le choix des mets est vraiment large et il y en a pour tous les goûts. C'est très bon. Le tarif est dans la moyenne des autres types de restaurants buffet. Très bien.

10/06/2024: Nous venions régulièrement, depuis un peu plus d'un an nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion de revenir. Quelle déception ! Cuisine sans goût, des sushis fades, des nems trop cuits, le poulet trop cuit. Les desserts industriels, même mon péché mignon les croquants aux cacahuètes étaient eux mous Bref changement de direction on dirait qui n'a pas suivi la qualité du précédent patron Très très déçu. Je déconseille fortement cette cantine d'un niveau très bas
