11/01/2026: Takeout ordered this Saturday, January 10th, 2020, found by chance in downtown Apt. The restaurant was very dark with a strong smell of frying oil that permeated the entire place, like an aquarium with ultra-dark, green water... nothing made me want to eat in, unfortunately... I decided to get takeout anyway. A very friendly and smiling gentleman greeted me, I placed my order, and after a short 20-minute wait, I received my appetizers and main courses... what can I say? Well, I was a little surprised. *The shrimp spring rolls and fried shrimp ravioli were very, very good (well-filled with shrimp, and the homemade sauces were delicious). Personally, I can say that the appetizers were in no way mass-produced, contrary to what I've seen in some reviews. *Cantonese rice (finally, real Cantonese rice, well-garnished with egg, peas, Chinese sausage, etc.) I loved it. ****One small complaint about the chicken chop suey: considering the price, it deserved a bit more vegetable garnish (two pieces of carrot, a slice of zucchini, and a piece of black mushroom drowned in a sauce with very little flavor, but mostly onions and very rubbery chicken). It didn't resemble a traditional wok-cooked chop suey at all, which is a shame. Price-wise, well, it's about the same as everywhere else, maybe €1 to €1.50 more. In short, it's still expensive considering the portion sizes. Takeout (yes for the appetizers and Cantonese rice) Eat in (no, for me)

16/10/2025: We didn't even have the energy to start the meal. The water tasted like hand sanitizer, and the shrimp chips were brown and soggy. We left and cancelled our order.

29/09/2024: Bel endroit mais les accords mets et vins sont décevants 6cl pour 2 plats a chaque fois, bref une gorgée d un vin médiocre un maçon blanc. Un pouilly fumé un chablis et pour finir un bourgueuil vendu 54€ les 4 verres. Un joli ratio qualité/ prix Les portions sont ridicules heureusement il y a du pain à volonté ainsi que du beurre. Un bravo cependant pour les desserts un défilé de saveurs

27/09/2024: Nous avons été déçus par cet étoilé. Peut-être est-ce du au changement de chef, car nous y avons mangé juste après le départ de celui qui avait obtenu l’étoile. Le service était impeccable. Les entremets étaient délicieux et le pain excellent. En revanche, la poularde était sans véritable goût. Les différents plats manquaient dans l’ensemble d’assaisonnement et de saveurs. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l’accord mets-vins. Seulement 3 verres remplis à un quart. Compte tenu du prix, on s’attendait à des verres remplis normalement. D’autant que la sélection de ces trois vins étaient basiques et n’apportait rien aux plats. La décoration est très belle. Nous aurions adoré dîner dehors. Surtout qu’à l’intérieur il faisait super chaud et il y avait des moustiques.

02/12/2025: A restaurant I'm adding to my favorites! Here you'll find authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. The dishes are served in generous portions, and explanations are available if you'd like to know more. The manager is a lovely and courageous woman.

09/05/2024: 1 premiere pour nous ! Cauchemar au bar ! On a cherché Philippe Etchebest en vain pourtant nous avons bien passé 40 mn attablés sans avoir eu la chance de commander quoique ce soit ! Personnel dépassé, froid. Seul le cadre est agréable mais pour déjeuner il faut a minima qu'on prenne notre commande. A fuir

15/08/2024: Cadre et ambiance très sympa jusqu'à que des membres du staff un peu trop chauffé se jette à 5 sur un homme pour le fracassé devant un enfant de 5 ans (mon fils). Aucun contrôle de la situation. LAMENTABLE

04/07/2026: Excellent welcome, friendly and helpful staff with great advice. Very clean and quiet accommodation. Buffet breakfast with a good selection of sweet and savory items and homemade products. Well located in relation to the center of Chablis...

10/05/2026: A very warm welcome around 1 p.m., a very generous breakfast tray (sweet and savory) served in the room, as there's no on-site dining on Mondays. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with no noise whatsoever. The only slight drawback was the television, which was very small and far from the bed. Adjacent to the parking lot is a large green space perfect for walking dogs.
