06/08/2024: Bonjour. Dommage que la crêperie ne soit pas à la hauteur du cadre qui est tout à fait exceptionnel ! Les galettes bonnes mais sans plus, l’attente interminable avant d’être servi alors que le nombre de clients était tout à fait raisonnable à tel point que j’ai abandonné avant que la crêpe commandée en dessert n’arrive. L’accueil est agréable et l’endroit très propre. Donc, dommage mais je ne reviendrai pas …….

02/08/2024: Cadre magnifique! Les galettes sont très bien garnies et originales. L'"épicée",avec du poulet (français) avec sa sauce délicate au curry, curcuma et soupçon de cumin est délicieuse! A noter que l'effort est de mise sur l'origine des produits: français et locaux!! Il faisait très chaud, il y avait beaucoup de clients et les jeunes serveurs n'arrêtaient pas!!! Félicitations à tout le personnel.

10/03/2026: A very good experience at the restaurant of the Hôtel Les 2 Vallées. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with simple yet authentic cuisine that showcased the ingredients. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. A great place in Entraygues-sur-Truyère for a pleasant meal. I recommend it 🙂

13/09/2024: Nous venons de passer 5 journées dans cet Hôtel, nous sommes très satisfaits à tous points de vue. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le personnel souriant et affable. Une mention particulière pour les repas du soir, bravo au chef cuisinier. Excellente cuisine, variée, présentation au top... Rien à redire, nous ne pouvons que recommander cdt endroit

31/08/2024: Un endroit sympa en terasse. Au départ, c est un peu bizarre car il est situé au-dessus d une pizzeria. L'entrée peut portée à confusion: direct sur le bar style bistrot. Cependant en terasse, c est une ambiance plus soignée. Quant aux plats: il faut bien lire la carte. Elle a l avantage d être détaillée au niveau de la composition des plats. Il y a vraiment des petites découvertes à faire. Au niveau du prix, c est dans la norme voire intéressant vu la qualité. En résumé, si vous voulez un moment sympa et bon repas...go. Je ne mets pas 5 car l ambiance générale pourrait être plus travaillée

15/07/2026: The hotel is absolutely lovely, with an enchanting garden and beautifully maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It could easily have been a five-star stay, were it not for a couple of issues that significantly affected the experience. The hotel has an 11pm curfew, meaning guests cannot enter or leave the property after that time, even if they are already checked in. We found this unnecessarily restrictive and limiting, especially when it came to going out for dinner nearby. We also tried the hotel's dinner experience on our third night. The concept is a surprise menu with no choices, and while the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, the portions were simply not substantial enough. After a full day of hiking and only a light lunch, we were expecting dinner to be a more filling meal. We were served a beetroot starter, a green bean starter, and then a very small duck main with half a carrot. We quietly mentioned that we were still hungry, and the staff kindly offered us a larger cheese portion before dessert, as we had paid extra for the cheese platter. Even with the additional cheese, we felt we needed something more substantial after such an active day. Before leaving, we let the staff know we were stepping out to get something to eat so it wouldn't seem as though we had simply left without saying anything. Shortly afterwards, the owner messaged us to ask whether everything was okay. We explained again that we had enjoyed the food but that the meal simply hadn't been sufficient after a long day outdoors. She replied that we had left before dinner was finished and reminded us that the hotel closes at 11pm. Given that we had already explained our reasons before leaving, the response felt dismissive rather than acknowledging our concern. This is a beautiful hotel with real charm, but the combination of the surprise dinner format, very small portions, and strict 11pm curfew made the stay much less enjoyable than it otherwise would have been.
